Super annoyed at the service here. I took a server to be packed and shipped, and their packaging was amateurish at best. My server had broken parts (and now missing parts, and damage). Good afternoon, I am writing this review because I am very disappointed with the service I received at this Arlington location. The manager's behavior was extremely passive, and the conversations taking place in the store were far beyond what should be considered professional. During my visit, I overheard one employee say something very inappropriate to the manager, and she simply laughed it off as if it were acceptable. There were several other incidents as well that reflected a very unprofessional work environment. I work in the corporate world, and there is no way this type of behavior would ever be tolerated. If corporate leadership knew about the things being said and allowed in this store, I believe both the manager and the employee involved would face immediate disciplinary action. If the employees are unwilling to report these issues to HR, then I will. I plan to report everything I witnessed and heard during my visit because this behavior should not be happening in a professional workplace. The manager especially needs to be held accountable, as her conduct and lack. The assistant manager has no customer service skills. It's like he is irritated doing his job. From the moment I walked in it was like he didn't take his anxiety pill or something and was very fast and dismissive. I emailed them my shipping label and invoice to print earlier that day. He thought I meant self serve and dismissed me to go to the self serve part. I told him no I didn't, I emailed the location like I always have for the past few months. He was like "well when I asked you you said .." You didn't even follow up to make sure what I meant, you were so busy trying to get to the next person. Usually I go up there and get labels printed on the sticker. He told me they weren't supposed to do that. I just got a bunch done 2 days ago. It was funny because the workers that day were all talkin about a manager. Now I can see. The first time I had a label printed the person that time told me to just come up there and ask them to do it since it's not available to print online. I didn't know they can't print labels because it's not a fedex label. I've been doing it for the past few months with no issue. Fast service. I was in and out and the rep Jordan was helpful as well as efficient. I've passed by this location several times and today I had 3 packages to ship out via FedEx. I was happy to see that the doors automatically open when you walk up because my hands were full! The place was quite busy but as soon as I walked in, someone was able to help me. This appears to be a full service store with copy service, shipping, supplies, passport photos and a variety of other things. They close at 8:00 on weekdays which is good to know for days I may need to come after leaving the office. Again, great service today. read more

I usually end up at FedEx in chaotic situation: my printer is broken or I'm out of ink and I need something printed very quickly. This location has always provided stellar customer service despite my frazzled disposition. It's also a little intimidating to walk into a room with lots of giant printers and other machinery. The staff are friendly and helpful in navigating the machines, managing my anxiety and answering questions. I usually leave this location in a timely manner with exactly what I need. The only downside to this location is parking. The lot provides spots for maybe 10 cars and it's an odd shape that's difficult to get in and out of. read more

He gave me all the info I needed quckly and patiently as I might have sounded a little concerned about timing...so I decided to come in right away. Today I needed to send back an iPhone to Uber. Just as the information said, this location was able to find the information for the existing account and use my phone number to provide free return shipping. I was in and out within ten minutes and overall was able to accomplish what I needed. This and other locations seem to share some common challenges. Customers are never greeted properly, a quick friendly acknowledgement to put you at ease and make the experience pleasant. This location was no exception. I had to take initiative to organize the waiting customers in the order they arrived. The woman who helped me was helpful but seemed cold and unconcerned with any conversational niceties. This location was very detail oriented even to the point of calling me to let me know that the graphic was smaller than I had originally anticipated. They worked hard to make sure that the final product had an image that was clean crisp professional looking and delivered was being paid for. This is going up in a professional office and requires certain image. They accurately promised and superiorly deliver. They presented a specific time line and had everything ready and waiting upon my arrival. The location itself is very clean although a bit difficult to gain access to. Once there you will find plenty of parking so nothing to worry about there. Stop at this location to pick up my online order. To my dismay i mistakenly sent it to the location on the other side of town. The young lady tried to locate my order and placed a call to find my order. She was super sweet and pleasant. I came in to get some resume, cover letters, and contact sheets printed. I brought everything in on my USB, and the guy at the counter was able to pull it up and printed them for me. They had several resume papers to choose from. I had a total of maybe 12 pages printed, and it only costs about $2. Super cheap, and affordable! I'd definitely come back for my printing needs. I got the job, so will probably need an updated resume in the future. Parking is quite small, and kind of difficult to get out if the lot is full. read more

Visited this store for the first time today to complete a printing project. The staff and manager were nice and helpful. While my first package was printing, the printer jammed, and suddenly began printing my information from a different paper tray, with the wrong paper color, fortunately the manager was able to fix the printer and gave me a refund on the misprinted pages. The manager understood the importance of my project, and offered to help in any possible way to make my printing experience more comfortable. I will definitely visit this place again. read more

I had a project due at 11 and I got here at 10. I needed to get a plan of 25 pages spiral bounded. I went in and was greeted by a women helping a customer. The guy helping me was quick and efficient. I had my papers bounded and was out of the store in less than 10 minutes. The total cost was around $6 just for the binding. read more

If you are not in a hurry then they are ok. Compared to other FexEx stores they do not live up to the expectations. I went there at 5 in the morning. No one else in the store but myself and 2 clerks but they said it would take 2 hours to finish my order. 100 copies, 2 sided, color. 2 hours. Really nice but but not helpful at all. We went here for passport photos. First of all, they charged $14.95 per photo (comes in a set of 2). For that price they should at least let us see the result before printing the pictures. I didn't like the result of my daughter's picture, her eyes were squinting. They said I would need 3 photos per new passport applications, n 2 for renewal, so we had to pay $5 extra to make copies of each of the pictures. We had to wait for 20 minutes to get the pictures done, that's when I saw the result of the pictures. I wasn't happy with the result, but they were not willing to take another photo for my daughter. We spent $80 for passport photos for 4 of us! That's ridiculous! We went to the USPS for our passport interview, n found out that we actually need JUST 1 PHOTO each!! What a waste! Advice : don't go to this place for passport related photos, go to SAMs club or Costco if you have, they only charge $4.99 for a set of 2. read more

I took a prepaid label for Honest Diapers to this location to ship a return. I literally retaped the box that it was sent in. I was told that it didn't have enough filler, so they'd have to charge me $4. Then I was told that the box was not a shipping box, but a parking box, so they would have to repackage it all. That would be $10. It was shipped to me through Fed Ex the exact same way. I called Honest, and they said they have this ands of customers return packages with Fed Ex every day with no issues. This Fed Ex is dishonest and will of charge you. I do not recommend anyone use them. read more

Worst experience ever! I'm a paramedic student that need a 43 page document printed for class so I called to verify that I could by USB up there to print off my EKG packet. You don't lady was nice and told me that wouldn't be and issue. I also wanted to verify the price per page for color print because my packet had important information broken down by color scheme. Was told it would cost only 0.17 cents a page. Okay that's fair 45 pages for a little over $7 will when I get there wait a while to be helped and also verified price before they printed it off and older gentlemen stated oh no it 0.75 cents a page for color and of course the lady that answered the phone was gone for the day. The old Switcheroo..... felt like I was at a used car lot. read more

I have had used this Fed Ex for shipping for the company I work for and every time I come in they help carry my box for me and get me in and out. The last couple of times I had my 3month old son and they met me at my truck to help me get the boxes out. Thanks guys! read more
