They sent a picture of a front porch that is NOT my home saying that no one was home. I called the customer service number and was told i just "have to wait" (????) i understand its the holidays BUT to have someone wait 3 days in a row is ridiculous! I have lived at the same address for 14 years. In that time 96% of my deliverys end up on the west side of town, when my address clearly indicates the "E" side. All packages co.e in my name, a person, not a business, yet they always try to deliver to a business that have been closed for over 15 years. I hate having to order anything that will be delivered by them and avoid buying from vendors that ship with them. 100% worst company in the history of this country read more

I ordered a lithium battery for my RV, which was very unfortunately shipped via FedEx freight to this location. While the package itself appears to be intact, beware... This location has employees that don't know the policies or why they do the things they do. Very briefly, in order to pick up my freight item, I not only had to show them my ID, they made a copy without my consent, and then I had to tell them to make, model, and color of my car, as well as my license plate number. None of the employees knew why this occurred, these intrusive questions and probes for information, but when I called the national FedEx number, I was told this is not national policy, this is the local office policy. No surprise, the local office says it's national policy. The national FedEx customer service took down my complaint and agreed that it's very intrusive to have to give all of this personal information just to pick up an item. I then called back to the local office and spoke to Daniel in the front office who was borderline rude and condescending. He said I didn't understand their policies-- I pointed out, I just talked to three different people and got three different answers. He then told me I couldn't follow their policies. I pointed out, I followed your policies, just fine, but I don't agree with them and nobody seems to know why customers are required to give FedEx employees all of this personal information. He then pointed out that if I had declined to give any of this information or allowed them to make copies, they wouldn't release the shipment. He also didn't know why they collect all this information, but said it was national policy, and then, when I asked for them to please shred my personal information, he declined and said there was a retention policy. Again, no surprise, he had no idea what the retention policy was. I have contacted the shipping company and asked them to consider a different shipping company in the future. But I will never order from another company that uses FedEx freight. They don't know what they're doing. As a doctor, I don't even collect the level of information that they do!! I'm not even sure that they keep my information under lock and key or that they actually will shred it in 90 days. So yeah, beware that they collect a whole lot of information about you, and if you don't agree to it, they will not release your items and if you question them, you're told you're the problem. read more

I will never use FedEx again and I will tell all my friends. My infusion meds were supposed to arrive on Tuesday and today is Thursday. I explained this was a blood product that needs to be refrigerated and once it cools cannot be refrigerated again. The sad thing is we have a blood shortage and it takes thousands of donations to make a dose and now it has been wasted. Because I had to stay home today and wait I missed my clinic infusion. FedEx does not care. The box is covered in stickers reading time sensitive, perishable, rush and fragile. Luckily the pharmacy puts a temperature tag in the box telling me how long it was exposed and it read prolonged. But the rude FedEx person told me if it has a perishable sticker is good for 24hrs. Exactly and it was 48hrs yesterday and 72 today. The currier claimed he good not operate the gate. What, that was Tuesday. They called the driver yesterday to make sure he had the code which they gave to him and confirmed it. They said it would be here yesterday at 12:00 then 5:00 and then 8:00pm it never arrived. The driver said he could not operate the gate again. This product costs between 5,000-10,000. Now they have to buy it. Hope the drivers ignorance was worth it. Hope he loses his job as he should. In my profession as a nurse I did not get to hold people's pain meds for three days because my hand s were full and I could not open the door. People use UPS instead this would never ever happen with them!!!! read more

FedEx deliveries here in Las Vegas are HORRIBLE ! I have had a package from Walmart, which was shipped from Chicago in 4 days, sitting in FedEx's Henderson warehouse for 12 days with no date set for delivery. There is no one at FedEx to talk to and try to find out why it is sitting there or when it is going to be delivered to my home in Las Vegas. I then opted to use FedEx's option to have it delivered to their local FedEx location where I can pick it up in hopes that FedEx would actually deliver it, no way. Walmart or any other business that uses FedEx to deliver will not get my business. It's just not worth all the trouble. Previously, FedEx said they delivered a package when they did not, and it was proved by video evidence. The driver got in trouble, so now he drives down our street glaring at me, when he was the dishonest liar. We have given FedEx instructions to drop packages over our front gate and ring the doorbell. The drivers leave packages outside our gate and don't even bother to ring the doorbell; and this when all the porch pirates are stealing packages. Save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid FedEx. read more

They have helped me ratchet strap and make sure my package is secured for transport. They answer all my questions and give me tips on how to transport! If you're here, I have to imagine you also are pissed at FedEx's freight team and likely want some validation. Like most of you reading this, you probably get your rear blasted by FedEx's ineptitude weekly; if you're like me, it feels damn near daily. Routinely my shipments have sat idly due to weather complications; yet, when I search every major city along the route, including the city it has sat in for days, the weather is nothing crazy at all. So, finally-FINALLY-my shipment lands in Las Vegas on Friday the 3rd at about 11:30AM; I think, lovely, I can surely expect these on Monday. NOPE-now the tracking notes that not only has the delivery been pushed to Tuesday the 7th, but that we REQUESTED that. The gall of whoever is that stupid at FedEx to just throw in some random reason for what amounts to me as "We didn't feel like doing our one job today-oh, for the last three days, too". Please, for the love of god, get your shit together. You're making XPO and Swift look pretty competent and that is insane. read more

The shipment was attempted to be delivered Monday 06/12. delivery required signature, therefore Fedex local office left me a voicemail message to schedule the delivery. I scheduled the delivery for Thursday 14. My husband was at home waiting for the delivery however, and according the delivery driver they knocked on the door and there was no answer. Should I mention we do have a ring bell and a knock on door would not be heard? I contacted the local store several times they informed me that another attempt to deliver would be $130 dollars. I contacted the Freight Advocate Team to explain the situation and spoke with Edgar. He not only wasted my time, but also lie to me saying that they would waive the fee and the local office would deliver the merchandise Friday (next day). On Friday I have to contact the store to find out that Edgar did not communicated with them and I still have a delivery fee balance if I wanted the merchandise delivered. On Saturday 06/16, I contacted Chris H. Edgar immediate supervisor and it was a waste of time as well. He said he would follow up with me the same day before leaving the office on Saturday. Christ never called me back or assisted me to have the pallet deliver. I finally contacted Metrofloor to return the merchandise, and they agreed to take care of the delivery fee. Following that I still have to contact the store several times because they seemed to be unable to find the email in which Metrofloor commits to pay the delivery fee. This is not my first bad experience with Fedex, but absolutely the last one. I assure you, I will not buy merchandise from anyone using FEDEX and personally encourage companies to have an alternative shipping choice for customers like me. The advocate team is absolutely a waste of resources, they are not helpful, and only served to increase my frustration and dislike for an company that obviously has serious organization and management issues to say the least. FEDEX customer service is very poor and local offices do not seem to care about the brand. As a franchising company, I would say FEDEX has failed to standardize processes and procedures, which is detrimental for customer satisfaction. read more

Working from home now and with the holidays passing plenty of deliveries and he was the only ONE to even acknowledge we have a package. I ran outside and asked his name!!! The only location with 10am pickup and not earlier and still if you come 10 min earlier since you need your palette early, Tim will give you hard time and will not make a small effort to let you go before. 10 min that's all. Any other location of FedEx freight I have been at and I am talking about more then 20 had much better customer service, friendly and caring.
