The lady in the front was extremely rude once we arrived and the entire do was pretty much redone in 40min.. We were late to our event and it really ruined our night. I cannot understand how we're paying for a professional to do these hair styles are told it's possible and are let down time and time again by the lack of professionalism and execution every single time. I really believe this was a "wild card" experience. My favorite coffee shop is directly next door to The ASTUTIA SALON. After enjoying my delicious dirty chai latte with a double shot of espresso, I reluctantly wandered into the salon nervously asking if they were able achieve the perfect look. Janice was extremely confident as she explained that she could do exactly what I was dreaming of! My desire was to walk out looking like a rock star... and Janice made that happen! She proved that there are still expert stylists who know how to make their client feel and look funky and beautiful at the same time! My kids, friends, and husband all love my new look! The dimension is beautiful. She trimmed me up without hacking six inches off my hair- which is what usually happens. And she styles you to perfection. No rushing you out of there.
