The given email address was lengthy -- lots of characters -- and the body of the email had an unsubscribe address which matches this company's address. I tried to call and advise what I'd found so that remedial action could be taken, but no one answered my call, and the voice mail was full, so I hung up. This scam has evidently been going on for some time because there is a picture of the request, dated in August of 2025, for payment on YELP. The one I received has a different format, but the content is basically the same -- send money -- and is dated April of 2026. BEWARE!

But i couldn't leave him in the car obviously so I had no way of going inside. I was parked right outside the store and called to explain the situation. Without hesitation, the young woman came right out to get my package. Seriously so kind and made my day--it really means a lot to this young mom to have people help with kindness and not disdain.
