Now I wasn't going to make a big scene about it. So I just went along with it & said I liked it. However, I'm not happy with it. I'm giving her a 2 star not because I wasn't happy with the cut she gave me , but that she did not do as I said. I don't speak Spanish & I was talking to her in English, but from the reviews ppl who dnt speak Spanish said they understood just fine. She also "styled" my hair.. all she did was use the hair brush & a blow dryer & my total was $30. Even though Rachel (the owner) said it was $15.. so keep that in mind guys. show them pictures. I will not be coming back unfortunately.

My favorite part of her application was the slight bit of metallic purple eyeliner she used on my lower lash line... it photographed perfectly and I am still receiving compliments on my photos! She is definitely the best of the best :)! You can't go wrong with Lisa. They were understaffed with 2 employees and only standing room in the waiting area. Maybe this added to her frustrations and impatience with us. After that, she ended up charging me $100 --and that was not even with a haircut. I would never return or take my daughter again. And I still tipped because I am too darn nice. My mom saw her hair and commented how dry it looked. When I leave other salons, it is silky straight. Not worth it at all. I will go to a salon where my daughter has a good experience and feels cared for and I get my money's worth. Feeling duped Update- Today I had the misfortune of talking to the owner, Tameka, of this wannabe salon. She actually did all the talking over me and lying--saying she could hear the conversation her stylist had with me regarding the extra charges. Never was I told that a flat iron for a child was $50! And if you are charging for length as you say, why didn't you itemize your receipt correctly? Also, why didn't you subtract for NOT cutting her hair? Worse still, Chelsea made my daughter cry because she was so rough. It's crazy to me that they set the bar so low and everyone is supposed to be ok with that?? We could tell that Chelsea had had a rough day just from the phone calls she got, and the customer before us, but she still smiled and had a good attitude during our appointment. I sent her the picture of the wig I wore. Blonde and brown highlights. She said she can do that. What she put in my hair was not close to the color. I settled for it. Although NOT the color. It was pretty. On March 28,2019 I try and gave her another chance. I texted her her and said "let's try again". Sent her a pic of what I wanted. Told her I don't want to end up like last time. Because I felt like I wasted money because I did not get what I paid for. YOU SHOULD RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAID FOR. I said definitely must be this color. She said she can do it. Got there on April 3 2019 @ 6;30pm. I saw the hair extensiohns. Told her not the right color. She told me that the hair was wet/damp and once she sew it in and blow dry it would be the color I ask with highlights. It just looks that way because its damp. It wasn't close to the color. Left shop disappointed again. Next morning I got up and when I saw my hair red in natural light, there were no highlights just red. I was so devastated went to work late. It literally made me felt ill. I TEXT and told her THIS hair must be corrected IMMEDIATELY. She told me I can come back to the shop. But no money will be reimburse because the hair is mine! and she went on to say as though she was going to charge me for her MISTAKES! I called her and said absolutely NOT. But I will be to her salon later that day. She then tells me human hair extensions can't be died blonde because it's going to damage hair and make smoke come from it. She said she had bleached weave hair before and it had smoke coming from it. I later sent her a pic of my cousin's hair in which her weave were dyed blonde; as well as my cousin's friend hair that was a blonde sew in. So that's a lie. I called several cosmetologists and they said she doesn't know how to color. Later that morning I went into work a few hours . When I walked in the office coworkers said my hair was ORANGE. I was horrified. I am a professional that work in a corporate environment. After work I return to salon so she can put a toner on it. She put a toner on my hair without removing the tracks. I asked won't that damage my hair. She said NO. It is now lighter but not the right color. The closure she initially put on my head was to far back. She resewed the closure realizing she sewed it to far back. So she tugged on it pulling my hair without removing and reapplying or repositioning it on my head . On Sunday April 7th at 10:05 am I realized when combing my hair, the hair literally LIFTED OFF MY HEAD (SEE PICTURE BELOW) I took a pic and text her asking "should it look like this after 3 days?" I got No response!! SHE ACTUALLY BLOCK MY NUMBER!!!!!! It is now Tuesday, April 9. 2019 @ 1:23 pm No response. I have no other alternative but to take her to small claims court and calling the Texas state cosmetology license board to report her. $325 of hard earn money wasted. I would never refer anyone to her. She's not Professional does not own her mistakes. Currently I am emotionally exhausted. I've wasted $325. She's not willing to give back. She listened to what my vision was for my haircut, and we had such a great conversation about what would realistically work for me on hectic workday mornings. She and Shae are both delightful and even though it was my first time visiting, and I was a bit nervous, they both put me at ease and even hyped me up with my new haircut! I felt STUNNING when I left there! But wait! Imagine my surprise when I checked my mail a few days later and found not only a personalized thank you note from the ladies thanking me for trusting them with my hair, but also a Birthday card with some glitter and a gift! I won't spoil the surprise of what the gift was inside, but yall, they just keep making me feel special!
