Unfortunately, my experience at this UPS Store fell into the latter category. From the moment I walked in, the customer service I received was unnecessarily rude. The employee I interacted with just generally spoke to me like I was stupid. When I tried to ask a simple clarifying question, instead of helping, she responded with noticeable attitude and impatience. I understand that retail and shipping environments can get busy and stressful, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be the standard. Customers shouldn't feel talked down to for asking questions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this kind of interaction reflects poorly on the entire location. I would think twice before returning.

Because I didnt, but instead of being rude on the phone and saying yes we do everything we're ups, then I would assume you do everything or could have taken the time to ask what I was mailing(the store was empty when o came in it wasn't busy) Point being customer service was rude and condescending and made me waste my time and 2$ . You work with ppl which means you have to have customer service skills especially when asking about YOUR SERVICES. I wouldn't even have been bothered about not being able to mail it but just having your employees be kind would have sufficed

In other words: I paid $300 for a service that was never completed, and was told I was on my own. I ended up shipping through USPS for $120, bringing my total cost to $420. I returned to Box Bros seeking a refund. The owner acknowledged the issue and promised to make it right -- possibly a partial refund or store credit -- but was vague about the details. That was over six months ago. Despite multiple visits and assurances from staff that the owner would reach out, I have never been contacted. **Bottom line:** Box Bros is still a great spot to buy boxes -- it's the best option in the area for that. But I would not recommend using their shipping services. You'll pay significantly more than USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and if something goes wrong, don't expect a resolution. They were very helpful and incredibly responsive to all my emails. On top of that I believe they were the cheapest. They gave me advice on how to pack my things to make sure it arrives in good shape. And they did arrive in perfect shape. They were able to give me a quote that was very accurate to the final bill. Same thing for the estimation of the time of arrival. And when you realize all the intermediates they have to deal with (including the customs...), it is quite a challenge I believe. There was no surprise at the end. I needed them to print the shipping label and there is a charge for that (under $3). They will have the email information on a sign closer to the door that people should send things to in order to be printed so that it's ready to go by the time you reach the register.
