This is the most convenient FedEx in town, I think. Downtown is closer to us but parking over there is a hassle and sometimes, when you're carrying multiple packages, pulling up to a dedicated parking lot is a blessing. I had to ship something for work here today and the staff could not have been more pleasant. I came in with my box all sealed up and they scanned the QR code I was sent and that was it! I had a great experience with this location! We had a large conference we were hosting at the university, and needed to print nearly 1000 placards. The employees were incredibly helpful with my print job. I had manyyyy questions on formatting and they gave me great advice and helped me create a great product! I also had to print a rush order due to a mistake on my part, and Chris was incredibly sweet and very helpful! He helped alleviate a significant amount of stress just by being so responsive and communicative, and doing everything he could to help. The placards were ready in time for conference, and they looked great! I would highly recommend using this store's services. read more

I usually have great customer service experiences at these fedex locations. Hence the reason I keep coming back instead of UPS Store. The assistant manager at this location tried to unnecessarily up-sale on some packaging. Just a bad experience all around. Needed to have seven pieces of graphic art scanned in a high quality format. Employee Paula K took care of the job and was outstanding. The scanning required care and attention because of the fragile nature of the art, and your employee was careful and made sure the originals were handled safely. This FedEx is near where I live, and I've used it frequently. The employees are knowledgeable, and have done really good work with me. There is often a line, but it's worth the wait. In general, I find the prices to be pretty expensive, but the staff at this location is fantastic. read more

Am I still allowed to call this place Kinko's? Is it officially "FedEx Office"? I have to admit that even the on-site signage seems a bit confused in this regard. There is a sign that says "Kinko's Inside!" but then another that days "Kinkos is now FedEx Office." Other than the weird branding transition nightmare, I'd like to just review this location and its staff on their own merits. Pros: Open 24 hours. I find that pretty important in terms of traits of a copy-shop. I usually try to get print jobs done well in advance, but frankly, there are time when you need some last minute printing, stat. Ability (as with most locations) to submit simple files to print online. Love this. If more local copy shops marketed this feature, I might find myself giving more business to them instead! Staff is almost always friendly. Generally patient, usually knowledgeable. Speedy turn-around on print jobs as well as occasional follow-up calls on large print orders. I appreciate that sort of attention to detail. Cons: I always feel bad for the staff. No matter the day or time, it almost always seems that the shop is under-staffed. Whether there is one person on duty or 3 people, it always seems like they are stretched to the limits and even if I myself am not in a particular hurry, I notice people are getting agitated at waiting -- have even seen a few people huff impatiently and walk out. Neutral/Worth a Mention: I don't know what it is about this location, but they do seem to get their fair share of "characters" in terms of clients. This isn't the store's fault, and I have to give their staff extra kudos for the level of patience I have witnessed at answering sometimes off-the-wall or so-basic-it-hurts questions that they get. Overall, I'm a fan of this Kinko's (FedEx Office?) location. It's not perfect, but I think that they do a pretty solid job and are a step above some other Kinko's branches (though the Plymouth Road and Liberty St. locations are also quite solid). read more

I had purchased something online and i had to return it because it was broken. I looked up online how much it costs to ship it and it said it would cost $22 so I, being a poor college student/compulsive buyer, decided to only take $40 so i can get some gas on the way back. When i got to the office, the man was very kind to package the product and tell me that it would Only cost $42 to ship it. I had to drive back home and grab 5 bucks in change in case there was tax(at this point i was broke, paycheck to paycheck) and drove back to fedex where i was informed that it costs $14 extra for the box. $14 FOR A CARDBOARD BOX! I got into my car and started to drive home and I ran out of gas on the side of the road. I called a friend to pick me up and help pay for the rest. I think that the people working here are soo bored with their lives that they do this shit on purpose. I am steaming mad and will never ship fedex again. this location is the worst experience i have ever had and i am being very generous when i give it one star. read more

Poor customer service & no "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy. My wife went here to print programs for our wedding. The clerk took us to the self-help copy machines. The clerk programmed the machine for us and directed us to insert our credit card and did a test copy. It came out with a big streak. I told him we weren't happy with it and he assured us that we wouldn't have to pay for anything we weren't happy with. Then he took us to another self-help machine. The clerk programmed the second machine for us, had us again insert our credit card, and then printed a test copy, which came out upside down on one side. So he reprogrammed the machine and set it for 50 (that's how many copies we wanted). He walked away, back to his counter. Half way through the job we noticed it was only printing on one side, so we tried to cancel the job, but the machine's display wouldn't respond. So we called over the manger, Eric. Eric assured us we wouldn't have to pay for the error, being it was their error. He reprogrammed the machine and started to print the job. This time the job came out correctly. When we went to check out, Eric had a change of heart and refused to refund the costs associated with errors. He claimed that since it was printed in the self-help section we were entirely responsible for all the print jobs, even though we didn't program a single machine or even hit the start button. After being scolded by Eric and arguing with him for a few minutes we left empty handed with no programs and a $214 credit card charge. Eric, refused to let us have the correct print job until we paid for the error print job. After leaving we immediately called our bank to stop the charge. Our bank has required us to try to resolve the matter with the head manager at the FedEx/Kinkos store before they interviene. We have been calling weekly to Lisa Kennedy, the store manager but she has refused to return our calls. In emails to her she has been short and claimed she would call us but has yet to do so. After finally getting her on the phone today, two months after the initial transaction, she offered to only refund half the cost. We want a full refund because Eric refused to let us leave with any of the product. We informed Lisa that we will file a complaint with our state's Consumer Protection Agency and follow up with our bank to cancel the charge. read more

Can i give a zero? This place is a joke. Self service station was so slow i waited 20 minutes to try to print from Google drive. Meanwhile not one employee came to see if i needed assistance. When i finally asked an employee if there was an issue with the internet or network she said "oh no everything should be fine" i told her i had been waiting for 20 minutes to print from hoogle drive. She then said "oh yeah, we are having problems with that." Then suggested i use their computers and ptint from there. As it turns out, those werent working either so i essentially wasted 35 minutes and a couple dollars (yeah i got charged for not being able to do anything ) and not so much as an apology from any syaff member for the inconvenience. Its open 24 hours, 7 days a week. I go here when I need a fax and I'm glad that they are open for 24 hours... kind of expensive to send one fax though...but you pay for the service you are seeking. read more

All the copy machines look new and pretty.... but I'm still waiting for the one working shipping scale. Like many FexEx locations, the staff is lackadaisical and easily flummoxed by their registers and scales. If you can do self-serve things might go well, but there's nothing Express about the staff. read more

I have had three fantastic customer experiences at this FedExOffice. I've had to return some items I purchased online. I simply print the label from the vendor, come over here with a box, and they tape it cover the old labels take care of everything for free. And they are so so nice. Not particularly helpful nor do all the employees seem to know what exactly is going on. It cost me $30 to ship a standard letter sized mail 2 day priority. I thought that most standard mail shipped 2 days anyways? But I needed to track it to make sure it arrived so I paid the fee. The person working wasn't particularly friendly either. Just moved here a month ago without a printer and I have been using Fedex to print my paperwork. The one and only star is for the helpful staff there, but every single time I've been here to print something... It never goes smoothly. Things are always broken or the system is down. There was a time when their internet wasn't even working. I've been here at least 10 times, and I get that every single time. It's not my luck, their service is just not dependable. Dropbox and Google drive is offered but it doesn't work very well either if you want to connect to that. read more

I had FedEx print a number of posters for a large event. They were fast and delivered. The day of the event I realized I'd forgotten to order signs for a major sponsor. I called in a panic. They had the posters done and mounted in two hours!! Great service. read more

Went in there to get some business cards printed and the first three computers didn't work. They said they were experiencing a store-wide computer problem. Finally the computer at the counter did work, but the prints were faded; some of lighter parts of the card were invisible (although it looked perfect on the screen). After several attempts they tried another printer, which printed all the blue objects on the card as PURPLE (still looked perfect on the screen). I didn't have time to pursue this any further and I needed the cards, so I paid for the miscolored cards. A previous visit a while back, they couldn't print a simple black-and-white document. It was light-gray-and-white; almost unreadable. They retried it with the same results. I gave up and paid for it that time too. Also FedEx has an unhealthy interest in my name, address, and phone number, which they ask me for every time I'm in there. Kinkos never asked for my info, AND THEY GOT THE PRINTING RIGHT EVERY TIME. read more

I went in to try to print a picture of my son, which I was then going to take to a baker to have copied in edible ink for my son's birthday cake. I needed a very specific picture and size and wasn't able to get exactly what I wanted at the Store's photo printing station. I asked a man working behind the counter for help and he was very helpful and polite. He spent at least thirty minutes trying to get the right size and resolution. When he wasn't able to he asked another employee who was able to. He was with another customer when I was leaving but he took the time to apologize for not being able to help me, though I thought he did great. I wish I had gotten his name to mention here. Having experienced poor customer service at a couple different print, pack, and ship stores (not fed ex) I am happy to say I have found a store that has generally great customer service. I have been coming to this center for years and usually have a great experience. The staff does a great job on my work, but I am seriously considering coming back after witnessing an outburst by the manager. I have tried to call customer service but always end up waiting for long periods of time. My next step is to contact the center directly. If I were you I would recommend going to another Kinkos. I feel for the staff there and can only wish that this manager gets his attitude adjusted or goes elsewhere. read more
