I have had good experiences here in the past, but for a print shop it is disappointing. I recently needed to print one single document, and usually within 5 minutes I will get the necessary code. When we asked for help, we were told to wait 10 minutes. When it had been more than that, we were told to resend the email (and wait another 10 minutes), or email the store which would also take 10-15 minutes. I think there could have been better customer service and more efficient options, so I'll be printing elsewhere from now on. read more

I ordered large signs on foam board to be printed here. Everything went smoothly and I received a call a few days later that my prints were ready for pickup. I arrived mid afternoon and there was a short line when I entered. However, it moved quickly. I was greeted when it was my turn to be assisted and the staff member handed me my prints shortly after. The signs looked great. They came out exactly how I wanted them to. The foam board is good quality, too. The staff are friendly. The store is clean and organized. There's plenty of parking in the shopping center its located in. You'll find a spot, but this area gets really busy at peak times, so just be aware. read more

I'm very tired of racism... I had no problem picking up my package with my alternate name (David M as I'm using this also in maps), but today the person who was there on 9AM Jan/5/24 won't release the package to me because the name is different. Although FedEx told me that as long as the address on ID is the same as the one on package, it's ok. And I have my ASU document showing my preferred name is David, and I have my alternate name in my FedEx profile which can be checked!! Interesting... Tried to charge me $586.00 to do standard overnight on a package - and then gave me an even higher price to have it delivered even earlier. When I questioned it - and said that was ridiculous - it became $153.00 (as quoted by FedEx website) for an even bigger box! Wasn't even offered to insure package - which I totally forgot about because I was so awestruck that they were trying to charge me $586.00 to ship something that was advertised for $153.00 online. I literally could have flown to Connecticut and brought the items myself and flown back for that price. Had my husband and son not worked for the UPS store in Connecticut and in Arizona I wouldn't have known that they were trying to work me over. My husband and son actually sent me to FedEx because they could not match the rate that FedEx was advertising! What a joke! Then they tried telling me that I was sending it to a far away place like I didn't already know that Connecticut was on the other side of the country. Despite that it is still quoted as $153 online. Then they proceeded to treat me quite rudely. If I wasn't in such a desperate situation to send the items to my family overnight and hadn't worked 13 hours the night before coming in yesterday morning, I would've walked right out. Not to mention that there wasn't even a smile or any social interaction with the employee who literally was walking away from me while he was waiting on me and doing other things. I was actually worried about leaving my things there. I will be reporting them to the corporate office. The only reason I am leaving one star is because you can't leave zero stars. read more

What happened to service these days? I came walking in the other day carrying two large heavy boxes. Unfortunately, there was a customer in front of me so I decided to wait in line while carrying the boxes because I saw they were not busy and had another open station. There were three employees working that day. None of them greeted me; instead just ignored me and continued to carry about their business. Eventually, a woman with red hair finally called me up. This is where the real problem begins. She spoke to me in a condescending manner. She was on her high horse and felt like she was talking down on me. I was truly disappointed in her mannerisms. This place is awful. I was charged for a box and packaging supplies for a cooler that I was returning. Instead the manager just put zip ties on the cooler and shipped it back unboxed so now the company won't refund me for the UNUSED cooler because of how damaged it was by shipping it with no box. If I could give this location zero stars I would. Suzie is unbelievably rude during every visit. I was told today that I could not ship a package despite the licenses on my account. Suzie packed and shipped an identical package for me 3 days prior in front of the manager, Jay. Now, it's not a me problem if FedEx and this location are not aligned on standard operating procedure, that's a FedEx problem. It's probably a good idea to have a team meeting to understand what customer service really is, blanket policies from the company and how to appropriately work with patrons. No one forced any of these employees into this job. read more

Friendly and easy service. Came to ship a package and the girl at the counter was super friendly and helpful. They have social distancing circles on the ground which I'm glad to see, and the staff was wearing masks. My only recommendation would be hand sanitizer at the counter for post check out (I love when businesses do that) but still glad they're taking precautions in general. read more

SUZIE IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE. She is rude to customers, has an attitude and clearly hates her life working there so she takes it out on customers as soon as they open the door. The two customers in front of me were getting yelled at by her for having the "wrong label" and then when I went up to the counter she ripped my fedex package saying how my fingerprint package couldn't be accepted because "she chose not to accept it since she's a fedex employee since the label was folded over." the assistant manager took over after he heard her arguing with me and easily scanned the barcode and took over for her. I used happy returns with FedEx, and the process was very fast and hassle-free. The customer service exceeded my expectations.

I use this FedEx office for many of my work printing and shipping needs. They are always on time and as expected. They do have some shorter hours compared to other locations so be sure to make sure they are open when you need your items. Also purchased some large prints for our wedding seating chart and thank you posters. The quality was good and again on time. Docking 1 star because during busy times they often only have 1 person working and there can be quite a line to ship. Mostly due to customers coming in that don't normally ship at FedEx so they are like a dear in headlights trying to get things shipped. read more

About an hour and a half before closing, I drove 30 miles to this location because the store had the ability to scan a blueprint into a computerized pdf document. When I arrived I found out the machine used to scan extremely large documents such as blueprints was apparently not working - naturally I was very disappointed and felt as though my drive was a total waste of time. What really surprised me was that both Armond and Jace began working with the machine to see if they could get it back up and running. They explained they would start by rebooting the machine which would take at least 15 minutes, of course I was willing to wait. They worked simultaneously thinking of ways they could get the machine working. I was thrilled after their tireless efforts got the machine working again, which allowed them to complete my blueprint scan. What I found refreshing about my experience at this location was the tenacity of Armond and Jace! They simply jumped into action when needed to assist the customer. They saw a problem and immediately worked together to resolve it. Employees nowadays simply would've sent me out the door saying "come back another time after the machine has been repaired". I was impressed with their knowledge of the machine, their unwillingness to simply send me packing and their kindness. As far as I'm concerned Jace and Armond are an EXCELLENT representation of outstanding customer service and exceptional examples for FedEx - its people like this that keep customers coming back read more

Tried to ship a package today, but was meet with hostility and sarcasm. I didn't even get the gentleman's name I wish I would have . No customer service skills what so ever I was asking simple polite questions and your employee was just put off and was acting so stressed and was frankly nasty toward my inquires. I just moved on and went to the post office instead. long line but cheaper and no complaints. Come to think of it I've had a few people working at this location that have shown disdain for their work. They were friendly and helpful with getting us a good price, but be careful of the printing. I submitted a very straightforward order of double-sided cards: some of them printed in a different hue than the others, and all of them weren't adjusted for printer shift, so the backs weren't centered. Thankfully, we can still use them, but those are two readily noticeable errors that I would've expected them to catch and correct before handing them over. I initially noticed some business cards on their counter that had the same issue of the backs not being lined up (and visible crop marks). My mistake - that should've been my red flag to go elsewhere. read more

If I can give no stars I would. Long wait even when there's just a couple of customers in the store. I paid $35 to ship a $20 box of chocolate to Canada. Ok, fine. Then it would cost $38 to clear customs. The recipient declined it so FedEx would charge me another $35 to ship it back to me. Every step along the way, FedEx was no help. 6 calls to the 1-800 number and 2 international calls. No help at all. When I was sending it, the gal that took it could've warned me about a customs charge on food to Canada. They are not helpful whatsoever and not trained well at all. I don't pay for the shipping, so I'm not rating on the prices here (although I did try to get business cards printed once and thought they were kind of expensive). No, this review is mainly for my experience there today with one particular employee: Tom (I hope I'm remembering his name right). He was friendly, attentive, helpful, and even did a good job with upselling, I will admit. For anyone who's ever worked in retail, I'm sure you know how important it is to try and "add on" to a customer's purchase. This FedEx location should be proud of Tom's dedication and work ethic. When I brought Tom a whole pack of loose-leaf answer sheets, he happily took them from me, rubber-banded them, packed them nicely in a box, taped it up, and got my package on it's way in no time. Excellent service - I was very pleased with my visit today. This employee definitely deserves a raise or some other type of reward for how well he does his job. read more
