It's usually very easy to pop in and out for things like Amazon returns, but I've seen the line 3-4 deep and if there's only one person on staff (there are usually 2) it can take a while. I can understand a few of the low ratings for this location, because most of it is simply timing-based, but overall I have been lucky the vast majority of my visits. I've used printing services and notary services as well. One time the online portal was down through UPS, but... Pro-tip: you can email the store directly using the address listed on the website and send files that way too.

The one I received has a different format, but the content is basically the same -- send money -- and is dated April of 2026. BEWARE!

Every so often, I have multiple packages to mail out and at the business I used to frequent, it was very simple. So, it was a pleasant surprise to find a local store with the same great service. There was parking right in front of the store so if you have a lot of packages, you won't have far to walk. I don't know if they have a cart you can use if you have several package or large packages. I had seven packages all going to different places that the lady working had to enter all the information. However, as fast as you can tell her, she will put the information in! Although it was seven different locations, she was extremely fast about it and she told me all the different shipping options I had from quickest to least expensive. They also have packing supplies and work with all shipping carriers from what we could see. When the lady started to help us, a number of other people came in and were waiting in line. I felt bad about the others having to wait, but the lady helping me just kept on going. The people waiting were nice but I was just so pleased the woman helping me didn't stop to go and help the others like might happen in some other businesses. She was going to help me until my order was complete. I love businesses that you can rely upon and act professionally. I saw they also have a Notary, do passport photos, faxing, document shredding and much more. I'm very happy to have found this business so I don't have to drive all the way down to Austin and there is no question, this is my "go-to" place for all shipping and mailing needs.

While trying to understand how to make it work with the available printer, I asked a few questions--mainly about layout and how many cards could fit per sheet of paper. The approach I originally had in mind wasn't compatible with their setup, so I was simply trying to brainstorm a workable alternative. To my surprise, Jesse at the front counter told me I was being rude. I'm genuinely unsure how it came across that way, as I remained calm throughout, didn't raise my voice, and wasn't upset--just asking a lot of questions, attempting to find a solution. Unfortunately, based on that experience, I wouldn't recommend using this business.

For several years now, Greg has always been solid with me and provided whatever is required for my mail and shipping needs. I am very appreciative for his dedication and conscientiousness to the situation during these covid moments especially when it was obviously unsafe to be going to the public post office. Fyi, the best time to get answers to complicated shipping issues when he has more time for questions and quotes is in person in the mornings and Saturdays. Later in the afternoon is when he is the busiest with in-store deliveries, deadlines and pick-ups thus having less time for chitchat but he has always been polite and respectful to me no matter what I ask regardless whatever time of day. I have never seen him be rude; I have been there on Friday afternoons when he is the most busy and even then he is on top of his game with customer service. Here's a tip to get in and out when he has a lot going on, use the rack by the front door past the mailboxes for pre-labeled bulk mail outs and single returns - just come in, drop off, and leave; that said, I've rarely waited more than a few minutes for service. For disclosure, I am a box holder and sometimes I stop by a couple times a week, sometimes once every couple months and sometimes I call to see what mail I have and if I want he will send it to me wherever. For box holders, he offers shredding service. read more

I've used this mail place for the last 6 years I lived in austin. I've mailed numerous gifts and large items and have ever had anything but outstanding service. The owner is so friendly, such a breath of fresh air! He knows what he's doing and he always gets you the best deal. I just relocated to Colorado, showed up to my house today to see all my belongings packed better than I left them and all here safe and undamged. I highly recommend over anyone else in central texas !!!! read more
