I paid $300 to ship a package to Europe -- nearly three times what the post office would have charged ($120). A month later, the package was returned to me. When I investigated, the post office explained that Box Bros uses a third-party vendor for overseas shipping, and that vendor sent the package back. When I brought the returned package to Box Bros, the employee on duty was sympathetic but said there was nothing they could do. In other words: I paid $300 for a service that was never completed, and was told I was on my own. I ended up shipping through USPS for $120, bringing my total cost to $420. I returned to Box Bros seeking a refund. The owner acknowledged the issue and promised to make it right -- possibly a partial refund or store credit -- but was vague about the details. That was over six months ago. Despite multiple visits and assurances from staff that the owner would reach out, I have never been contacted. **Bottom line:** Box Bros is still a great spot to buy boxes -- it's the best option in the area for that. But I would not recommend using their shipping services. You'll pay significantly more than USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and if something goes wrong, don't expect a resolution. One star, because they promised to fix this and never followed through.

Service Requested: I had some 3x5 cardstock flyers made up for the local Wiseburn Educational Foundation Rock Around the Block that I gave a file the night before and picked up the morning of the event. The turn around was great! Sheidy and Mariah helped me size up my print to make it look great. Great team members! Quality: Professional quality prints and were cut to size. No extra work on my part so I was very satisfied. Value: There was a special running for the prints and I got a great value for the advertisement flyers to hand out. Paid under $300 for over 500 3x5 cardstock color flyers cut to size. If you think what that would take on a home laser printer and time on a cutting board you will realize what a Great value this is.

Do not have your items packed or shipped by FedEx, especially not at this location. Recently, I…read moresold an $800 turntable on eBay and decided to ship it with FedEx. Their "FedEx Office Packing Pledge" states that if you have fragile items, at FedEx, "You'll get the right solution, along with the ultimate peace of mind" with "Packages packed by FedEx Office team members at a FedEx Office location". Additionally, they state, "In any event, FedEx liability for fragile items, items of extraordinary value, and other items whose market value is difficult to ascertain is limited to $1,000". However, when my turntable arrived at the customer significantly damaged, FedEx refused to honor that commitment. The turntable plastic cover arrived cracked and broken in multiple areas. Parts were left unsecured, causing damage to the stylus and possibly the arm, which is needed to actually play a record, and most notably, the corners of the turntable were chipped on both sides. This is a heavy and sturdy turntable, which means the turntable was either forcefully dropped multiple times onto the corners, banged on something before shipping, or the turntable wasn't protected at all despite their claim of being professionals. When I submitted my claim to FedEx, I went through weeks of pushback and policy loopholes. They stated the most they could refund me would be $115. So now I have to return the customer's payment, and I have a significantly damaged and possibly unusable turntable that costs $800+ to replace, in addition to a $250+ stylus. Again, I paid for FedEx to ship and package the product, and paid extra for fragile item shipping. And still they refuse to support. It's shameful that such a big company makes these grand promises to provide great services, and when they fail, they refuse to take responsibility and leave the customer paying for their mistakes.

I ship items almost every day, and I've never experienced this level of service anywhere else. The owner, Bryan H., is genuinely one of the nicest people you'll meet, and his team reflects that same standard. They're consistently friendly, incredibly helpful, and impressively efficient. I also purchase my shipping supplies here--they always have what I need at fair prices. I can't say enough good things about Bryan and his UPS Store. I highly recommend them for all your shipping needs (they offer a wide range of other helpful services too). I'm grateful to have this as my local UPS store! Thank you Bryan. Cheers! Upon entering the store, I was confronted about a previous review I had written. My post had been printed and pinned to the wall behind the counter, and I was identified by two staff members--a woman and a gentleman--as soon as I reached the counter. Shortly thereafter, I was confronted by the manager, Brian. At no point during this interaction was I asked how the business could earn back my trust or improve my experience. Instead, the situation appeared to be predicated on the idea of "getting back at" a customer for leaving feedback. The conduct demonstrated what appeared to be a coordinated effort by staff to single me out rather than address concerns constructively. During the exchange, Brian also yelled "A** H***" in my direction. Regardless of the intent behind the remark, those words should never be spoken to a customer under any circumstance. Given the scene that had been created, I felt it was necessary to disengage from the situation out of concern for my own safety. The fact that employees had coordinated to target me made it clear that the situation had escalated far beyond a normal customer interaction. As I left and reached the door, I realized I had forgotten to give them a receipt for packages received. When I returned briefly, I observed staff laughing and cheering about the incident that had just transpired. The core issue here is the weaponization of a group of employees to target a customer. This behavior is unacceptable, and every customer deserves to know that such conduct occurred. To Brian and the staff present that day: your cheering and sense of triumph--"we got him"--has resulted in the permanent loss of a customer of over 11 years. I will no longer be doing business with this location. I hope you recognize the long-term cost of that decision and reflect on how future customers may be treated.
