I am writing this review as a deeply frustrated customer who is also extremely concerned about the working conditions FedEx allows its drivers to endure--specifically the lack of functioning heat in delivery trucks during cold weather.
It is unacceptable that in 2026, a company as massive, profitable, and well-known as FedEx is still operating delivery vehicles where the heating systems do not work or are completely unreliable. These drivers are out on the road for hours at a time, exposed to freezing temperatures, wind, and harsh winter conditions, all while constantly getting in and out of their trucks and handling heavy packages. Doing this without proper heat is not just uncomfortable--it is dangerous.
Prolonged exposure to cold can lead to hypothermia, frostbite, stiff joints, reduced circulation, and an increased risk of injury. Expecting drivers to meet strict delivery deadlines while sitting in freezing trucks shows a complete disregard for their health and safety. No employee should be forced to work in conditions that actively put their well-being at risk.
As a customer, this makes me angry. FedEx prides itself on reliability and professionalism, yet allowing drivers to work without functional heat directly contradicts those values. There is absolutely no excuse for neglecting such a basic safety requirement, especially when FedEx clearly has the financial resources to address it.
These drivers are the backbone of FedEx. They are the ones ensuring packages arrive on time, regardless of weather, traffic, or road conditions. They represent your brand every single day, yet they are being left to endure unsafe temperatures inside the very vehicles they rely on to do their jobs. If the heat in these trucks is broken, it should be repaired immediately. If the trucks are outdated or poorly designed, they should be replaced.
Customers should not have to speak up to demand humane treatment of workers, but this situation warrants attention. I am uncomfortable supporting a company that allows its employees to work in freezing conditions just to maintain delivery schedules. FedEx needs to take accountability, prioritize driver safety, and implement real solutions instead of ignoring an issue that directly impacts the people who keep this company running.
Until FedEx addresses this problem seriously and transparently, I will continue to question whether this is a company worthy of customer loyalty. Your drivers deserve better--far better--than this. read more
