My overnight package was scheduled to be delivered and loaded in a truck two days in a row. L** on day one and A** on day two. No package ever showed up. I spent HOURS trying to talk to a human who could help me. I felt like Alice in Wonderland falling into the rabbit hole. So many twists and turns, service center. App chats, opening a case, and still No package! I finally resolved myself to the fact that the package was probably lost somewhere in the desert and never making it to my home. Miraculously, a week later it finally showed up with a smashed box and taped like it was a project for preschoolers in art class. I then tried to get the shipper a refund since they paid for overnight shipping and it took over a week. As you can imagine, the silence I received from FedEx was deafening. All of this happened out of the Queen Creek facility which I can't even talk to. I had to discuss everything. With Russ in the Philippines who had zero empowerment or insight. He was basically reading the same information I could see online. You should change your name to Fed Xtra because the extra effort you have to put in to get a package is insane. My package was supposed to be delivered on March 25. The 25th came and went and nothing! Now it's the 26th and it was out for delivery the 26th came and went and again nothing. Terrible service and delivery. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. And twice the delivery drivers name was Joel!! Does Joel even exist!!!!? Never again will I use FedEx. They are absolutely worthless! I had a package which was a chain and sprocket for my motorcycle.(which i needed for work on monday)It was at this chandler facility for two days with no movement!!! And when I call and ask all I get is "its estimated to be there today" well its now Sunday and guess what......There is nothing they can do cause its sunday!!!! I can't go pick it up and they can't deliver!!!! So tell me how do I get to work in the morning? FEDEX does not care and hopefully it comes tomorrow on the "estimated" delivery schedule!! I really am speechless. My story is more of the same problem .My FedEx order was delayed 3 times and the fourth time the driver couldn't find the number on my house. The number is plain as day on the garage. We shall see if it gets to my house tomorrow. The next time I place an order I will check to make sure fedex is not the shipping company. An item that I shipped via Fedex Ground weighed 6 lb. and cost $12.00. To my surprise, Fedex charged me $82.65 instead saying the weight was 37 lb. and the cost was $82.65. Absolute joke of a distribution center. Shame on everyone and everyone who works there. I bought a gift for my father and made sure to pay for faster shipping. Like anyone who is awaiting a package, I tracked the tracking number on it estimated delivery date (a day prior to my fathers bday JUST TO BE SAFE). Everything was going fine until I noticed on Monday April 1st, my delivery time changed from 12p to end of day. Again, fine. Things happen and I don't mind waiting a few more hours. That's kinda why I bought the faster shipping so that I was safe in case of this. Well, 8pm comes around, no package. No updates either. So I called the FedEx customer support number (that is based offshore by the way) and asked what was going on with my package. I was told it is "on the way" and to "not worry". Turns out, it went as far as reaching my local FedEx distribution center in Chandler, AZ. I waited until the next morning thinking SURELY it had to be received in my mailbox by now and I'd be able to gift my father this on the day of his bday. Come to find out that now there is a "delay". I called fedex offshore "support" again. They told me that my package has arrived in (GUESS WHERE?!) ****ing Aurora, Colorado. I am absolutely astonished at the lack of caring, integrity and damage this experience has done to the FedEx brand. It is now April 4th and I still have no update to where my package is(original estimated delivery of Monday, 4/1). Burn this garbage dump down and send everyone of those careless, crabby, hourly "workers" to McDonalds to work part time and steal French fries in between every order. I'm not done with this and I plan to make everyone's life a living hell who had their hand involved in getting my package which was 5 miles from my house, to Aurora, MFing Colorado. Wonderful Fedex Ground Chandler. One of the worst FedEx facilities on the west (and I would know because I've lived in multiple cities on the west). These gents over here are some of the most laziest, inept, and ridiculous creatures you will have the unfortunate ability of dealing with. You can count on them to either misdeliver your package to a neighbor, unnecessarily delay your package or just outright not deliver it. I cannot count how many times my package was out for delivery for 8+ hrs only to then be "at local FedEx facility" by the end of the day. No attempt. No explanation. Took a day off of work for this parcel? Tough luck. Even when you request that the delivery is rerouted to THEIR OWN FedEx shipping/printing office in the same city it's the same story. A rational, yet angry mind, might go "No worries, I'll head over there and get it myself since they're too lackadaisical to deliver". NOPE. Once you arrive at their prison/detention center styled lobby, the invisible human on the other end of the prison styled phone will tell you that it's on a truck in the back somewhere unable to be retrieved nor delivered until the next business day. So if this happens on a Friday then you'll wait to Monday and see if they then feel like delivering it to you. LOL. And yes, their lobby is prison-like. You arrive and are greeted with 2 windows (1 reflective and 1 standard), and 1 phone to speak to a human that you cannot see. It's almost comedic. It makes me wonder if prior disgruntled customers may have pulled up here with a draco, prompting this sort of setup. Resolution? Not many. In the past I have had to hunt down random FedEx drivers in my area to then get a phone number to their supervisor at this facility. It has worked a couple of times but most wont do this. I would recommend filing a Better Business Bureau complaint against this FedEx facility. Maybe if these sea urchins get enough complaints things will change. read more

Unfortunately the company I purchased a product from used FedEx. This company was horrible. The driver lied about the delivery and said he/she came to my house, and lied about a delivery. In fact I have checked my ring cameras on the property and no fed ex truck or driver ever rang the bell. I tried to call to pick it up from this location personally and was told it's a transport hub only no local number to reach out and see if they could allow it. Horrible customer service. Use UPS or any alternatives. I highly suggest have an option in the future to connect with drivers or have the drivers at least call once to see if they have the wrong info instead of faking a delivery. read more

I was suppose to have a delivery yesterday, after the driver could not find my house. Because he lot number for my house???? So last week we reschedule the delivery for Monday. to said the least they did not deliver it. So today they call again asking for the lot number, there is no lot number. I live on a main road.
