I had to get some passport pictures to apply for my nursing boards and this was the closest to me at the time so I just dropped by. The place looks like it takes care of a lot of postal services including PO Boxes. I was attended by a lady who I believe is the owner of the place. First of all she was the sweetest and her customer service was amazing. She was attentive and very welcoming she even took the time to ask me what they were for and told me her sister was a nurse as well. Its always nice to me when you feel like you're being attended by a real person and not a robot repeating the same phrase of how may I help you or have a nice day. I recently went in to get notary service with my 3 little ones and was immediately acknowledged in a rude manner from and African American woman who was in the middle of helping another young woman with her fingerprinting process. I asked if they did notary services she said with one response "yea" and Shook her head yes. Immediately I felt like I was interrupting something or did not belong. I had never been here and this was my first time needing noyary service. When she was done with helping the other lady she walked around and went to the next desk not once did she ask "ok now how my I help you? " she asked to see the document and I asked if there was a way she could print it out please she immediately replied in a irritated manner "email it to this email address here" and pointed to the email address tapped on the back of a computer. I pulled up my document and it did not go through the first time but after 3 tries it finally went through. She then answered the phone as it rang and walked over to the computer and checked if it had came through. Without letting me know it was recieved she printed the document and placed it on the counter and stepped away and continued on the phone with a customer I believe. My 8 year old daughter informed me that " I think she wants tou to come over here mommy " I immediately told my children to come sta d next to me and pht everything down because we were not purchasing anything else out of here, due to the customer service I was recieving. Once she hubg up the phone she stated that I needed to sign and show my ID I let her knowbi had recently got into a car accident out of state and cut my arm and no longer had possession of my ID but I had my college ID. By the time in her voice I knew I had made her irritation level higher by stating that as well. I began to give her the same attitude she had been given me all this time , she lulled out a book and started skimming throught it saying I don't believe that will work, which I had a feeling it was not but for my first time it didnt hurt to ask. While she was searching and still communicating with her irritated manner I asked "are you guys on yelp?" She stated that it was not her that was reccomending this it was the government , which I was not saying was her fault, and yes they were on yelp. I then stated after she told me it would not work " ok that's fine now how much do I owe you for printing this out" now because I asked about yelp she told me not to worry about it. Now instead of saying it to you I'm just going to let everyone know the service I recieved at this location today infront of my children. The customer service I recieved today was not at all professional in any way shape or form. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and wish this company the best. Please inform your staff that life is hard there are bad days and sometimes it affects your work environment but you have to make the best out of all the bad as well.
