I drop off all my used shipping boxes which are recycled back into the business. These boxes and packing materials are then used to provide excellent packing services free of charge. Robin knows how to pack, so the most odd sized and delicate object reaches its destination in perfect condition. They always give the best carrier options based upon the customers needs. They are also able to provide finger-printing, Notary, and PO Box services. They ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DSL. If you need a receiving drop-off point, they are happy to accommodate. Their worker stayed an extra 15 minutes, but because he put down he stayed an extra half hour, and I did not catch HIS mistake they say I am liable for this overcharge. When discussing it with them they eventually just finally told me they were done talking to me. The woman was very rude to me. Beware also the customer is responsible for keeping track of the hours the worker is there. I was not told this up front. It would seem to me the worker should be responsible for his own time. This is not a reputable place to do business.

DO NOT GO HERE OR BANK HERE.... This is the worst I have been treated since coming here to care for my 5 year old granddaughter while her mother is in the hospital. Shame on that staff. I called before coming and they said that they could notarize and did not mention ANY restrictions. I had to get a ride, and she dropped me and my granddaughter off and we had to walk home!
