I always had great service here but yesterday a lady said my box was not the type UPS will pick up. Really? The original box was heavy duty but did not have a tear rate stamp on the bottom. This is why she refuse to take my return. The other UPS store had no problems taking my return to Amazon. Until this person is no longer there, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will also let everyone I know not to go to this store until she's gone. read more

Worst behavior from guy in the front. Complete attitude problem. Short guy working on Saturday 7/12/24 has a complete attitude and should be let go immediately. Normally I give someone the benefit of the doubt. They maybe having a bad day or something else but this guy doesn't greet anyone is unhelpful and also is angry at a customer even when the customer was right. The customer had a package that was a drop off and ups would provide the label and ship it but this guy tried to make the customer leave or buy a box. Otherwise this location has pretty good staff and usually pretty friendly. read more

Convenient UPS store for amazon drop-offs. The staff is kind and helpful. It has never taken me more than 5 minutes, in and out, to finish what I visit for. They usually give receipts, which I appreciate as I like to keep track of my returns and shipments. There is always paid parking within a 2 block radius as well as free parking around the neighborhood which is a bit harder to find. read more

Dyson sent me here to ship my item out for repair. They said there would be no charge for UPS to pack and ship my item however they charged a $2 fee. They also did not put this on the receipt so I couldn't bring this up to corporate. Do not pay the $2 charge. They look for naive customers to scam. read more

I was impressed by this location. There was ample street parking, plenty of space to stand as well as counter space near and away from the register to work on your project. The customer service was helpful and efficient. The price was reasonable, and I didn't wait long. I would definitely go here again. I used to rely on the 3rd avenue location for my printing and shipping when I worked in Industry City/Sunset Park. This location is just as good. I just wish they were open all night so I could wander in with my projects after buying some atuff at 3 Guys. This could be a great little 24 hour area. read more

Unfortunately after regular visits to the store I have seen unprofessional behavior towards myself and other customers.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible. Rude and lazy staff, does not honor their own business hours, and the one thing I asked them to ship when I finally got in never shipped. Tracking ID shows it never went out. You're better off riding a bike and taking your package wherever it needs to go, it would be faster than these lazy snails. read more

The older gentleman at the counter assuming his name was Tahir was beyond rude. I was asked to sign a payment and when I said the dyson company is paying for it, he responded "I'm not asking you to pay anything, just sign". When I asked a question, if I should assemble my vacuum that I was sending out he responded "You are done here, goodbye". Still shocked this is how business is run so poorly. I've since contacted UPS corporate to file an official complaint. read more

They are so rude . First time I encountered them arguing with another customer , being so rude I was surprised the customer stayed . Felt very awkward . Then I visited yet again and was treated very disrespectfully. Basically reprimanded for not having a correct label told to go on the computer reprimanded again as to the charge of 3.35 for use of computer . Will give 0 stars if possible. Does not know how to treat customers. If you don't wanna be harassed, don't come here. Came here during my lunch break and saw there was a line outside, so I asked them if I would be able to just drop off my package that simply needed to be scanned. There were many people ahead with severe huge boxes that needed to be packed and sent out. One of the workers told me rudely that I had to either wait on line or go home. I told them my situation that I was a nurse on lunch break that needed to drop off my package and go back to work. The same guy replied "Oh you're a nurse? I go to the hospital and they don't take care of me", which is a very unprofessional response. Especially during a time like this, I found that very disrespectful. Eventually, he scanned my package but it needed to be bagged. I was not aware of this and kindly told him "Oh I didn't know, let me double check the email instructions". He goes on to say "I'll bet you $1,000 that you need to bag it yourself". I wasn't even arguing with him at this point but he was so focused on himself and his pride? 0% professionalism or customer courtesy. UPS, please fire this guy! read more

This is literally the worst UPS store I've ever been in. The guy is terribly rude and only stopped his phone conversation for a minute to get nasty with me. I had a return to send out and it was already in the return bag and box. He charged me $7.50 for a new box that I didn't need. And refused to give me my items back once I recognized he was trying to charge me for something I didn't need. He is hostile and will try to squeeze you for unnecessary charges. The boss or "Indian" guy (not being racist, just clarifying who's the horrible customer service that I received from) I shipped out a package here and it's been returned to me so I went to him and he told me he's busy and come back another day. Oh excuse me? If I come back another day the package will be at my door by then. Horrible horrible. Never again will I go back there and give them service. I've never heard anyone say that before. On Tuesday July 6th, 2021, 7:15pm I received terrible service. rude, unfriendly and disrespectful staff to every single customer. i had came to this location making sure I would be here on time. the rude staff were not taking any clients and turned away atleast 3, clients including myself because they wanted to close the scanner 15 minutes before closing time at 7pm. Not honoring their hours. Many folks were there after from walking in the rain with their packages yet they turned them away!!! I had made sure to not get there too late, but the two clerks were rushing to get out of there as if they were two brats running the store and not the two grown professional adults. Very poor English as well. Worst experience ever. Are they intentionally trying to sabotage their own business by keeping these knuckleheads employed there??? read more

After coming here countless times, I finally understand the poor reviews this place has. The manager and the staff are extremely rude. I was paying with apple pay as usual, and the staff says there is no apple pay. I'm like I use apple pay every time I'm here (quite often).  The manager overhears and interrupts shouting "in my 40 years here there has been no apple pay." If your apple pay isn't working, there is no need to scream at customers. I use this service every single time and if it is not working you can politely tell me it isn't. These workers need to be more informed with the services they provide and refresh their customer service skills. Horrible workers who clearly hate their job. read more

This is the worst location I have ever used, they are unpleasant and not helpful, if you need to print a label there are extra fees for accessing the UPS website and fees for printing the label . This place is in the neighborhood that's the only reason I go. But I'm even to the point where I will find another drop off just because that's how terrible the service is. They know people need UPS so they pretty much don't do shit and act like they're doing you a favor. Very poor customer service. Harass the people. I even overheard them saying they hate one of the customers who had just left out. Asking about their race and ethnic background. It made me very uncomfortable. read more

very rude, horrible attitude towards customers. staffs would order every customer to put away the boxes for them after they scanned it. Even worst today, one staff told an elder lady to carry her scanned large heavy box outside to the UPS truck for them. The truck driver is in the store loading the boxes and yet he still want this old lady to carry her heavy box outside to the truck for them. Would never go back again. read more

I came in today to mail a friend a package, I had no box or any packing equipment at all. Mr. Raza was reassuring and great in taking care of helping me find the right box and packaging.
