I had to return computer equipment to a former employer. They made the process very simple. The wait time was short, the staff was courteous and informative. I did notice the prices were on the higher side-- it was over $100 to ship the two items back to Georgia. I believe over $50 of that was for the boxes themselves to ship the items back. I finally asked for help as an employee was walking out and he declined. .... I won't be back. Leaving this review for management to address their staff culture. I went to this FedEx location yesterday afternoon to have a complicated nine page spreadsheet that I use for work printed out on 8 1/2 by 14 inch paper. I called first to ensure they provide this service and spoke to a very friendly gentleman named Juan. Juan assured me that they definitely can help me, but advised me to email them my document before I get there, as opposed to using self service as you can't print legal size in self service mode. I was very impressed by Juan's courtesy and patience in explaining this to me over the phone. He saved me lots of aggravation! So I hopped in car service to Bay Ridge. I figured I could make an afternoon of it and walk around the neighborhood after I finished. When I arrived, I found this location to be immaculate and everyone in compliance with masks and social distancing. Yet the vibe here still felt really comfortable and sort of fun. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I kept myself amused by looking at their selection of envelopes, tape and usb thumb drives. I'm kinda nerdy. Don't judge. Lol! So anyway, William helped me with my print out. Because my margins were a bit off, parts of my document kept getting cut off. William kept tweaking it until it came out perfect. I have to really commend his upbeat attitude, dedication, commitment and most of all his patience here. It's very rare to have someone go above and beyond to help, so kudos to William! Tuff spot to run in and drop off to park and they're usually busy and understaffed. Great add on services here if needed- the post office without the boxes. Wed at 5pm had a sign on door saying closed for lunch break and reopen 530 =- poor kid taking lunch that late and no help. read more

After picking up AWFUL business cards at Staples, I ran down to Fedex, desperate to get cards for an event the next day. The two employees, Nam and William (who was training) were so friendly and helpful--absolutely the opposite of what I found at Staples. When there was a malfunction with the FedEx computer, they both stayed half hour past closing time to make it right and get my cards printed. I didn't know it was past closing time, and I felt so bad when I saw the operating hours posted on the door as I left. I hope their supervisors are reading this and give them both a raise and a promotion. Thanks again for your help, Nam and William. read more

This FedEx location is never open according to the hours here. It's not uncommon for me to come here first thing on a Saturday only to find the store isn't open an hour after the listed times. This is a huge inconvenience for an independent contractor like myself who depends on these shipping services. read more

I get a lot of packages that require a signature, but since I'm not always home I usually elect to have them routed to this store and pick them up after work. I used to have a good opinion of FedEx before coming to this center. The managers that work here have no idea what they are doing. The printers do not have the right paper, and they are slow! Came in day 2 days before Christmas to get an enormous book binded. I didn't know that Fedex had printing and office services before and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff at this store was helpful and attentive. My book which was rather filmsy came out perfectly. Glad we have a Fedex store in the neighborhood. I wanted to check this place out because a friend wanted to ship something and I happened to tag along. And wow. I was shocked on how clean it was, how organized it was, and how great the service was. Not like those other local post offices where the service is terrible and has very bad customer service. They packaged it for us which was very convenient as well. It might have to do with the fact that it just opened up. But, regardless, worthy of our time and a great experience. :) read more

Last week, I urgently needed documents printed out, and I tried calling the store at 5 pm. I had to call about 10 times before anyone answered the phone. A very nasty guy who sounded like a ghetto hood rat picked up the phone and told me that he was understaffed and that they couldn't print out anything for me, not even 1 page! When asked if I could come in and log on the computer and print it myself, he told me I could not and hung up the phone on me mid-sentence. Thanks for nothing. read more
