The new copiers defaulting to color and switching papers if the tray runs out are a few of the clever ways they increase spoilage and squeeze an extra dollar out of you, which a regular customer can see right through. Surly employee was mad cuz I was cutting 4 pieces at once - if the wheel didn't squeak like it hadn't been oiled since the 70s I'd believe your sudden interest in my cutting ability. In fact I'd have YOU do it if you haven't added a setup fee, smile fee, and a fee fee making ONE cut $9, after a (weekly) $120 self service job where I get in and get out unlike 90% of the 'self' serve customers that take an hour to do anything. I have tried to reach out to fedex a million times. I have lost 170$ as a college student from the driver named TRAVON delivering my package to a random address. The address was completely right on the package but it was to a random door. If someone could get back to me or help me figure out a refund would be great. When Fedex picks up a package I get an estimated delivery date. Lately my packages have been sitting in their distribution center for an extra day before delivery. Used to love this place. The new manager is so incredibly rude. She degraded her employees, is so incredibly rude to them in front of customers. Ask her to print anything over the phone and you're asking her to grow the paper and cut the tree down she will lie and say she never received any documents. Avoid this location. I brought a package to return. It was in the packaging that it was sent to me in by FedEx. I was told, by the male manager on, that the packaging was now not acceptable and I had to buy a box from them or they would not ship it. When I questioned him he started to open my package without my consent. When I told him not to open it, because it was a vacuumed sealed beanbag that took over a hour to get into the packaging, he became angry and yelled at me that he wasn't trying to open it. I think they tell everybody their packaging is not acceptable so they can sell more products. read more

The employees aren't doing anything but tell me if they print instead of me waiting for the machine to be open they'll charge me over 10 times the cost. To hell with this place. Never stopping back. Again. The online guidelines FedEx has for its customers in regards to packaging only RECOMMEND to use a concealed box. This time I was told $25, not $22 like on 99th and McDowell. If I, as a customer decline your recommendation and ask you to package my items in the complimentary packaging the express paid label I have says, why not honor it and label the packaging however you must to not take responsibility for it being damaged. I'm telling you I'm willing to take the risk. They would rather argue with the customer, to even get the free box to package it MYSELF because they weren't even willing to do that. Only for me to turn around and drop it off elsewhere. Poor customer service at best. The Store Manager is very rude and unhelpful. When I entered the store he yells out clear across the store..."Hey, what can we do for you?" Not very good customer service at all when there are other customers inside his store. Robert is super unfriendly and has zero likeability in his obviously burned out attitude towards in store customers. He is rude and actually lied to me about what he says is their rules about shipping. He needs to stick with the rules rather than making stuff up about how shipping centers work. He made us repack an obviously well packed box with glass in it when I know for a fact we have received the same type of wrapped packages from others from his company and thru the mail. I was in on Saturday November 9, 2019 to print out two PDF documents that I needed in color. When using the self service machine I encountered an error after I had swiped my debt card. I informed the staff member of the issue and she stated that she could print out the documents for me so I went ahead and did that. I questioned about getting charged for the error since nothing printed out, she stated that no charge would happen. Today I see that I have two charges posted on my statement, I called the store and asked if I could get a refund for the wrong charge since nothing printed. The person that answered said that she was the person that helped me and remembered the incident, She stated that I had to go in person to get a refund I let her know that I was from out of state and was only in on business when I went in to the store, so then she told me that I needed a receipt to get a refund so that I had to call her back with receipt number to get a refund. I informed her that I might not have the receipt but that I had the debt card used for the transaction she stated that she could only do it if I had a receipt for the correct charge. I did not realize that even with having the debt card available that was used they still could not process the refund. So now I am out the amount that money :/ read more

This store is so so - the vibe is eh, but if you go here and Melinda helps, you will be STRAIGHT! Ask for Melinda- who noticeably offers an AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I don't live in Arizona, but I had something I needed to ship and I saw FedEx and made a quick trip in since I go to FedEx back home in California. The store has a really slow vibe and it seemed like everybody was very quiet and failed to greet incoming customers or make any kind of warm connection with people. However, I noticed that Melinda took pleasure in connecting and doing things with absolute detail to the service of her business and in her response to me she was extremely friendly and very warm. She was the first bit of good energy I had the whole time I was there and I was in there for a few minutes before I got helped. Generally speaking, I've found that FedEx's delivery teams are wholly unreliable and I stay far away from them - whether I'm shipping or receiving - as often as possible. However, on one occasion I didn't have a choice with how I received a shipment and had to pick it up at this location. My package happened to be full of ammo, which apparently is against FedEx's policy - something I was not aware of, and which confused me because the business that shipped it to me and insisted on using FedEx is a prominent online ammo source... so I figured they'd know better. Luckily, the manager was still friendly and relatively cool about the ordeal. I obviously got my package, but did receive a warning that future shipments would likely be intercepted or denied/returned to the sender. Well... good thing I don't usually go with FedEx. read more

This office is horrible. EVERY time I've gone to this Fed Ex I have been dissatisfied upon walking out. I'm an optimistic person, I tend to always think that if I go back to a place things might be different. WRONG! As soon as I walked in they bombarded me with questions and basically asked me if I knew what I was doing. A simple greeting would suffice, geezus! Honestly, a lot of business is done these days off of phones and iPads. The print center actually accommodates this somewhat, allowing for a few options to be able to print from your phone- or tablet-based email. The problem comes when you look deeper. The only practical reason I can think of a normal business person to print something from an email at FedEx is to sign and return it. Well, there is currently no way to actually return the documents you needed to print out for the purposes of signing them. They will only scan pages onto a usb drive, and have no provisions for doing what should actually be the quickest and cheapest way: scan and email. You have to take the usb, log in to their computer (at a cost per time used), sign into a personal email (as your corporate exchange-based servers will not work) and then attach the file from the thumb drive to an email and email them to yourself/concerned party. What a backwards way to approach doing business in the current generation of computing on the go. Looks useful on the outside but is actually useless. read more

Older reviews are pretty accurate. First of all this is like the worst location to try and park at, it's shoved in between two restaurants and there is no Fedex only parking available so good luck trying to not only snag a spot up front, try and back in, or carry anything heavy in. Employees have very little care for your packages, if it gets damaged it most likely started from here, several times as we've dropped off packages and started walking out the door we've seen there throwing packages, trying to stack them up on shelves they have no idea what's inside or how much it costs and they've tossed it up, missed, then tossed it up again. This office is horrible. I go here because it is closest to me but the customer service here is nonexistent. I am never greeted when I come in the store. There were three employees working behind the counter and I was the only customer in the store and I stood at the counter for help and they literally ignored me for 2-3 minutes. They saw me standing there but didn't acknowledge me at all. This happens every time I come in the store. A few months ago I went in and there was a big line. I waited in the line to send my packages and when I got to the front of the line they told me that I need to wait while they helped other people in line behind me because I'm using a discount from a company I work for. I just went in to ask for a general estimate for shipping a large box to the east coast. Package was heavy and large so I didn't bring my phone. After waiting in line the employee asked me for a zip code. I said, "Just any one on the east coast like New York, or Boston, for an estimate." She looked at me liked I asked her to solve a differential equation! I told her I'd go back to my car to google an east coast zip code. Her reply was unexpectedly, "okay." The customer line was now empty - aka not busy! A store with three employees an one lone customer. So I went out on my own and did that... gave it to her and got my estimate. Don't employees whom ship packages all day long have any tables, or any way to look up zip codes for customers? I was embarrassed for her because I go there all the time and I would have looked one up for her had the tables been turned, even if I had to use a personal phone. Total lack of intiiative displayed by an employee completely disinterested in providing even minimal levels of customer service. Many other reviews on this place support my assessment. Great, I expected and appreciated that; however, I tried to use my US Military ID card and was told it was not good enough. Don't use these people!!! First of all I wait in line and after waiting, two other people show up and Ashley checked them in and gave them receipts before waiting on me. I was patient. Then she packaged my things and rang me up. Charged me 32$ to ship a box weighing 7lbs to Oklahoma. Then told me she forgot to charge me for the box. So another 10$ later, it cost me over 40$ to send a 7lb box ground service!!!! Never again will I use these people. read more
