I like to drop off at the location to ensure that the package gets shipped and I can get a receipt rather than dropping off at the boxes. I got two projects printed here, a card game and a flip book. I was able to describe the printing and binding I wanted, and the next day the project was done and for a reasonable price. My instructions were followed exactly and the price was reasonable. Robbie did a great job and they applied a discount just because. I will definitely be using them in the future. I feel kind of lame having enough time in my life to write a review of a FedEx Kinkos, but, yeah, they kind of deserve it. I use this place for shipping (and occasionally for printing) and have always found the folks really informed and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure my stuff is packed safely and securely. They even helped me out once when I totally selected the wrong shipping method (was going to cost my hundreds, instead of dozens, of dollars) and called about 30 minutes later to correct it - they fixed that no problem and emailed me a copy of the refund receipt. What also impresses me is that, I have been using this location for a year, and there has been little staff turn-over in that time. It can't be the most fulfilling job in the world in and of itself, so, they must be doing something else right to keep their staff around. read more

I walked in on a Sunday at 5:59 not realizing they close at 6 o'clock. Brie was already helping two other customers with a smile on her face and a pep in her voice. She was not bothered one bit that I had walked in at closing time. And when I realized it and offered to come back she would absolutely not let me do that and insisted on helping me. Maybe an overly harsh review - but I needed some flyers made for my lost pet. I went online to do print and pickup at 6:30pm and the first option for pickup was the next day. Since the store was open until 9pm, I called to see if it was possible to print them more quickly. The man on the phone gave me a long lecture about how it's a small store with only one person and there was no option for me to get it faster. I had informed him I was hoping to just print 10 copies on a regular 8.5x11 and it was just "no way, we're just too busy, can't get to it." I work customer service. It's ok to say no - you don't need to give a lecture about how small you are and how understaffed you are. That's your problem, that's not my fault. NOw that I'm reading reviews - it makes me more annoyed because it looks like they have a kiosk I couldn't run in and used -- thanks for helping me FedEx store. NEver again. The email address on my flyer was missing a letter from the middle. I told them about it and they added it in a different font. The man helping me seemed to be a in a very bad mood. The ladies who also assisted where nice but it was noticeable that the man was in charge. They reprinted my flyers (with the wrong font on that one letter) and I told him that I could recycle the old flyers and just hand write in the missing letter. The ladies seemed like they wanted to tell me yes but immediately looked at him. He did not make eye contact and said "I already put them in the shredder". When it seemed he just put them in the trash. They did previously help me fix some overlapping texts on the flyer. Which was nice. read more

This is singularly THE WORST FedEx facility I've ever been to, and I attribute this sentiment to the extraordinarily rude and lazy staff member I dealt with on a Tuesday night. I fully acknowledge that it's the holidays, but my experience at this establishment last week was totally unacceptable. I arrived at FedEx around 6pm on Tuesday evening after fighting traffic for nearly an hour. I received notice that my shipment of wine for a holiday party had arrived a few days prior - which requires signature for delivery/release - and submitted a request online to have the package held at my nearest FedEx office. On arriving at the office, I was welcomed by 6 -7 customers milling around, looking rather lost and confused. There was ONE staff member on duty that evening. He was working with a gentleman who had 20 something packages to be shipped. After standing behind this gentleman for nearly 5 minutes, the employee finally acknowledged my existence. Rather than being greeted with "how can I help you?" he simply said "you should come back another time, I'm not going to be able to help you for at least 30 - 45 minutes". I was completely dumbfounded, and it must have showed because he finally asked what I'd come in for. I told him they were holding a package for me, showing him the door slip I'd been left the day before, and that I just needed to pick it up. He told me again that it would be at least 45 minutes and that I SHOULD GET THERE BEFORE 5PM since he's the only one there after 5 on weekdays. The guy with all the packages actually offered to wait so the FedEx dude could get me my package. He declined. I started this review after walking out that day, and honestly hadn't planned to post it. What changed my mind was my experience the following day. When I went back in the next morning, the guy behind the counter LITERALLY turned around, removed the ONLY package in the cage behind him, and got me out the door (package in hand) in less than 3 minutes. Needless to say, if I have to deal with FedEx again I'll happily drive the extra 10 - 20 minutes to go to another office. read more

I've used this location multiple times before for self-service - i.e., printing something on the run, wh en I've totally needed "do-it-yourself" items and not had the ability to run home - but today, when in a real rush, and needing to print off an 8x10 specifically, the following happened: 1) I went in the door and was greeted by someone behind the counter. I stated "I need to print off a few 8x10's." He said "Sure! Are they on your e-mail or phone?" I said "Yes, e-mail". He said, "Go right on back to the workstation in the corner and you can do it from there!" I said, "Great! Which printer do I select to send it to for the 8'x10's?" Response: "Well, does it need to be on special paper?"..... I waited a moment, thinking he was asking Glossy versus matte finish...and I said "Either would be fine as long as they were 8x10's" Response: "Well it'll be 8 & 1/2 by 11. We don't do 8x10'. You'll have to cut them down...." Really? You just said you did 8x10's when I asked at the beginning of this conversation. Didn't matter because I was in a hurry at this point for sure. I went to the computer, logged on, pulled up the photo I needed and printed 5 copies. Along with that was a .pdf that I needed to print off. I pulled it up, it displayed properly on the screen and I printed it off as well. I logged off, and total charges for time, prints and copies was a little over $10, with the copies of the .pdf being about $2.45. When you log off, it clears the memory and reboots the computer, by the way. A good thing. I retrieved my items from the printer and the file that was the .pdf was blank with an error message of "This items cannot be viewed in a frame". That message showed nowhere on my screen. Of course I'd already paid and ended my session, but very much needed this file, so now, still in a hurry, I had to log BACK on, re-sign in, get the file, pull it up, download it, and print it off again. Another $2.45 plus time. I went to the desk with my receipts and unusable pages and showed them to the lady with a very difficult to understand accent, who promptly told me that since I'd ended the session she could not help me. I had to ask "What did you say?" twice to which the man standing behind her started asking questions. He said "Did you print this from a web page?" I stated I printed it from a viewer. "YES, but was it from a Web Page?" I said it was a web based email browser. His response: "MMhMM. That's the problem. Don't ever print anything from a web page going forward. It doesn't recognize.." I cut him off. Buddy I have been using computers longer than you've been alive and I didn't come to ask for printing directions. I have unusable product in front of you that you can plainly see, my receipt, and have asked twice now for my money back. Doesn't matter how much it is - you have now spent more time telling me what you CAN'T do instead of just giving me my $2.45 back. Right now, that's a gallon of gas. 25 miles in my car. He then started into some diatribe about how impossible and difficult it is to refund money on those transactions, and I told him I was really in a very big hurry: Are you going to refund my money or not? Yes or no? He shook his head no. I left. So here ya go, FedEx Office Print rude puppies. I'm opening two new ventures next month that have a TON of printing needs accompanying them, some will be in the range of the thousands of dollars. And all the personal business that I've done with you in the last 6 years? Well, that, in addition to the new business printing....just went somewhere else. I hope that little bit of $2.45/25 miles customer service satisfaction survey was worth it to you. You lost me as a customer. I'd rather print copies at the post office than deal with THAT or folks who wanna just take the "I don't give a crap about you as a customer, not even for $2.45 or the fact that you're in a hurry but THANK YOU for coming to do business with us anyway" as my choices of business. No one greeted me when I walked in or asked me what I needed. i stood in line for 25 minutes while a guy inefficiently attempted to assist a woman enlarging signs on the photocopier (who uses those things anymore anyway?). I only had a small print job, but he indicated that he was too busy to help me. What's the point in having a retail location if you can't go get things printed out? He did not advise me of any other service options, such as self service or sending the job to another location. He literally just said he was too busy. The clerk, a middle aged man was such a grouch I may not go back there again. I ordered a couple of pages printed and then grouchy man directed me to the self service scan. It was weird and did not work at first but showed the amount of about $1.90 as the charge. When I checked my bank balance there was a pending charge of TEN dollars by fed ex to my card. Terrible customer service. I came to do a 'Happy Return' and Rosalyn was extremely rude. As soon as I walked in, I could see she was irritated and in a terrible mood. My QR code wasn't working so she asked me to make the code bigger, turn up the brightness on my phone, etc. I did that and it still wouldn't scan. No problem, I'll request a new QR code and take my return somewhere else. I've never had such bad service from a shipping store or dealt with someone so unhappy with life. read more

A good place to get your printing done, whether it be copies and such, or in my case, whenever I need to print something because I don't own a printer. In my latest case, I was happy this Kinko's location was open on a Sunday. This location is small, but well stocked, and the attendant was really friendly. Unfortunately, I found the Internet to be slow (and I'm not being fastidious, it was slower than my home Internet) and of course that stinks because they charge you $.35 per minute and they don't stop the timer when gmail is taking forever to load. Still, I was happy that I was able to get my printouts. And sorry FedEx, but it will always be Kinkos to me! read more

By far one of the best customer service experience I received. Im terrible for not getting there names but I went in the other day just to drop off a box but ended up purchasing a box and packing service. They helped me find out exactly what would work best and contacted me as soon as the box arrived then and had it all packed and ready for pick up. I didnt even know such a service was offered honestly but thankful because looking at it now I have no idea how i would of got the stroller in the box and may have ruined the box in the process. This FedEx location is fantastic!! They are friendly and efficient. I needed to have copies made and was able to email my files and they were done promptly and the price was unbelievably reasonable. I rarely use my home printer so the ink drys up and the copies are poor quality. I don't think I will bother with a new home printer when I can get beautiful copies so easily. It is also an easy place to drop off packages for shipping. The only negative is the parking lot is tight and I'm not the greatest driver. This still will not detour me from making this my FedEx store. They are taking Covid precautions and their efficiency makes the time in the store short and sweet. read more

Had one of those Fedex commercial moments. Justin T. saved my bacon. At breakfast I realized that I was out of business cards and I was going to a networking meeting at 11am. I tried searching for one hour business cards but could only find printers that opened at 10am. I called this Fedex because it was close to my house - not only did Justin tell me he could do it - he did it. I emailed him low resolution logos (all I had) and my information. He set it all up - and had a proof over to me in 15 minutes - once I approved they were done within another 30 minutes. When did Kinko's become such a pain to deal with? Very poor customer service tonight. Wanted to charge me $10 to "recomposite" labels printed on half a page of A4 such that it would print out undisorted on their same width/shorter length 8.5x11 label paper. Told them that if they would hand me the mouse, I could do it for them in three clicks and was offered the opportunity to rent one of their PCs. Was immediately offered the opportunity to "call their manager," which makes me think that 1) customer complaints are a common occurrence, and 2) "manager complaints" must be toothless. Either way, had the lady at the counter spent half as much effort to be helpful as she did being unhelpful, I would be writing a different review. read more

Had to have a package rerouted and held for pickup and the FedEx website helpfully offered this location as the place where it would be held. When the package arrived, the very helpful staff marked the package as DECLINED RETURN TO SHIPPER without giving me a call. This violates FedEx policy and is just incredibly rude - as I then had to call FedEx three times to figure out where my package was and then drive to Pflugerville and wait 30 minutes to actually receive my package.
