However, recentlyyyyy I've been to this location twice, and it's been a really pleasant experience ... even with it being around the holidays. Both times, I've had "Anan" (I think that's his name ... so sorry if it's not.), and THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!! Not only is he assertive and efficient, he's also really friendly and ... happy with everyone. Not characteristics you often see from PO employees ... sadly. Both times, I've come in with 10+ packages to mail out, and both times, he's helped me with a smile on his face and with friendly conversation. Such a relief ... since honestly ... I got anxious having to take so many packages to be mailed. Didn't know if I would be met with visible annoyance and a rude attitude, but ... pleasantly and surprisingly, I was not. He brightened my day both days. Regarding "value" or this place ... it's a PO. Do I think prices are higher than they were before? Sure. Is there anything that can be done about it? I don't think so. Just glad that we still have mail delivery.

There I am waiting in my office, then shortly before 2pm the status is updated to 'next business day' because of the lie 'that a delivery was attempted but bldg was closed'. This building with couple dentist offices has people coming in and out all afternoon. Why was there no attempted delivery slip left? Isn't the real truth the carrier just wanted to work a half day and go home?!

The post office is bomb. (Do not mail bombs - that's illegal - along with a bunch of other dangerous stuff) The Nonantum Post Office is a tiny office with 2 windows, usually one staff, and no lines. They are only open M-F until 5:00 so if you want to mail something later, head to Newtonville.

I have called them a couple of times and they have not been extremely helpful when tracking down a package that is supposedly here. However, I have also stopped by here in person to mail out a package to a friend and the woman behind the counter was very helpful in finding the right size box for me to send out and creating a tracking code for the item. The location is extremely small so I can imagine it is frustrating to wait in a long line for the people ahead of you.

This little post office has the best service ever! Every time I have been in to mail or pick up a…read morepackage, the employees have been super sweet and helpful. It also isn't ever took busy. The only hard part about coming here is the lack of parking. There are only a few dedicated spots next to the building, and the street can be full. I often just walk over since I live close, but be aware that you may need to search for a bit to find parking if it is busy.
