I came here on my lunch break to mail a package for a friend. The two guys who work here are super laid back, funny, and helpful. They bubble-wrapped the SHIT out of my glass items (sorry, Laura!) and didn't charge me for the wrap, because someone had left it behind, and took great care in packaging everything for me. They show you all of the different shipping options on a screen, prices, which will need a signature, and what day they'll get there (all from Joe off the top of his head). They knew the names of all of the regulars who walked in. MUCH MUCH more personalized service than you'd get at any post office. This is really a one stop shop! My sister told me to come here and it's great! I had to ship a lot of stuff mostly odd shaped stuff from Disneyland that are popcorn buckets and I had to ship a suitcase which I thought was going to be crazy high . The first rough estimate was $38 when I said ok yea let's just do it or else she won't get it till after the new year . So he packed it up and reconfigured the numbers with the measurements and price went down!!! How awesome was that! He said Yeap sometimes that just happens with the dimensions! I didn't think it would be possible to like a mail center but I really love this place! I use this place to receive business mail and am regularly in here. Everybody who works here is really personable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A+ customer service. I usually don't care about customer service as long as the job gets done, but these guys are really swell and have made me reconsider that opinion. Occasionally the lines can be slow on weekday afternoons if there's only one person working (maybe a COVID thing?), but I genuinely don't mind since I like everybody who works here. I chose a private mailbox service over a PO Box because it allows me to receive mail that is not limited to USPS, and I can register my business to that address, thereby allowing a certain degree of privacy. Prices seem on par with most private mailboxes. Finally, I checked out another mail store to drop off my large USPS box on a weekend, and they were unable to accept it due to its size. The best, above and beyond customer service ever! If you ever desperately need to get your pregnant daughter her long-distance baby shower gifts to China, during Covid-19, Joe is your guy! Many previous packages were sent, and lost, by FedEx, DHL, only Joe found a way! I still have not met my granddaughter, who is now six months old, but her Christmas package arrived recently in China in record time! Again, Joe Workman figures it out, and made this long-distance grandmother so happy! He does not shy away from any shipping challenges that I know of. He sent me a picture of some beautiful African artwork stools, and they were encased in bubble wrap, and ready to go, with a little extra care. Imagine what he can do for your more normal shipping needs. Shipping internationally has always been a challenge for me--Joe really knows his stuff, and even let me know, now that I'm a "regular" when China shipping requirements had changed--yet again.
