Stopped by during my vacation and I fell in love with this store! Feature has good selections of shoes, collectible goods and accessories. The staff was super friendly and I really appreciate how laid back they were but also helpful. My bf and I were interested in the hand painted Goyard pieces displayed and the worker was very informative and let us know how the process worked. The staff at Feature are amazing. I've been to numerous local boutiques and the Chinatown location staff are great. They make you feel very comfortable and welcoming. One particular staff member, Christian, was really cool, down to earth and his service to Feature is amazing. They sell high end street wear such as Rhude and Stone Island. They also have a great sneaker selection from Nikes,adidas but also NBs, Saucony and Asics. Supporting local business is really important to me and Feature is a must for who ever visits Las Vegas. read more

This is a strictly an online review. I ordered 4 pairs of toddler shoes in various sizes and called a few days later to follow up when I hadn't received any shipping information. The guy I spoke to was super nice and laid back and informed me of the issue of locating a specific pair which is delaying the shipment. I called back today to cancel a pair of shoes and exchange it for a new one and also switch the size of the original pair in question. Following my phone call I received email confirmation of my refund, the new shoes I wanted to purchase, and the exchange in size of the other pair, also with a personal update with the associate I spoke to. I recently ordered an exclusive Rihanna release sneaker and they sent me the wrong size. I ordered a women's size 10 and received a men's size 10. I thought i would be wearing my Creepers being that they were a gift but the company put a final sales stamp on my receipt. Due to their lack of attention to detail they did not offer me my full money back they offered me a store credit at $141 when i spent $150 on the shoe. What makes you think someone would want a store credit from your store when you cant complete a store order correct the first time? They then go to tell me to sale them on eBay... So I never really do reviews to places I've never been, but out of nowhere I got credit card charges from Feature and cashapp. I was confused, so I looked into it. Feature donated 261$ to me twice, then took it back? Same goes for someone's cashapp, and they also tried to buy DJ equipment. I don't know what's going on, but either Feature is a scummy business that has shit heads all around stealing credit cards, or someone is just using the business name to make weird charges. Really confusing how Feature and some cashapp user sends me 200$+ from nowhere, to buying DJ equipment. read more

If you're a Toms lover then Feature is the spot for you. I've never seen such a big selection of Toms for men, women, and babies. The service is always friendly and they're always willing to help you out. Lastly the best and greatest thing about Feature are their sales. They have a large selection of previous season shoes that are always 50% to 70% off WITH choices in shoe size that aren't humongous like size 14. The sales also include their clothes and accessories which I've seen range from 30%-50% off. Been a while since i wrote a review, but since both my visit here was quite pleasant i felt the need to mention this place. Warren P. summed up this store really well in his review, but on a personal experience i want to mention that of of all the boutique store or any stores for that matter, this was the first time i didn't felt like i was sized up. Shopping is stressful as it is (i need a lot of guidance), and the staffs and owners are helpful but not in an assertive way. They carry unique selective items i don't see elsewhere which is a nice offering if you want to look apart from the general crowd. Inventory is often updated as both of my visits here they were in the middle of unpacking their deliveries. Store is not clutter which is also a good thing (to me anyways.) I was not happy with the Feature Return Policy at all , you have to pay everything. In my case I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but I mailed them right away when I noticed I ordered the wrong size within like 1-2minute. But the next day, I received an email that said already shipped, then 2 hours later I received an email said that we can't able to do that because the item already processing. This place was a bit hard to find only because Google Maps wanted to toy with me and lead me to believe that it was on the exact opposite side of where this shop actually stands. If you're going down Spring Mountain, and you see a Quiznos, turn in, it's in the same complex! Loved the ambiance of the shop; has a fresh, street, urban feel. A good assortment of sneakers/TOMS, NIXON watches, and shirts. One of the workers Dustin helped me find a gift for my nephew and was extremely helpful and nice. Only complaint that I have is I wished they had more of a selection for the females! Only options woman have to choose from is the TOMS collection, which I'm not the biggest fan of. This fresh joint is known for their exclusive selection of casual lifestyle kicks ranging from Saucony, New Balance, Reebook Pumps, Clae, Supra and much more. I been kopping pairs here that you prolly can't find anywhere on this side of the hemisphere. What I like the most is that there are good people here...no high nose snobby boutique heads that look at you like you ain't good enough to step up in the piece. Update: I originally gave these guys five stars, but my recent experience was less than stellar. Had to replace my Tom's, stopped in to buy another pair but they were out of the size I wanted. The employee told me he would have to call the warehouse, which is 10 minutes away, and would probably have them in the next day or two. So I call back in two days, and I'm told that they haven't received them and I should try back the next day. Call back, again, and now I'm told there is no local warehouse and it will be weeks before they will have that size again. Totally confused. Previous Yelpers talk about their sales, and they def right, when there is a sale, it's a dope deal that you have to cop, or should I say, can't walk away and fight that feeling that I ain't ballin' but I like to be fresh...feeling.. My husband doesn't shop online very often. He ordered me a backpack similar to one I wanted, but I did not like it when it arrived. They do not advertise the return policy before you buy something. You have to look for it. They would not offer a refund, only a return for store credit. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office where I live. The venue is small, clean and well layed out. They have an "ok" variety of shoes, some decent Ts and backpacks. Of course they didnt have any of the adidas boosts in my size (9), not surprised. A few months ago, I was at Knyew's every-so-often seasonal sale. I arrived late so by the time I arrived the line was fairly long. I noticed next door to Knyew the retail space is completely vacant. While waiting in the freezing Las Vegas winter I thought to myself with the amount of foot traffic Knyew receives daily, if some type of interesting boutique moved into that empty space I couldn't think of a better spot to be in.. Sure enough the next season Feature opens up! Owners and workers are friendly, the walls have vibrant photographs and benches are covered with colorful, graffiti art. They have a small number of tees as well as accessories near the register. I do like the fact that, many of the boutiques in the Las Vegas area sort of complaint each other and carry different brands that are usually exclusive to that particular boutique. In terms of value, here's something here for every budget. From the not so pricey but all still stylish Pro-Keds, Pony, Converse and Clae. To the more expensive sneakers such as Android Homme and limited edition New Balances, Supras, G-Shock Watches, etc. everyone can leave home happy. read more

Don't be fooled by their shelves though, because their warehouse is right across the street so make sure to ask for your size if you don't see it. The girl who helped me was super nice. The shop is cute and tidy - a little tricky to get to behind Starbuck's They have lots of Tom's, loads of tiny Tom's and plenty of funky fresh and BRIGHT pumped up kicks along with some clothes. BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING HERE!!! I ordered the new Jordans online from Feature. I paid $200 and received them in a timely manner. Unfortunately they didn't fit and I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. I emailed customer service and they responded by saying they didn't have a smaller size and sorry. Okay well how about a refund? Nope they cant offer that either. So you would prefer to lose a customer over $200?? Wow!! What type of business does this? Are you that desperate for a sale? It's unfortunate that this business has a lack of knowledge on customer service. Instead of assessing the situation and offer a solution they just shut me DOWN with a BIG FAT no refund!!
