I have been in this Fedex office many times over the years and service was okay, but this last time was so bad because of 1 employee, Alex. When I went in to the counter, he didn't even greet me or come over to me. He just stood behind the register looking at me, but I had documents I needed to show him, which is why I was only 2-3 feet away. I basically had to ask him to come over.Then after telling him what I needed, he tells me he can't help me, and that only 1 other person there could, and she wasn't in at that moment. 1st tells me she'll be back in 10 minutes; then changes it to 20 minutes. ... He's extremely rude to customers in general. I saw a woman asking him about pricing for something, and he says, "I'm not playing this game"! Who says that to a customer?!! I couldn't believe it! Incredibly unprofessional and disgusting behavior! I spoke to a manager there about him, but who knows if they will do anything. It's a shame because it's such a good location. This is the worst place for shipping I have encountered in my life. Please go to their competitor (basically across the street) at all costs as they are a joy to work and always friendly. I've had prob 3 bad experiences at this FedEx store, but most recently I was attempting to return a work laptop and they would not accept the package due to minor wear and tear on box. This box was in the same condition it had been mailed to me BY FEDEX with the replacement laptop and I had been instructed to send the old laptop back in the box I received the replacement laptop. As you can see, the box is in good enough condition for shipping. The individual at the front desk is rude and condescending during every interaction. There was no offer to even provide a replacement box and label (at a shipping store) and I was told to go home get a new box, cut off old label, etc. and come back. I honestly never imagined I would post a review about a FedEx location. My experience with FedEx has always been adequate, no real complaints and frankly, not a lot of use for them in the last 10 to 15 years. When I do go, however, the experience is fine. Until today. I'd like to say, I was served by an extremely rude clerk, but I wasn't even served because she stopped processing my transaction because I "had a bad attitude" and " she was going to have someone else help me." to say this is unprofessional is a gross understatement . What elicited this comment was the fact that I realized she had entered the wrong address to which I was sending a package so I corrected it. I was stunned that FedEx could employ someone so lacking in customer service and so totally unprofessional. Again, thankfully I don't need FedEx services for the most part, but if I do need to print/copy/send I will, of course choose Staples. It's a shame that FedEx has diluted its brand and become so poor at customer service. I would have preferred to have spoken to or called/emailed a manager, but that information was impossible to locate and I stopped just short of contacting the corporate HQ offices. read more

It is Wednesday and my brother got into an argument W/ a fedex staff at this location for an hour. And after my brother filing a complaint. guitar was placed in "lost and found" . Printed here for a couple weeks. There was usually something wrong about the prints, either printing in portrait when it should be landscape or printing the wrong quantities of something when given specific instructions. i didn't actually mind too much, everyone there is human and they were nice to me when i would go. i think the problem is management. one time i got prints back in a completely unusable fashion, so i tossed them and kept 1 sheet as a reference. i brought it back to ask for a refund and was told i was SOL unless i could produce the entirety of what was misprinted. on top of that, i was only to be refunded the cost of the prints, and not the cost of the paper, which i had bought myself. the people here are nice and try to be helpful in my experience but when the customer is punished for an employees mistake that is when i balk. can't recommend which is unfortunate because they might be the only game in town. read more

Super unhelpful. I wanted to print business cards and was told to use their kiosk to order online. Attempted to order online and got an error. Told tin order to correct the error, I needed to create an account. I created an account and still didn't work. I was then told I had to do it in-store for double the price. Fine. My order in-store pointed them to the template I created online on their website. The next day I got a call saying I needed to give them the file for the card. I told them I just used their online template and gave them the name of the template on their own website. I was told they don't have access to THEIR OWN WEBSITE and I would have to create a business card file (which I have no idea how to create). Finally took my business to Staples. read more

This is generally a quiet, hassle-free location where everyone is patient and polite. You are on your own with copying, but not all that much, as the staff will help you with problems. Don't use this place. I ordered a single document printed and put in a binder, with no dividers, no color printing, nothing fancy. When I got home I realized they left off the last 30 pages. I called and asked if they could just print the missing pages and fedex them to me. They said yes, but it would cost a lot to have it fedexed. They ARE fedex. Quality of the color printer is okay, not fantastic laser quality, similar to that of your home ink jet printer. Service here is s-l-o-w. Although there were about 5 staff roaming around, 2 of which were chatting at the back, I was left standing idly for 5 mins looking at staff avoiding my gaze. A FedEx store with 2 stars - how bad could it really be I thought to myself. I was dropping off a package with a label already attached so should have been easy peasy with little interaction with any employees. However, in my 2 minute interaction with the employee, she managed to make me feel like I was somehow inconveniencing her by trying to drop off a package. I was the only customer in the entire store so I'm not sure what else she had to do instead. She may have been having a bad day, but the fact that the average rating of this store is 2 stars - I would recommend steering clear if possible. read more

I had an awful experience at this store. I came in Friday morning and I believe spoke with the manager, who very kindly quoted everything out for me for my custom wedding invite order and told me how everything works. I let him know I would be back on Saturday to get everything ordered. Once I came in on Saturday the 2 employees were extremely rude to all customers who came in, no greeting , no response when customers addressed them. When I asked about printing and follow up questions, I was being treated like an idiot who is bothering them. Finally when I sent the files to print I was told to resend them and to my question why I was again rudely told " i was literally just clicking them it didn't open that is why I am standing here talking to you". The last straw was when I mentioned that the manager told me this can be done in couple of hours the employee told me "I don't care what they told you yesterday. I am closing in 3 hours so you can go to Staples if you feel like it". At that point I just turned around and left. All of this after I was waiting for 25 minutes because one of the employees wouldn't help me as he decided that I was being helped although I let him know I wasn't, I haven't had an experience like that in a long time- it really dampened my day. Not sure what I did to make the older gentleman upset, but he was very upset that I brought my own package to use to be shipped out. I needed assistance getting a broken down cardboard taped back up. Typically I've had very good luck in Fed ex stores but I totally inconvenienced this poor guy. I couldn't manage to figure out the tape dispenser (I know, I'm lame) but it was like I had asked for the moon when I asked for some assistance. And then he didn't want to help me get a label sorted out, went to the next customer despite the fact I was all set. I was dropping something off today at FedEx, to return. I was asked for my ID, I didn't ask why because I knew it was nearly closing time (I went in at 6:20ish and they close at 7), and I didn't want to be annoying. Then I explained that I had a packing slip, therefore I didn't understand why she needed my ID. I placed the package slip, and other paperwork on the counter, easily available to her. She placed her hand out, while continuously staring at the computer screen. She made motions like I was to place it in her hand. She looked at me, and I could feel like she was disgusted that I was there. Then, she asked, "hmm this going to Canada?" I replied yes. "Do you have other paperwork?" She asked. I did, the invoices, and handed them to her. She didn't have her arm reach out towards me, almost to meet me halfway, so that I didn't reach over the counter, I didn't want to "pop [her] bubble" as the kids say. Therefore, I overextended myself to make sure that she knew I was trying to be thankful for the service. I was utterly disappointed by the following actions: She ripped the receipt off of the roll. Now, she did this so swiftly that several receipts came out. Then she motioned like she was throwing it at me, like she was abhorred by my presence. Then she told me that I was all set since she'd tape it all up. I felt bad, I don't know what I did besides exist. I had tape, and if she didn't want to tape it, because it was a long day or something, I would have done it to avoid the following: She said, "have a good day!" I took the receipt, turned around to face the exit door, and I replied, "I hope you wake up on the better side of the bed tomorrow." Fingers crossed that she doesn't get angry with me because I replied, and I seriously didn't understand what I did to upset her besides breathe. And fingers crossed my package makes it to its destination on time. I refrain to use her name, since I'm sure this was an "off day" for her. I went there several months ago, or sometime last year. Just avoid this place all together. The staff is unfriendly and unaccommodating. The manger sent faxes, that were unclear, poor quality, cut off, and missing pages on 5+ occasions. ( driving was limited so this was only option) Ann is the mangers name and Ed is the desk manager. -- Wouldn't refund my clients after failing to send the complete fax to the mortgage company. Faxing shouldn't cost 50.00+ for less than 50 pages. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE TO PRINT THEM! On one occasion -- She paid 70.00+ dollars to fax a 36 page fax. pages came in chopped off, blank pages in between, and poor quality. When I spoke with Ann she said the pages must have been blank! She said it was our machine and that she doesn't do refunds on faxes. I feel legitimately bad for anyone who uses there service. Its ridiculous and I would NEVER use this FedEx again. read more

These guys did an awesome job helping me make signage for a bridal shower. Although the store can be busy, not their fault, they went above and beyond to help me out with card stock and printing/copying on the self service machines. Additionally I ordered a large sign that was mounted and it came out looking flawless. The gentleman packaged the large sign extremely well and was very kind. This review is for Fedex shipping. I have just had the worst mailing experience of my life trying to receive a package sent via Fedex. Please be aware of several things: Fedex has terrible customer service on a national level. When you call to track your package, you will never be able to contact the same person. The people you talk to will not be able to communicate with each other. When you ask to talk to a supervisor about your issue, you will not be assisted. When you ask them to deliver a "direct signature required" package, you are making it virtually impossible for a working person to receive the package at their home. In order to pick up a package delivered anywhere in the boston area, you will be asked to travel to Wilmington, which is 15, 20, or even 25 miles from various locations in the Boston area. God help you if you work during "business hours" (I wonder why they call them "business hours"?) and don't own a car. I wonder how long the bus takes to get to Wilmington? Oh... they are only open business hours too? ah...great! If you have missed your package three times, there is no way to pay extra for them to try again. Also, if you are a business requiring a direct signature, be aware that they don't id. Apparently a trained monkey could stand in for me at home. But I don't have a trained monkey, or a package. The computers run at glacial speed. Seriously they need to update their desktop browsers! The browsers will tell you so no matter which you choose - Internet explorer, Firefox, you name it. That's how they getcha - the browsers move at AOL era speed when you're trying to download files for printing from gmail. Never again. While I hate my old printer, I'll just have to invest in a new one to avoid coming here for printing needs! Staff take forever to help you when you need it - it seems they're understaffed! I've needed to make color copies before and it took 15 min for an employee to help me work one of the copiers which was giving me credit card issues. Also, if you need to fax something, remember to take your credit card! It's one of those machines that holds your card till you're done, not like the swipe and remove quickly systems for the desktops. read more

I use this facility mostly for their photocopiers, which are all self-serve. When I encounter a problem and ask for help, the person who comes is invariably rude and hurried. They will rush over, push a few buttons, rush away, never stopping to find out what I actually want or if I am getting it after their button pushing. If there is a huge line and they are super busy I don't mind waiting but the employees need to learn to be polite and genuinely helpful. read more

I don't really know how to start describing how cool FedEx Kinko's is, except by saying they could only be cooler if they were open 24-7. You can get any copy job done here, and they do it right, fast, and cheep. Plus, it's a FedEx, so no more waiting in line at the USPS to get your stuff shipped. I've never waited more than a minute to be help by their polite, capable staff. I prefer going here to using the infinitely complicated multifunction machine at northeastern. read more

So, this place is A-OK. Nice, helpful staff and easy enough to navigate. Reasonable pricing ($0.57/color print). Easy self service stations. The Extra star (and reason I'm making this review) is to gush about this new iPhone App: ePrint by HP. FedEx was smart enough to pair up with HP and develop an App so customers can send and print of pictures from your phone. I was in and out of Fed Ex in less than ten minutes- pictures printed and all. read more

Like every other chain, things here are pretty standard, but I do enjoy this location for a variety of reasons. First, it is really simple, and you can use a credit card to do just about anything. All instructions are printed out, and are obvious, and there is an abundance of helpful staff. I don't own a printer, but I live close enough to Fed Ex that it doesn't even matter. You can fax, print, copy, scan, go on the internet and send packages all at this location. I have never experienced a long wait. More pleasant experience here than at the close-by post office. read more

I have always found the staff here extremely helpful. Sometimes I have had unusual requests, each time they made my life easier. Shipping challenges, unusual print requests, this crew does it all! One time in particular I had a PDF that they helped me find the correct paper stock to use. Details like that really help improve the customer's life. read more

I use this location to print things for my business about once a week. I usually send an online order with the same options and graphics. I NEVER know the print quality I'm going to get. Sometimes the prints come out near perfect- crisp colors, great detail, really deep blacks. Other times, it looks like my prints came out of a printer from 1995. The colors are faded and washed out, everything looks smudgy, and the blacks are streaky. I'm not sure they change the toner in their printers that often. The only good thing about using FedEx to print things is how quickly you can pick your order up. You can order online and pick it up the next day for free. So I'll add a star for that. I'd rather wait an extra day or two knowing the prints would be of a consistent and high quality, though. If you need something basic printed quickly and cheaply, this is the place. But if you actually care about a decent print job at the very least, look elsewhere. Even Staple's would do a better job at this point. read more

The idiot at the Framingham, MA center was clueless and the customer service person I talked to on the phone after I could not access my newly created FEDEX account on my phone was nice, but not very helpful. The idiot at the Framingham FEDEX print center told me that the files that I uploaded to my FEDEX account had to be emailed to them in Framingham, but he did not know how. I finally went out to my car and after the customer rep on the phone could not help me, finally figured out how to access my account. I had my uploaded images on my cell phone screen and went into the store and showed the idiot behind the counter my files, but he said he was not trained on the website application -- his words: "We are not trained on how to use the FEDEX on-line application." read more
