I get being tired at work having a long day and it's only Tuesday but when you're in customer service, you really have to be mindful on how you treat people. Young brother you clearly hate your job. Your dryness and lack of communication in my service made me never want to come to FedEx again however, your colleague is just as happy as ever. Being patient and kind speaking in Spanish and waving goodbye and saying thank you. It makes a difference. I need the brother that serves me today to find another job or find a way to get in the back and not have to see people. It's simple as that, his appearance, his attitude, and his lack of vocal speaking simply says, let me work in the back where I don't have to talk to anybody unless I want to. It was apparent that he was agitated because his colleague didn't shut the blinds for him but again he doesn't speak very loudly. Oh let's talk about FED EX! This was the worst experience I have had in a VERY LONG TIME. So much so that even if I want something and want to support a smaller business if they used Fed Ex I am going to pass. Lets start out fair, the shipper put my address wrong on the package. It happens. The issue comes from there, no one let me know, Fed Ex driver or company didn't call, email, text or contact me in ANY way. It was a mistake with a easy fix. I then spent most of the day Saturday on the phone with the 1800 Fed EX people, a supervisor, and the local station. At first they said only the sender could fix it but finally let me. The local office was the worst, the man I spoke to, Danny was rude, unhelpful, talked down to me, I admit again in fairness I had been on the phone all together for over and hour already on my day off. He wouldn't let me speak to anyone higher or have them call me back as it was a incorrect address so not the fault of Fed Ex. Here is the thing. When UPS, or Door Dash, or LYFT can't find me they call or text, someone tries to correct this. Fed Ex just quits and they do nothing but delivery. That is their ONLY JOB, I would be fine correcting the address, having the delivery a day later then I was told. But this guy was worthless, he had an excuse for everything. So I call FED Ex corp back and wanted the package delivered that date as everything was corrected. They wouldn't or "couldn't" but I could go and pick it up. I had no way there as my wife had the car, so I said just deliver it Monday. This item was almost $1000 so after a bit I thought I don't trust them anymore and spoke to my wife who left work early so we could go get the item. I then called the local Fed Ex back to say I would be coming to get it, the person they said now. Corp said yes. We went, Danny came out as I was leaving to be a jerk one last time. I was expecting a package to be delivered on friday december.The fifth between the hours of ten a m and three a m by fedex. The package never came on friday.The following morning, I get a message from fedex saying that my package would be delivered today.Saturday, december, the sixth between eleven and three. While waiting at home, I get a email from fedex.Saying that they miss me with the delivery and that my package would be delivered.The next business day. That was a exaggerated statement by fedex.Because I was at home.I called them to their customer care number, and I was told that my package has never been loaded onto a truck and it was due to human error. I asked, could I go pick up my package from the distribution center i was told that I could not . And implied I did something to the packages to make them not scan in the system correctly. Personnel is extremely friendly and helpful with my package. There was no waiting and I was very grateful for their professionalism.

I rarely write reviews, but these employees were so rude. Besides the younger one, she was kind. But I am also not the type of person to be confrontational or cause a scene. I was trying to pick up my own phone that I paid for, and they refused to give me my package because it was under my dads address and he was out of town so he couldn't sign for the delivery. They "missed the delivery" to our house so I decided to drive an hour to this location after a long work week and they couldn't have cared less. There is already so much hate and unkindness in this world, I just simply don't understand why people need to add to it. They were making me feel so belittled, told me I was out of luck and walked away while I was talking. I started crying cause I was just so uncomfortable and anxious about the whole situation. My phone carrier (Spectrum) who we bought the phones from literally has me get the manager on the phone because they were trying to work something out but they were just not having it. When a package requires a signature and I'm not at home (or don't hear the doorbell for some reason), the Fedex folks always offer me the option to pickup that evening at this location. It's easy to access from either Howard or Scofield Ridge and the storefront is open until 8:30pm weekdays, one of the few businesses convenient to people who work a "typical" 8a-6p weekday schedule and then have to get through traffic to get over here. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I've been impressed with their clear social distancing and mask-wearing enforcement. Picking up a missed package is super simple. Bring your door tag sticky note (which has a UPC code) and your photo ID. The person at the counter will scan your paper and look at your ID, go into the back, and come back out with your package. That's it, done in less than 5 minutes. Of all the shipping options available, my experience has been that Fedex is the most reliable and accessible. With their free Fedex Delivery Manager service and smartphone app, I can easily manage any deliveries coming my way and specify an alternative delivery location if I'm not at home. They even will deliver to Walgreens or Dollar General for me. I've recently been receiving a great number of packages for a home improvement project, some extra large and heavy (such as furniture). There have been numerous instances of issues with our USPS, UPS, and Amazon deliveries, but so far, not one problem with Fedex. read more

Worst experience. First delivery was done on a Friday. Of course I was at work and a note was left on my door. It stated that they would attempt another day. I do need to sign for this as it's medication. Not because I'm requesting a signature, it's out of my hands. I have no problem with them dropping off and leaving. But it's not up to me. Apparently they've made 2 more attempts to deliver. Monday and Tuesday. But I had no idea as they didn't leave notes on my door. I just assumed they hadn't come back. I tried to track it down with the tracking number that was on the "door tag" the number was non existing. I can't even track it with their tracking number. I called the 1-800 number to find out when it will be delivered. Of course it's automated and they want me to give the tracking, which doesn't even work. So of course I get the run around and can't talk to a human being to explain the situation. Finally a human, but there's nothing she can do. It's been 3 attempts now so it's going back to the company. I said no it's not, it's coming to my house, there has been no attempts as far as I'm concerned. Hasn't been any notes on my door stating. You could just be saying you've been delivering. You're sending it back. After hours and missing out on work being on the phone with several people, I told them this. I will be home by 5:30pm that package will be delivered today. Your policy even states that you will make attempts, but then it will sit in your warehouse for 2 days before it goes back to the company. The last delivery was done yesterday so there was 2 days that it should have been sitting In Your warehouse. Yet you were telling me that it was heading back to the company today. There was so many mistakes in Fed Ex part no one would own up to it. First. Notes of several attempts should have been left. And after the 3rd attempt, you should have sat on Howard street warehouse for 2 more days. Get your stuff together Fed Ex. I will not order from any company from here on out that will use Fed Ex. FedEx attempted delivery to my address on 3 separate occasions. On all three occasions, the driver did not scan the Door Tag that was left, making the barcode & tag number invalid. I called customer service all three times, and was not able to get through the automated system due to the unscanned tag, and since I'm not expecting a delivery, I don't have a tracking number. I called back 11/14 & spoke with a supervisor whom retrieved the delivery info via the delivery address. The supervisor provided me with the package info including the recipient, and advised me where the package was being held. 2001 Howard LN, Austin, TX 78728. When I went to retrieve the letter, the lady at the counter was very rude. She told me the DT did not work, so I needed a tracking number. I don't have a tracking number, because I'm not expecting a delivery. She said most people know whether or not they are expecting a package, and to contact the shipper. Although I advised on multiple occasions that I don't know who the shipper is. She shrugged her shoulders and was adamant that she could not research the info further even though I had already been provided the info via phone. I called back and spoke with Marja whom as expected could not locate the DT number, and further stated that it was not possible to search by anything other than a DT or a tracking number. I told her that I called this morning, and have already obtained the info, I just need someone to reach out to the local location, and advise of the problem, and view my ID & release the package that I was already was told was there. She continued to tell me that the supervisor provided me incorrect information and that a shipment can not be located by address. After asking to speak with a supervisor multiple times, she disconnected the call. I stayed home from work for the sole reason of receiving a package that needed to be signed for. I was about 20' from the front door. Fed Ex. left a Door Tag on my front door but did not bother to knock or ring the doorbell. If they had, I would have heard it, my dog would have gone ballistic, and my door bell camera would have recorded it Customer Service in the Philippines was absolutely awful. The Door Tag # indicated that it had been delivered to another address and signed for. Now they will try to deliver it tomorrow when I can not be here! They easily could have redelivered it, it was within 10 minutes of when they had been here so it is unlikely that they had already left the neighborhood. The most inconsiderate shipping company in America, and not just the delivery driver, but everyone I ever dealt with from FedEx. On April 18, 2019, I returned home, finding a "missed deliver" note from FedEx, telling me signature was required and the package would be available at the station after 4pm. In rush hour traffic, I drove to FedEx station, only to find the truck hadn't returned yet. The receptionist said the truck driver might have gone helping another. I waited an hour, and the driver still hadn't return. The receptionist said they could redeliver "tomorrow." There's no concern that I just wasted two hours for nothing. I left a comment on Fedex's Facebook page, and immediately a Dolores replied, asked for info, and would look into it. Then a Joyce. Then a Rebecca. In the end, there was no offer of either delivering it before 8:30 pm that day or before 9 am the next day. Basically, they were just implied, "you wasted two hours? Too bad." I live in Elgin Tx just outside of Austin Tx, May of 2020 I ordered my phone through AT&T online. They told me that it was shipped by FedEx, the first attempt the driver did a UPS move by delivering it to the wrong address. The second time the package was being returned because it was said bad address. I used to have great with FedEx with no problems, so what happened? Was it cheap labor? Was it that you all don't care about delivering the packages on time and not crushed? Was it because that you hired people from other delivering companies (ie UPS, US Postal Service, etc?) so they are bringing their screwup attitude? Today March 23, 2022. They delivered my package in front of my house. J talked to her that I was 5mins away, she said " OK ". But when I got home in 5mins, she left and put a tag to pick up at Howard Ln. The lady delivered my package was rude ( the way she talked and act ). Then I called to the Fedex and talk about my package, they said I can pick up before 8:30pm. Of course when I got there, the lady worked there ( African-American) "I forgot her name", didn't let me pick my package up because my order package wasn't match my DL address. I told her that I just moved to new home, but I have proof that I'm living there, even I have information of the order, same name for order, shipping information, tracking ID, tracking number, my phone number in the system of shipping as well. BUT she said " NO, not my business, I'm work here this is my rule ". I asked " what's rule?. She said " I don't know ", I'm not let you pick your package. Then, I asked " So, how do I pick it up tmr? " Because I have to work and can't get home until 8pm. She said the deliver will drop your package tomorrow around 4:30pm, I told her & him that I can not be there to sign my package. I would like to pick up. They said I have to contact the shipper. But I do not know who is the shipper and phone number. She said not my problem. You can just wait until the package arrives and sign it. Both delivery and front desk I have seen today really RUDE, MEAN, HELPLESSNESS, DISRESPECTFUL. Had a check sent expedited delivery from Denver, for $30, on Wednesday. Friday it is in Austin at 7:31am. So FedEx got it here expeditiously. It has the wrong zip code. At 8:54am I used the Manage Delivery option and asked it be sent to the FedEx drop facility in Lexington. At 9:30 the change of delivery address is updated in the system. The 3:44pm status update is that it's being redirected. The 3:50pm status update is that it's still at the Austin facility. ??!! At 7:30am on Saturday the new update is "no attempt made at delivery/ business closed". Did it even make it to a truck? The FedEx drop off location is a Dollar General that opens at 9:am. Don't they know that? Why didn't it go on a truck that could be there during business hours. No other attempt is made that day. So now it's Monday and a new update says it will be at the store by 8pm. AS IT COULD HAVE BEEN ON FRIDAY, for deposit in my bank on Saturday, with the ability to have access by Monday WHICH IS WHY I PAID $30 EXTRA! I paid a lot of money to have a $40,000 check from my credit union sent FedEx overnight to my house. When 2 days passed, I had FedEx divert the package to this location so that I could pick it up ASAP; it was already late at this point. My "overnight" package finally got to this facility in the early hours on a Saturday morning so I immediately drove 30 minutes from my house to this facility to pick it up. The woman at the counter tells me my package is at the facility, but that I cannot have it because its not scheduled for me to pick it up until the following Monday. I asked if she could check quickly to see if it was easily accessible and she refused to offer any help. I told her it was overnight and critical that I receive it and she told me to "check with my shipper" (what does that even mean?). So not only did my "overnight" package not ship overnight, but I was not given a very "Texan" experience by the staff at this facility. I refuse to do business with FedEx in the future - there are too many other options out there for me to even bother. Having been on hold with FedEx all morning and running in circles trying to figure out the semi-complicated logistics of sending a package, I gave up and decided to just wing it. I came a week before Christmas and there was hardly a line. It took only a little explaining for the staff to fully understand what I needed. Everything was handled without confusion, and I was out the door within minutes. If you're coming to this location for the first time, make sure you get the location right. There have been some road name change around the area. If you simply input address into Google Map or your GPS, it'll most likely point you to the Walgreens on Howard Lane. I was directed to this location to pick up a package even though I live around the UT campus. I wasn't familiar with the area so I ended up circling around the Walgreens area for about 20 minutes before I went in to ask for some help. When I informed the person working at Fedex about this problem, he just blamed it on Google Map. I really hope Fedex will send Google a notice about this address change soon.
