Absolutely unprofessional. I went there yesterday to ship a painting and they gave me a quote of $131.98 and go there today to find out that they now want around $360. I asked them what would of happened if I shipped it the day before and they said they would have just charged my card without any of my knowledge another $200 something. Wow, this place use to be friendly and nice. Today, I stopped in to mail a simple package and helped by the 'Assistant Manager' Diane. I thought an 'Assistant Manager' was to display a good example & be on her game! The customer experience from Diane was poor & lacking, to say the least. Absolutely worst FedEx I have ever been to in my life. We always ship our samples out via FedEx I've been to over 100 and I have never experienced such awful customer service. They flat out refused to reprint a label for me that I had lost even though I had the corresponding sticker for the label and the tracking number. The shipment had already been bought and paid for. Wound up having to drive 15 minutes back to the site and dig through the trash to find the label because they wouldn't reprint it for me. Our company will no longer be using FedEx to ship our samples. Absolutely disgusting customer service. read more

Even though I contacted them thousands of times about my undelivered package, they do not know anything and they do not care for customers. They just told me they will call back, but no call I got. Every time I had to explain the whole story even though I had a case number. They do not even have a simple system to save information for a created case. It's the start of tax season and my fax machine died so I decided to have my faxes temporarily sent to this location until I had the time to purchase a new one. I frequently visit the Addison location but since my seasonal office is near this location I thought this would be convenient. Boy was I wrong! I have never in my life seen such poor customer service. Cynthia has the worst attitude an employee can have. Standing in line I noticed her unwelcoming demeanor, snapping at customers and even skipping over customers simply because she recognized frequent customers. The rest of the staff seemed as if they were unconcerned and didn't care about anything. Lets just say I ran not walked to purchase a fax machine because I couldn't stomach spending my money or time dealing with such an unprofessional group of individuals. read more

This location is a full service shop. Inside you will find printers, copiers, fax machines and an assortment of other office related suppiles. Outside of the front door is the 24 hour drop off box. The staff was courteous and efficient. They helped me as soon as I walked in the door and finished my entire transaction within two minutes. read more

Its a FedEx location and has everything you may need. Only thing is when you wait 10min in line because there is only ONE yes ONE staff member working at 11:50am (just before the lunch rush) I find that very sad. She was very professional and trying to help out everyone in a timely manner. Just annoying when someone sends packages and pays then finds things they want to buy after the fact and then cuts the line to pay for it. I think not!!! So I hope who ever owns this FedEx location starts being less greedy and hire more staff or days where there is only one make sure there is back up available (or the owner/manager actually comes in to help out) as this could turn business away from this store = a loss of revenue. read more

Horrible customer service experience. I was trying to print my wedding invitation and 1st time I went, employee there name Patrick helped me and did great. 5* to him! But one of the word was missing spelled so I went to go fix it before they print the entire copy that I asked for as soon as they opened. The worker there name Star was not nice at all. When there was only one other customer in there, she said she cant help me because, her word "I don't have time cause I would have to go through and fix it" Which is so weird because Patrick was able to do it pretty fast when I was there and I was impressed. So I mentioned that and then she changed her story into "well I dont know how" which is it? You don't have time or you don't know how? And with attitude! I work in customer service and I'm in management so if I was her manager, there would be a lot of coaching. Oh and when this was happening, a lady behind me steps in saying "I'm sorry I know you were in front of me and I respect that but I need blah blah blah" so Miss Star said, Do you mind and helps her. Wow, this place has terrible customer service! I submitted a print order online, got an email saying it was complete, I went to pick the job up and drove off. Then I get a call saying the job was incomplete, and saying I had to go back to pick it up. The woman didn't try to apologize for this inconvenience. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Rob with a smile and a warm welcome - I asked where the customer computers were located because I needed to edit and print my résumé quickly...he then escorted me to a computer to use and let me know the forms of payment accepted and the charges to use the Internet and to print my necessary papers - when I was finished I thanked him and left. The customer service here is a joke! The employees Patrick and Nemo are a joke the only good employee is Sarah. I hate this place but I have to use it often because I live in the area and I look at name tags when getting helped or getting ignored. Or when employees try to stall on your order (etc. Patrick). One day I remember after getting my items printed the employees engaged with personal conversations as if I was not standing there. I had to wait on them to decide rather they wanted to go to the printer or continue their conversation. The manager of this facility needs to be terminated along with the entire staff! read more

I use eBay a lot, and send items for work. This location is convenient since it's near where I live. That's the only positive thing to say about this place. There is almost never more than one person working behind the counter. When I say "working", I'm being generous. It takes a long time to get their attention, and when you do, they will blandly direct you to the other side of the store where you can help yourself. My last visit was yesterday when I went in to buy a laptop shipping box, then have it shipped to someone. I waited at the counter for about 15 minutes being totally ignored the whole time. When the woman behind the counter finally figured out that she had to acknowledge my presence, she totally avoided the opportunity to let me pay for my box, then sent me to create my own shipping label. I could have done that at home if I had known that they didn't do that for me! So, I filled out all of the information on the out-dated, Windows XP running PC, but the website kept saying that it couldn't accept my card. I had just used the card just an hour before that, so I knew that wasn't right. I even called the bank to confirm that there was nothing wrong. They told me everything was fine, but that I had two identical pre-authorizations on my card. So, if their web site couldn't accept my card, why in the hell did it pre-authorize my card????!!?? Of course the department that handles CC transactions was closed, so now I have to remember to call into customer service tomorrow and get the pre-auths removed. I still have no shipping box, and my idea of handling everything on a Saturday was totally ruined by poor service, and shoddy equipment. When I called and spoke with the "manager", he gave me nothing but lame ass excuses. He said that the woman working behind the counter was the only one because "that was the way she was scheduled". That's a stupid response coming from a so-called manager. When I told this moron that this happens EVERY TIME I come in, he seemed totally unconcerned, especially when I told him that I was treated rudely on my previous visit. It's as if these damned people don't give a crap what message they're sending to the customer. We're here to hang out and appear to be working, but if you come in expecting service, you have to wait at least 15-20 minutes before we will acknowledge you. Oh, and by the way... So I needed 60 copies of a 60 page presentation printed b/w in less than 2 hrs! I called and spoke with Diane, it was hard to understand her at first and she seemed rude, but I needed help. So, she suggested I emailed her my presentation. I decided to run up there and because of lack of time on my part, I decided I'd help clip the presentation hand outs. Diane was very busy, there were only two people there and the place was full of customers. Diane was really nice and kept her cool even though I was freaking out! She helped me and kept checking on my order to make sure it was printing correctly. I was able to get my copies, clipped, and boxed in 1 hour!! Diane was a life saver! I will definitely recommend this FedEx Kinkos and will return but with more time :) read more
