This was my first visit at this UPS location. My mom recommended this UPS because she goes there for her documents to be shredded and to return Amazon purchases. I was returning an Amazon purchase and it was very heavy! Allen was quick to grab his dolly and get the box out of my car! He also helped me with retrieving the shipping label off my Amazon app! The owner is super nice and the line moves super fast. This is the only UPS store that I go to and it's great for Amazon .

I'm standing in a line. Why is there only ONE employee working a store in the busiest month?

There is a reason they are one of the most profitable franchise stores... It's because they charge a lot more than it costs them to deliver their service. Nice clean facility, nice employees, but the prices are high. The only reason to ever use this place would be convenience. read more

Only one employee working so it's not completely his fault but it took 25 minutes to be helped due to their printer kept jamming. The store piled up to a line of 15 people and by the time I was helped, 7 of us walked out. Get this employee some help! read more

I have unfortunately had to use this UPS store a number of times since moving to Texas. Every single time I have gone into the store the people have been rude as hell, unhelpful if you have an issue, and lazy as hell because they don't want to help you with your issue from a past shipment. I would definitely not recommend this store I would find another UPS store if you have something to mail or ship. read more

Dave was my customer service representative I dealt with and he provided very poor service. He started a whole quote to ship and then said he could not do it because it needs to be frieght. Then he gave me a 9 digit number to call, and said he was too busy. There was one other client in the store. Dave said there was nothing he could do, the UPS stores are all individual and they do not work with each other. I'm not happy about dealing with a business like this. I had to look up other UPS stores to see who can ship large packages. In addition, he stated his manager Aaron Owens would not be able to help and he wouldn't be able to let me chat with him. Easy in and out, but David the manager is always extremely rude. Not sure why he has not been trained better in customer service. He won't give the name of the franchise owner so I'm leaving this review. I asked him what time the store closes, and he said he closes it whenever he wants to. I am thoroughly disgusted with this particular UPS Store! Late April I purchased some alcohol to be sent to my son in NYC. It is a brand not available there. When I went to the Store, I clearly informed the men working there that the box contained alcohol! The slapped a shipping label and I paid for the service. The man told me that it should arrive by that Thursday ( about 4 days). A month late no package...I checked the box which made it to a nearby suburb in nyc. That is where it remained. I called the nationwide UPS Customer Service and they couldn't give me any details and it is an animated site. I waited a number of weeks before I finally called The Plano UPS eStore. They put me off to talk to the owner about it. Then they call and tell me they reimburse me the shipping AND cost of the alcohol. I left town for a week. I went in today to be told that the request for reimbursement was denied. I strongly questioned that decision. The little owner tried to use a Napoleon type move to intimidate me by saying that he could "call the police" because I mailed an illegal item. I then INFORMED him that I HAD told the salesman the box contained alcohol!! The salesman concurred this. I got no apology. I took the reimbursement for the shipping ONLY and lost the value of the alcohol. I will not go back to this UPS STORE or any of the 4 other stores he owns. Too bad because it is the closest to me. read more

Convenient location and seemingly good customer service. They guaranteed my package would be delivered in plenty of time for a due date. The package was delivered four days late. The tracking number provided never worked. When I called to ask what happened, they told me it was out of their hands. I would go elsewhere for your mailing needs. read more

Words are not equate enough to express how I feel about the excellent customer service I received from Jesus. He graciously helped me with a situation that I was dealing with in terms of return shipping. I was having a hard time packing the item back together, however Jesus made it so easy by assuring me that he can help me to put item back together. After I arrived @ UPS store, I was trying to find the order #, and in the mean time Jesus came by my car and took the item out of the car, and packed it up and got it all ready for return shIpment. I have been @ that UPS store several times but no one can top Jesus. BTW, the other guy seemed to be helpful too. read more

Jesus is awesome!!!! He has the best customer service and is always kind and smiling. Nothing is ever an annoyance or problem to him and he gladly helps. The other guy in there is not as friendly and always seems mad. I always hope to get Jesus as he is one of the kindest customer service reps in any store I patron. read more

Call ahead if you need anything notarized. Sped over there to have court documents notarized only to be told that the person working leaves his stamp at home on Saturdays. No apology, just a simple "we're normally really slow on Saturday's". What a joke. Shouldve listened to the other reviews and just gone to the one 3 miles further away. read more

do Not use this UPS store i'd you want your item ro arrive. we took a suitcase here for a return had the label on and everything. after. 12 days the item still had not been scanned in. so it never arrived and we did not get our return item credit. don't know if it was stolen or what but it was never. scanned in so we did not get our return credits for the suitcase. I needed to overnight a package urgently and asked to clerk to assist me with it. He suggested I went home and print a label. Then proceeded to tell me my child was playing with the merchandise. She was carrying around a bag of packing peanuts. Service was not good and if he knew his business, I only had to fill out a carbon copy to send my package. Please don't waste your time and money going to this UPS location! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their customer service is abysmal. Tried to send a pair of pants to my son who was studying abroad in England. The UPS system pulled an ever-so-slightly different address than I gave them. Not knowing much about British addresses, I (mistakenly) trusted the system and, long story short and $150 later, my son never received the package. Went to the store a couple of weeks later to see if anything could be done to refund at least my money, as I trusted the system, even though it pulled a slightly different address. Spoke with the manager who said he would look into it for me. Gave him my cell number. A month went by and I had not heard anything. Went back to the store and spoke with him again. He seemed to recall our previous conversation and said he would look into it ... again. Gave him my cell number again. Another month went by without hearing anything, so this time I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. He was not there, but the man who answered the phone took my name and number, then said that he recognized my name and he would look into it for me. Another couple of weeks went by without hearing anything, so I called back. The same man from the previous call said that he had tried to call me (no call from the UPS Store was registered on my phone). He said that they had called UPS International and that International blamed this on my son. Said that my son did not try to contact UPS in England, and if he had done so, they could have delivered the package as promised; therefore, they could not refund my money. (Interesting, as I was on the phone daily with UPS International during this process.) I asked if the pants could be sent back here and was told there was nothing that could be done. Then I called International and they said the refund was at the discretion of the local UPS Store. I mistakenly trusted this UPS Store's system that suggested a slightly different address and it cost me big time. Got the name of the store's owner and emailed him. Never heard one word back. Don't use this store if customer service, your packages and your hard-earned money are important to you! read more

I guess only angry customers write reviews of this place but I've been here a dozen or so times and have never had a problem. Shipping is easy, they're always friendly and during Christmas they had extra staff to try to deal with the extra customers. Had a package rerouted there too and they held it for me until I got back from my vacation. read more

Excellent service. I had a missing package recently, even though my tracking options through the business where I purchased the merchandise said it had been delivered. The UPS store, however, had not received it. One of the employees took my tracking info, input it into the FedEx website to find additional information that helped me figured out that my package had been misdelivered to a retail store location right down the street. Very nice of him to provide the extra tracking help. Always friendly staff here, and always a prompt notification when something I've ordered is delivered here. Love this store and glad I chose it as the place for my mailbox! read more
