I needed to fax 60 pages to a loan officer to cover a family emergency. The cost to fax was $18 compared to a business chain who wanted $150 ($2.50 a page). The young man who helped me was amazing. His name was Ewan and he was knowledgeable, patient, professional and kind. He trimmed some pages that weren't faxing properly. He checked and double checked to make sure it all went through correctly. From this point on I will always go to this place for these kind of services. Have y'all ever been down to the post office on Valley? When we first moved here, I used to wait in the line, pray I missed the lunch break, etc etc etc. Then I stumbled into MPC. At first it was just to return an amazon purchase. Then I realized I could do all sorts of things here - passport help? check! stamps? check! mailing packages? check! lamination? also check. returning half my online purchases? youuuu bet. They even have postal boxes but I am pretty sure you gotta be someone who knows someone for one of those..... Anyway, this one time I accidentally left my bag there. Like a whole handbag. I just left it on the floor. I mailed my package and walked out forgetting my things - typical. Imagine my surprise when about an hour later I got a call from the owner telling me I left my bag down at the postal center! I came in and some gentle teasing later, retrieved my bag - all things intact! The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I also feel like if I ever got in a car accident and didn't know anyone in town I'd call the postal center and everything would be okay - its that kind of place. ....not a place that throws pens at you. I usually dealt with Steve, but everyone was great. The only con, is the parking lot is very tiny and its off Sepulveda which can be a pain to pull out onto at busy times. I just dropped off my passport renewal application and expired passport there. The man who helped me was terrific and new just what to do. He was very meticulous about making sure everything was perfect because if something's not just right the passport agency will send it back to you and you'll have to start all over.
