Out of all the UPS stores in the OKC/Edmond area, this one consistently has the friendliest staff.

I've used this store numerous times and everyone is friendly and efficient. I've never had any problems.

My favorite characteristics of this store are their attention to customers entering the store, their friendly greeting, and their quick service. They have kiosks for customers to process their packages which is especially useful if they are busy; however, I can say that I never waited more than 3 minutes to have someone take care of me. Easy in and out with a friendly greeting is what I expect and get. No matter if I am shipping or returning an Amazon item, I get the best service at this particular location. read more

50% of the time, you end up with a rude employee. They charge for notary, they charge to open an email for an Amazon label.

This location will charge you for them to print your Amazon label. Really no other location charges you to email it to them. They have figured a way to make more money off Amazon. It was my first time going to the UPS store to drop off an Amazon return and was not even greeted. Michele at the counter was extremely frazzled for a line of 3 people and very rudely told people to use the kiosk if they have an amazon return. I proceeded to try multiple times but it did not work. Each time it gave a message to see associate. I proceeded to get into line and michele very rudely and aggressively said "You could've used the kiosk for this return" I then proceeded to tell her I tried and it told me to see an associate because it's a no package no label return. She then proceeded to continue to argue with me about me staying in line and that next time I need to try harder on the kiosk. This woman does not need to be interacting with customers if she cannot be kind or helpful. I will not be returning to this location and hope this location can find some better employees that aren't rude to customers right off the bat. read more

Anytime I've come here I've received professional and quick service. The associate that assisted me was very kind and did a fabulous job, assuring that my package would be returned to the shipper promptly. By far the nicest staff of any UPS I've been to. You wouldn't think putting stuff in a box and dropping it off would be that complicated, but boy can it be sometimes. This location however, is at least kind when it comes to the hassle that is Amazon returns. Most act like it's a burden. I bypass the location by UCO to come here, it's worth the drive. read more

Due to a move for our 90 year old mom, we needed to send several packages from OK to AZ. We came in over several days with various sized boxes and even had them pack and ship two pieces for us. Each time the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, even helped me get boxes out of the car. They even ensured I got an AARP discount. I come here way too much. What I like is that I get in and out quickly. I've always had friendly service and hardly ever a line. Recently I found out they carry stamps too! I'll never set foot in a post office and wait forever for stamps ever again. Use UPS for all your mailing needs! read more

I and my 3 years old came to this store to return Amazon item. The line was long, and it was taking to long. My daughter asked to go potty. The store employee said they don't have a restroom. I had to leave and go to a gas station. This store is not costumer friendly. I don't recommend it. read more

What great service that we experienced at this UPS store! After just moving here from out of town we had some quick shipping we needed to do and got into the store about 30 minutes before close. They were very busy but spent the extra time to try to help us with our situation which was packing and shipping multiple items before the day ended. I needed to rent computer time to print a document and ship it through UPS. Many UPS Store locations offer computer rentals. I walked in to see if that was a possibility here. I looked around, and saw no computers. Fair enough. No harm, no foul. There was a woman standing behind the counter. When I approached her, she gave me a "what are you doing here" kind of vibe. When asked if they had computers there, she responded with "Not that YOU can use..." No smile. No warmth. No customer service. Therefore, no money EVER from ME. read more

This store always has several people in the office, but no one working. Yesterday we stopped in to ship a package and there were three people behind the desk. One was working, albeit very slowly, one was sitting down eating in plain sight of the customers, and one was playing on their cell phone. They all looked like they'd rather be in hell than at work, and they simply ignored the empty register while people piled up in line behind the single working employee. If you need something done in a rush you're better off at the post office. At least there you can be in and out in a half hour. If you have time, run out to the UPS store on Danforth by the Walmart. There's only one guy that works there and his wife, but they're fast, friendly, and they're not afraid to put real effort into making sure you're happy. read more
