Since the change in ownership, things have become disorganized and customer service has severely declined. There have also been unexpected additional charges after renewals, and when I asked about charges that were previously approved by staff, I was made to feel like the issue is mine rather than getting a clear explanation. There is also a man who claims to be in an ownership role (Brian), and his interactions with me were highly combative. It was beyond threatening. If he is the owner, that definitely explain the current direction of the business. If not, ownership should seriously reconsider who is representing them to customers. He should not be anywhere near customers. After more than 10 years as a customer, I'm done. At this point, the whole experience would be almost comical if it weren't so gross and disturbing. Hit me up if you want to know a better place to bring your business. I certainly found one. :)

He replied, "I am extremely busy and I don't care." and HUNG UP AGAIN. What? The young lady at the counter examined my document, ID, and fam member's ID and had us sign the document and their customer log. It was quite easy and their costs were fair. Declined their shipping options as FedEx Office in Torrance has a 2day flat rate of $11.90 which I used afterwards. PostalAnnex+'s notary was efficient and kind. She had a few customers in line waiting after me and they were all patient regulars that were familiar with Meena who was working by herself. Location is inside Von's at the Crossroads. On a Saturday morning plenty of spots in the big Crossroads plaza. If I need a document notarized again, I would return to Postal Annex+.

The lady was rude while she was on the phone, she yelled at me to get my dog out, because NO DOGS are allowed even though my puppy was in my arms and there is no sign posted. She was rude, and asked what i wanted and to take my dog outside. I needed to fax a paper, and i told her i was going to be outside if she could bring me my papers, she just made a face. 10 minutes pass and i look in the window and see my papers on the counter, so i walk in with my puppy, and again she let me know there are no dogs allowed, i told her i had heard her and that she had said she would bring me my paperwork but instead was doing something else,,,ugh what a biatch..What if my puppy had been training to be a work dog?? would she be kicked out too, what a lawsuit she would have...Even though i will have to drive 3 miles to Gardena I will do so rather than see this rude lady...:( read more

The owner says my original review is false. First, I don't know if the young man I interacted with was the owner Rondal at that time. Second, such a delay may convey the ineptitude of the owner, but more important, would the owner, if the same young man, remember the event 5 years ago with so many customers since?! And if Rondal was not the the young man whom I interacted with, how would Rondal, the owner today say my review is false! My review in 2019 IS TRUE TO THE LETTER, and the poor interaction is what prompted me to write the review. Here is my review at that time: "I went in to mail a package. After Rondal took my package, I asked for a receipt. He said he doesn't give receipts because he is not a UPS store. I said, you took my package, what if it gets lost, I have no proof you received it and sent it. He said, and i quote, "That's not my problem" in a disrespectful way! I was taken aback by such rudeness, lack of good business attitude and a lack of gratefulness that I was using his business. I won't use the business again. If the owner reads this, please contact me, as Rondal [if the young man] would only refer me to his business card on the desk." The card did not give the name of the owner of the business. If Rondal the owner is the young man at the time, then maybe he has learned more respect for his customers. I still give him a one star because his 5 year delayed response on yelp conveys complete defenseivness denying everyting I reported rather than a business apology of the poor behavior at that time.
