Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a while. The two people I encountered today were NOT friendly at all and they had this attitude that you are annoying them just being there. Got here a few minutes prior to closing. Employee stopped me at the door and asked what did I need. I said to send a fax. Her-Well someone is on the fax machine right now and we close in a few minutes. You can go to the other Fedex they're still open. -me thinking, so are you. She just shut the door and locked it. This place is awful! If you are looking for customer service, this is not the place for you. I walked in needing to fax a document. Since my paperwork was incomplete, I came in and stepped to the side to prepare everything. Not once was I greeted despite the personal conversation taking place between the two employees. That would have been ok except for everyone else in the store was acknowledged and offered assistance. I actually needed help with figuring out the fax situation but then I looked at the prices and decided on scanning/uploading it via my iPhone. Glad I decided not to waste $15 to fax a document, especially given the lack of customer service. read more

This location has the best reps! The entire staff is phenomenal!!! I usually deal with TylyN most of the time and he's very professional and has great customer service etiquette!!! Awesome location that NEVER loses my packages! They are definitely dependable and reliable! I used to ship through USPS and UPS but after a few damaged packages, I decided to try FedEx and have been utilizing their services ever since! I went in this morning and Anthony took care of me. He was so pleasant and helpful with me faxing some documents. He immediately greeted me, gave me general instructions on their machine then he personally got my fax started for me. Just wanted to commend him on his excellent customer service! That has not been my experience in the past. Normally I am not greeted with much more than a grunt if at all. I generally have to approach them working behind the desk and ask for assistance. In the past staff has acted really put out if I have difficulty using a machine. They know their machines but not all patrons do. Anthony was a pleasure to work with me. read more

FedEx sucks. They never answer their phone calls and they always have a bad attitude. Never helps us. Also I believe this center is in charge of some of the deliveries made in this area and they do not have competent drivers. The drivers cannot read and always deliver to the wrong house/address. I had uploaded a document online to be printed. I was there at 7:30 am to pick it up. The associate didn't acknowledge me when I came in. She was turning on machines or something. Acknowledging the next customer, she asks what I want rudely. I tell her I uploaded a document that was to be picked up. She told me to go over the the counter. She was rude to the other customer who tried to provide numbers regarding a package he was picking up. She says, "Those numbers won't help me." After waiting quite some time and not even being told she would be with me in a minute, she finally looked up my name and said she didn't have my document. I said I would go get my phone for the confirmation number. Went to my car and was back in 60 seconds. She's counting money in the till and out of sight when I return. I try to get her attention but clearly I need to wait. She finally comes over to me and I ask if she wants the confirmation number. She rudely said, "This wasn't emailed. This is ucon." I don't know fedex lingo. That doesn't mean you have to treat me like that. Two other customers came in and she greeted them nicely. Otherwise I would think she's just not a morning person. Stupid people work here. I will NO LONGER due business with these idiots. The online ad says they're open until 9pm. But in reality? They close at 6:50pm. What?! I went in to drop off a package and was turned away because it didn't connect with their criteria. Then the dumb little girl wanted me to change the packaging and pay for ANOTHER one of their boxes. Why would I pay 2 times for shipping bags or boxes? Mine was inside of one of their bags and had already the correct shipping detail needed. I go home because I have my own box. I go back with everything correct. It is now 6:52 pm and they were CLOSED! The sign CLEARLY says 9pm. Thwy didn't even close at 7pm. NO MORE, this inferior type of shipping has gotten my last dime and my customers last pennies. I will NO LONGER put shipping for my customers through them. They are horrendous and should be put out of business. USPS is better, can anyone believe that?! read more

The worst place ever ! Came in to use the copy machine and the employee doesnt even know how use the copy machine and messed up by doing the wrong format. I asked for the "messed up" copies and he was trying to charge me for it when he messed up. Also, he did NOT even apologized for his mistake and has a " whatever" attitude.
