The staff are nice and knowledgeable. I prefer a small post office with good service like this one.

All I can say is this post office is filthy and dilapidated. Why doesn't anyone clean it? The inside and outside is disgusting.

Cause let me tell you, I had dealt with some rude a** employees there, just rude for no reason. Mad cause the sun is out, type stuff. I've dealt with different faces and better attitudes lately. I HATE this USPS office with every fiber of my being. They never fail to completely waste my time…read more The first time was a few months back when our mail was being broken into. I was having to go to this office to pick up my mail and the employees sent me on a wild goose chase trying to get why was incredibly time sensitive mail. They told me my mail was delivered to my mailbox, so I went home and checked my mailbox. No mail. I drove BACK to the office and they swore up and down they didn't have my mail. I left and eventually went back that same day and lo and behold, my mail was at their office the WHOLE TIME. Second instance they wasted my time was today. I went in to find out what I would need to do and complete to get a replacement passport since mine is destroyed. The woman tells me to wait by the door. Then, as other people after me start asking about passports, she tells them they have to make an appointment because the guy who does the passports only takes the first 4 people of the day (what in the hell kind of janky system is this? why are my tax dollars paying this clown?) so I ask the woman if I even have a chance of talking to him an she tells me to continue waiting. After over an hour of waiting, she asks me what I need and I tell her I just need a replacement and she tells me I need to make an appointment. I don't think a single place or person has ever made my piss boil quite this woman and this heinous post office. Thank you for continuing to waste my time and tax dollars.

I have to retrieve it from my old office from time to time or it is brought to me, for lack of a sticker. I have done formal complaints online; calls with the USPS local supervisors and gone in person. Despite that and updating my change as recently as 6 weeks ago to extend my time for forwarding to May 2027, I got no mail for the period of June 11 through 21. If you call the USPS 800 number you will hang out for over 1/2 hour and give up. I am not going to fill out another 10 page complaint form; did that 3 times. So no matter what you do to fix their problem, it is not going to happen. I did get one piece of mail in the last 2 weeks; another piece brought over by the receptionist from my old location. At one point at the end of March I got the building owner's 8 pieces of mail with just her name and address on her envelopes put into my mailbox. How does that even happen.

They had to move over to Rite Aid in order to accommodate the customers. It has been a very tough for them and for all of us who use that location on a daily basis. I came in to return an item after the manufacturer instructed me to ship it through UPS using their account. Before I could even pull up the return information on my phone, the associate immediately became dismissive and told me, "We don't do that. We aren't UPS." I tried explaining that I was simply following the manufacturer's instructions, but she repeated the same statement in an increasingly rude tone and offered no attempt to understand what I was trying to accomplish. When I asked where an actual UPS hub was located, instead of providing basic customer service, she told me to "Google it on your phone." There is a difference between not being able to help and not wanting to help. I understand if this location couldn't process my return. What I don't understand is the complete lack of professionalism, patience, or courtesy. Customer service isn't just about having the right answer--it's about how you communicate it. A simple explanation and a helpful suggestion would have taken 30 seconds. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience from the moment I walked in. This location is usually friendly and helpful, which is why this interaction stood out so much. The associate I dealt with today could benefit from a refresher on basic customer service. Being knowledgeable is important. Being respectful is mandatory.
