The given email address was lengthy -- lots of characters -- and the body of the email had an unsubscribe address which matches this company's address. I tried to call and advise what I'd found so that remedial action could be taken, but no one answered my call, and the voice mail was full, so I hung up. This scam has evidently been going on for some time because there is a picture of the request, dated in August of 2025, for payment on YELP. The one I received has a different format, but the content is basically the same -- send money -- and is dated April of 2026. BEWARE!

This review is a direct reflection of the recent price increases that the UPS Store has…read moreimplemented. Not only am I paying $400 per year for the service, but they recently added on a number of "fees". 1) They now charge you $2 / package for going over your package "limit". Seems punative for the customers that use them the most. 2) They now charge $2 / day for every day a package sits over 5 days, and that includes the Amazon "padded envelope" packages. Get a package halfway through your 10 day vacation? Yep, that's $10 extra when you go to pick it up. The entire point of this service (to me) is convenience and reducing the stress of having to be home when a package is delivered. Unfornately, these changes have only increase my stress. I'm cancelling my subscription and finding somewhere else - even if that means driving an extra 5-10 minutes. So long UPS Store - you were great at one point, but now you suck. BTW, the folks working there are nice and friendly. I'm just tired of all the nickel and diming.

Nevertheless, the6 do take Amazon returns, package them, and label them according to the Amazon guidelines. Receipts are given to confirm your drop off.
