Complaint Against FedEx Deliveries I've called FedEx multiple times (at least four) to request that packages be left on my front porch, but drivers continue leaving them directly against my garage door. This blocks me from being able to open the garage, and at some point a package is going to get damaged or run over. I've created case numbers each time I called, and I even created an online FedEx account and clearly entered delivery instructions specifying to leave packages at the front door. Despite all that, nothing has changed. Every other delivery service (UPS, USPS, Amazon, etc.) has no issue delivering to the correct location -- FedEx is the only carrier that repeatedly ignores instructions. I'm a very frustrated customer who would appreciate a real resolution -- not another case number, but actual follow-through so drivers leave packages where requested. read more

I have made many, many calls in regard to this problem. No answers. No call backs. Lots of empty promises. I would give zero stars if I could! My delivery was scheduled between 11:30 and 1:30. I was waiting at the door of my business at 1:30 for my driver, "Santos" according to the text I received. I saw the truck drive past my business without slowing. I stepped out the door to see if he was going to stop past the door. Nope. He kept on going. Then I got a text that said my delivery was "excepted" and that a delivery attempt had been made. Lie. I even had a sign out front that said Fed-Ex, my name and my phone number in case they thought the business was closed. When I called the Fed-Ex customer service, they said I had put in a delivery vacation hold and that the package would be delivered the next business day. Bull. Why would I wait four hours for a package only to put in for it to be delivered three days later? The driver lied about delivery and I just wasted half the day waiting on a package that the driver refused to leave his truck for. read more

This company is the worst company in terms of service. Every time I use them for shipping they screw it up. Incessant delays, emails that don't match online status, cannot get anyone to help, if you go on their chat it merely repeats what you already know which is next to nothing, never deliver on time, don't deliver on days they ask you to be there for direct signature. One time they delivered to the wrong person and it took me a massive effort to fix their mess, not to mention their driver lied to save his job. If I could leave negative stars I would. Fedex  driver state my package was left at front door, no signature required. I live on a dead end street and all four of us down here have cameras. My front door was wide open and I had been Netflix and chilling all morning. My chair faces opposite the door. I would have seen a huge package (car seat) delivered. Called the company and haven't had a response yet. After my call, I had an alert that it would be delivered the next day....nothing. Now the tracking still states it was delivered. If I could give a lesser rating I would. One day in July, fedex claims they delivered three packages to my home. I was home, received UPS packages the same day, and never received fedex packages. They refused to research just closed my complaint. I asked to speak to customer service, they promised to call me back after talking to shift supervisor. They never called back. The same day there was a door tag from fedex with no info and when I called they said the number didnt exist even though I was holding the tag in my hand. They treated me like a liar. I would give them no stars if possible, I have been waiting on a delivery since this past Monday. Signed up for text alerts, and every day since Monday I receive a text stating "delivery attempted but no one available". The delivery address is a business address and numerous employees are here throughout the week. I, myself sit near the entrance and can see and hear anyone that comes in the front door. I've called FedEx everyday since Monday, it is now Friday and still no package. Apparently the driver does not know where he is supposed to deliver, or cares to deliver. They also use any excuses they can to delay shipments, (i.e. rain, etc.) so I end up driving halfway across town to pick up packages that are time-sensitive. Last month I had 3 different packages from the same supplier each one was delivered a different day. How do they think that if their delivery driver does not deliver a package like it us supposed to be delivered how do they think its the shippers fault. When Fedex picks up a package they are taking on FULL RESPONSABILITY on to make sure nothing happens to the package. Well this Thursday I was supposed to get two packages and the driver stated no one home will deliver Friday I was home all day watching out my open window and not one Fedex drover passed by or showed up.
