The Baseline: For a printing and mailing center the business should have great service, good staff, and ability to find solutions to any issues. Service Requested: I had some 3x5 cardstock flyers made up for the local Wiseburn Educational Foundation Rock Around the Block that I gave a file the night before and picked up the morning of the event. The turn around was great! Sheidy and Mariah helped me size up my print to make it look great. Great team members! Quality: Professional quality prints and were cut to size. No extra work on my part so I was very satisfied. Value: There was a special running for the prints and I got a great value for the advertisement flyers to hand out. Paid under $300 for over 500 3x5 cardstock color flyers cut to size. Do not have your items packed or shipped by FedEx, especially not at this location. Recently, I sold an $800 turntable on eBay and decided to ship it with FedEx. Their "FedEx Office Packing Pledge" states that if you have fragile items, at FedEx, "You'll get the right solution, along with the ultimate peace of mind" with "Packages packed by FedEx Office team members at a FedEx Office location". Additionally, they state, "In any event, FedEx liability for fragile items, items of extraordinary value, and other items whose market value is difficult to ascertain is limited to $1,000". However, when my turntable arrived at the customer significantly damaged, FedEx refused to honor that commitment. The turntable plastic cover arrived cracked and broken in multiple areas. Parts were left unsecured, causing damage to the stylus and possibly the arm, which is needed to actually play a record, and most notably, the corners of the turntable were chipped on both sides. This is a heavy and sturdy turntable, which means the turntable was either forcefully dropped multiple times onto the corners, banged on something before shipping, or the turntable wasn't protected at all despite their claim of being professionals. When I submitted my claim to FedEx, I went through weeks of pushback and policy loopholes. They stated the most they could refund me would be $115. So now I have to return the customer's payment, and I have a significantly damaged and possibly unusable turntable that costs $800+ to replace, in addition to a $250+ stylus. Again, I paid for FedEx to ship and package the product, and paid extra for fragile item shipping. And still they refuse to support. It's shameful that such a big company makes these grand promises to provide great services, and when they fail, they refuse to take responsibility and leave the customer paying for their mistakes. read more

I told her I would like to copy with them because the machine makes too many copies and charges me more than necessary. I want to thank Kevin M. for saving my day. I was having an issue with a file and immediately he offered his assistance. I email my letter to him at fedex.com and he went around the counter, tidied up the letter, printed it and supplied me with an envelope to keep it safe and I was on my way. I came in to ship out some documents. When I came in, I was told I needed to print a label myself. I went to the self help station and entered the information to print a label, but I kept getting an error message. The gentleman was trying to help but wasn't sure why I was getting the error message. He went back to a lady who was sitting at her desk. Without knowing the situation, she said I must've forgotten to click a button. The gentleman and I walked back to the computer and he was able to confirm I did everything correctly. He went back to the lady for further assistance. He came back and said he was informed I should do it on my phone, email the label to them and that will fix it. She couldn't get out of her seat to assist. Frustrated with the situation, I thanked the gentleman for trying and decided to go to UPS instead. I spent 5 minutes entering information and the solution she recommended was to start all over instead of trying to figure out what the error code was? I don't work for FedEx, so I don't know how the system works. It would've been nice to help me print the label. Maybe get out of the chair and make an effort. What else can you say? FedEx Office is your average print shop. I utilized FedEx Office on a regular basis when planning my wedding. Some of my projects were DIY. I decided to go that route to save money. I got my menu and thank you cards printed here. I purchased designs from some excellent and cheap artists on etsy.com. Afterwards, I saved the designs (PDF and jpeg) onto my flash drive. Then I went to FedEx to have them printed onto their paper. Tips: Have your design saved exactly how you want it. Otherwise, FedEx Office will charge a design fee...even if its to change the smallest thing or color. Also, the card stock is pretty pricey. We cut our price in half by just changing from card stock to something that is a little thinner....but still thicker than regular paper. Lastly, try to visit in the evening.
