Went to drop off an Amazon return it was around 5 o'clock crazy busy time tons of people bringing in items to ship My cell phone reception would not work. I couldn't get logged into the Guest Wi-Fi. One of the associates went above and beyond with four class customer service and pulled out her own iPhone hotspot Ted it to mine and I was able to pull up the Amazon app lightning quick found my QR code for the return and it was printing out within a second Amazing she did the whole time with a smile on her face and patience in her heart Ironic, I was trying to use my reading glasses and figure out the apps on my phone while I was returning reading glasses read more

We had a pre-paid package to drop off, this location was close by the area we were in, so we stopped in for a quick drop off. At the time there was a short line of customers waiting to be taken care of but the staff was doing their best to be very efficient taking care of the customers briskly. I appreciate a location that offers excellent and fast customer service , I've come here a couple of times and there's always a line but it literally moves so fast , unlike the post office, lol! It's fast convenient service to send your package out to your loved ones. If you have a label that needs printing they do it here for only $1.50 they also tape your boxes for you. This location is in a shopping center and there's plenty of parking. It's a busy office but moves quickly. read more

I went to print some documents and the one of the employees assisted with setting up the printer. The printer was configured incorrectly and the prints came out wrong. The employee told me to call the corporate number to get a refund. I call the corporate number and they tell me they will not honor the refund since the store is a franchisee. I called the store back to get a refund and they told me they would not refund me for their mistake for not having their printer set up correctly, since the printer is consider self service. Avoid this store, they are not honest. read more

I've dropped of many USPS packages here but today I was told they don't take them and I'd have to take my package to the post office. They pointed out the USPS label. I went down the street to another shipping place and they took it for USPS pickup. Strange. Even the website says you can drop off USPS packages as long as they have a shipping label. read more

Just dropped off a package and was disappointed that so few employees were wearing masks or being careful of distancing from customers. Some customers had masks, some didn't. It's a small space and was too crowded to be safe. Perfect environment for viral transmission. Called ahead and was assured safety protocols were being followed. There were "X" marks on the floor but they don't do any good when employees, without masks, and customers, also without masks,are regularly walking within a foot or two of you to get by. Otherwise, good service. Just hope I don't get sick and die. I'm over 65. read more

I've had occasion to stop by here twice recently, and each transaction was quick and easy and painless. The Good: - I haven't had to wait more than a minute for help. There's always plenty of parking, and the quick turnaround definitely makes this a good bet for speed freaks. (I've, uh, definitely experienced lines at my USPS office!) - The employees seem able to read my mind, and it's never difficult explaining what it is I need to do. Shipped a package on 2/23/2017 with the expectation of overnight (1 business day) service not guaranteed, which was communicated by the representative and the package was shipped as ground package for three business days. I even requested that the package be sent to a UPS location at an airport for hold for pick up service to ensure he package was received by 02/25/2017 per the non-guaranteed 1 business day delivery. I should have just shipped the package overnight with FedEx or directly with UPS on 02/24/2017. The late cutoff time at The UPS Store is tempting, but the store needs to ensure that their representatives' communication is followed by the appropriate actions. Double check your labels before signing and leaving the UPS Store. Moving forward I will stick to shipping companies that actually do what they say their going to do, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. read more

I went in to have three sets of documents notarized, the Manager Mike Birkert assisted me, he stamped one document and told me to go to the counter and pay, when I got home I looked thru the papers and saw that it required three notary stamps, he said" l'm not a lawyer and I don't have to look thru the pages to see how many need to be notarized. I was not pleased in having to go back the second time. I think his customer service skills need to be refreshened. read more

I've been here three times in the last two weeks and I honestly can't complain about the service. In fact they have been really great in my opinion. They have been friendly and prompt about getting me in and out of the store. I even witnessed one of the employees stop a guy who was trying to cut line just because he had some big boxes. Employee politely explained in the smoothest manner that he couldn't just get him a receipt when others were waiting. Diffused that really quick and I tip my non existent hat. There is a young man there named Rolando, that provides excellent customer service. I own a small business in the area, and with the business comes a lot of outgoing packages. At times, I have between 30-60 packages. Rolando is the ONLY person in this particular store that will help me unload my car. Rolando goes above and beyond to come out and help. There are times when it is busy so I wouldn't expect the entire store to stop for me, but even when it is slow, Rolando comes out to help while the rest of the employees sit around and watch us carry these boxes in. Rolando has a great head on his shoulders. If he is able to keep up the same great attitude and willingness to help people, I have no doubts he will definitely succeed in life. read more

I went in to ship a package back to a supplier. They wanted to charge me $167 for a packages I paid $61 to receive just 4 days earlier. Said my packaging was not sufficient for the insurance I desired. I took that same package to a "REAL" UPS location and they said the packaging was fine and charged me $57 to return ship with my insurance. SERIOUSLY! THIS IS NOT COOL. I recently went to this store to mail a package from Arlington to Georgia. I gave the man a sheet of paper written with a sharpie showing the address. It said TO: then a Georgia address. and FROM: then my Arlington address. After he typed everything in he asked me if the addresses were typed correctly. I responded yes. The next day that same package showed up at my door. Clearly he put my home address (2 miles away) as the destination. I then returned to the store to show that he sent the package to myself. He said not his problem. That I signed the strip of paper confirming the addresses. That he would be charging me again. Worst customer service ever. Clearly his error. I payed with a credit card with my name on it and mailed it to the same name 2 miles away? Why would I have given him a paper written in bold sharpie letters stating a GEORGIA address as the destination?! I was clearly ripped off by an employee that cared nothing about the customer and only for himself. Never going to that store again. read more

My package was destroyed during transit and I could not be reimbursed by UPS because the UPS store was the only one that could submit a claim and they refused to do so. Hours on the phone wasted. They are lazy and unethical. read more

I've used this location for several years without incident and the service was always very good. However, this time I went in to send back a part to Primary Arms in Houston. I was asked what was in the box and I stated truthfully that it was an aluminum hand guard for a rifle. After some back and forth I explained this was a single piece of machined aluminum which has nothing to do with the mechanical function of a rifle. That led to a clerk and supervisor telling me that UPS policy forbade them from shipping my part. So, I had to leave the store without shipping. I researched UPS firearms policy and it says nothing about shipping individual gun parts. They will ship gun parts so long as everything in the box CANNOT be assembled into a working firearm. Clearly, these employees either do not understand their Company Policy or do but wanted to blow me off rather than process my shipment. In either case, they are wrong and customer gets the boot. They charged me $1.87 for $1.12 postage without informing me that they were ripping me off. I passed the post office on the way home and would have dropped it off there and not be ripped off. I only noticed because I asked for the envelope back for a moment to remove an item and saw the $1.12 postage. read more
