I was with a friend running errands and this was one of the stops he had to make. I was curious to visit since this is closer to my house than driving to another spot to make returns. There is some off street parking but your best chances are the nearby parking garage. But the turns around the corners are tight. Be prepared with your QR code(s) and whatever else you need. The machine wasn't working right to generate one so my friend did it from his phone. Then the locker wouldn't read his QR code. We heard people moving around behind the lockers which tells you the lockers aren't too deep and the wall doesn't go up to the ceiling. Another person was trying to make a return and had the same issues so they used the bell to ask for assistance. The same employee helped us too. I'll start by saying it's great that this is available near campus. It's a convenient solution to having packages stolen from your porch. Going in rarely requires interacting with employees -- and you won't unless you have an especially large package or ring a bell for assistance. These interactions are hit or miss for me -- sometimes very very friendly and helpful, sometimes completely deadpan or annoyed -- but I interact so rarely that it's not as big an issue for me. Usually, you'll just receive a pick-up code in the Amazon app and be able to pick up your item from one of the lockers in just a few minutes. All you have to do is scan the code, and there's a table and box cutters available to open your packages. My primary complaints are their unavailability to contact, their lack of recycling, and not monitoring the space. If you don't know, most Amazon packaging that's not a box can ONLY be recycled by Amazon. The way they line their packaging makes it impossible to recycle yourself unless you take the time and effort to tear it apart, which often results in tearing it to small unrecyclable pieces. This location USED to have a receptacle to recycle these. They got rid of it a few months ago and never replaced it, which is very disappointing and shows a lack of care by the owner to reduce the MASSIVE amount of waste this place generates. As for contacting, I once left my wallet here by accident and spent an hour trying to get ahold of this place. The number listed online is a customer care line, not specific to this location. By the time they found a phone number -- which they could not provide to me -- the location was already closed and I had no idea if my wallet was there until the next day when I went in person. I don't know what Amazon's protocol is, but a place like this needs to have a working public phone number, especially because their hours sometimes change and aren't updated on Google. Lastly, in the past couple months, almost every time I come here, there are people studying at the table used to open boxes. I have no idea if these are employees on break or just random passerby using the Amazon hub as a hotspot, but it's very uncomfortable and awkward. One person glared at me as I opened boxes as if I was disturbing her studying... at an Amazon locker? I don't know why this is allowed and assume if employees watched the cameras or came out to the main room at all they would see this. So they either don't pay attention, are the ones studying here without as much as smiling, or invite these people to study here and take up space. Overall, I'm grateful this place is here, but it needs some major improvements. read more

I've used this Amazon Hub Locker on a number of different occasions. I usually swing by to drop an item off that I need to return to Amazon. However, sometimes I can order an item from Amazon and get it sooner if I pick it up, so I come by for that as well. It's not too far from home but it is located on Ohio State campus and parking can be a pain, especially if you're just dropping something off or picking something up really quick. I should probably apologize to the establishment next door for always using up one of their parking spots for 1.5 minutes, ha. The space is really clean, there's always an attendant on hand if you need help, and the process is simple. You go to a designated box, punch in a code, and viola! You can grab your goods! If you need to return something, just hand it over to the attendant and you're done. Easy peasy! read more

Updating because once again I had a very negative experience with this location (not that Amazon cares about their customers/customer service anyway). I came in with a very large box right around the time they were closing. Door was still open and their were people still inside. The woman working there rushed to the door to literally push me out and tell me they were closed. She refused to take the box from me. Great customer service from this location every time. They honestly should just close because they're useless. read more

It's the only Amazon locker location that I know of, so it's kind of necessity in that regard. Otherwise, I'd avoid it when I can. The staff is unresponsive and the place is kind of confusing if you're there for the first time. read more

New self service works well for returns. First time I've been there with the new locker self return system so I didn't know the process. Walked in and handed my return to the woman working and was greeted extremely rudely and was aggressively told to "read the sign" multiple times. I will not come back to this location. Self serve stations should not equate to poor/rude customer service. read more

First off, the free parking is gone. The garage behind it now charges by the hour, so be prepared to pay over three bucks just to park and go here. Second off, it looks deserted. 3 out of the 4 kiosks are out of order and nobody was at the front to help people. But the bait and switch of the free parking they used to have is the worst of it all. Honestly I don't ever go out of my way to write negative reviews, but I've gone here 10+ times and had a negative experience almost every single time I had to talk to an associate. This time, the associate that was present was with another customer, but he was on the phone, on hold, waiting for customer service to help with his customer issue. I was standing there waiting for 10-15 minutes without him acknowledging me. Eventually I got annoyed and asked if he was the only associate working. He responded "No?!". I asked okay can another associate come out? (There we're now 3 people waiting, none were acknowledged in any way) He responded "do you need help or something?" .... Yes I need help after standing there for 15 minutes... Another kid comes out and immediately tells me he can't help with my issue (expired return code in started return in app) - which is incorrect, it has happened to me before. the only place i do my returns is at this location only. Rosemary, the store associate, is so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to help me with all (6) of my returns. I explained to her that I am in medical school and I have to order items to practice on and when I returned a phlebotomy arm, i never received my refund back for WEEKS. She literally got my refund back the same day!! Shes quick and she interacts with all customers coming through the doors. I had a small chat with her at the end and she wished me luck in the last year of med school before I begin my residency and I appreciate her for that. 7 years in school and no one wished me luck expect for Rosemary.... crazy right? trust me, I know! The little things is what counts the most! If you ever visit this location and need assistance, as for Rosemary!!! a thank you, Rosemary, for all that you do and for your well wishes. I've been using this Amazon store since it opened; I usually come here almost bi-weekly and it's been nothing but great in my experiences. However if anyone has trouble getting a pickup, simply turn your WiFi off and restart the app. The internet connections are open and that slows down the app a ton. All you have to do is ask if you can't get your pickup code on the app, everyone there I've talked to was kind and helpful. Thankful for the convenience of this!! read more

Absolutely horrible customer experience today. Younger Asian girl at the counter was aggressive an rude. Held onto my phone & I had to ask for it back. Then held onto my packages & when I finally asked her for them, her response was, "you're annoyed with me, aren't you? Well next time use the app code instead of the kiosk and then you won't have to listen to me talking on and on". Meanwhile, there was line behind me.
