I visit this location often to send packages and the service is always perfect and professional. Today I needed to print 100 name badges front and back for lanyards. I had taken off a little early expecting to wait awhile or pick the printing up later as it's a busy store. I was really impressed how nice, kind, patient and capable Audrey and Lance were when I explained my project. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and the project was completed perfectly. Lance and Audrey worked so well together to print my project while also taking care of a busy store. Audrey explained the set up, double checked the file and before I knew it, they were done. The printing was crisp and the colors were vivid. Ashley and Lance are FedEx superstars! Put them in a FedEx commercial! I highly recommend FedEx services at this location on Eldridge for printing and shipping.. This would have taken hours if I had done it myself. Great work! read more

I normally come here to have papers scanned to my portable USB drive. The employees are helpful as my transactions is very cut and dry. I haven't had any issues with my scanned documents not showing up properly and the pricing is pretty fair. I will continue to come here when I need to. read more

I need to get my passport renewed, and in doing so, need to send my current passport with my renewal forms. Consequently, it's a BIG FREAKING DEAL if this is not handled correctly or the package is not labelled properly. It's such a big deal, that I passed up two UPS stores & another FedEx location because their yelp reviews were so terrible. I cannot afford to have this package messed up - I'm screwed if it gets lost. This location already had a five star rating & I'm adding to that. I was greeted with a hello as soon as I walked in & they walked me through what I needed & the pricing for the different services. The ladies inside did a fabulous job; knowledgable, moving quickly & all at a good price! Really great service & I'm not worried about my passport getting misdirected or lost. Very poor service from the center manager name Cicoray. She is using bad tone with the customer just because I have a long name and she got my name wrong in the system 4 times. I have to spell it out to her and also gave her my card. This poor service mind make me decide to never use FedEx ever again specially this branch with is actually walking distance from my place. read more

These guys have ruined a trade show that I am running by not following through on making binders as agreed and pre-paid for. In fact they didn't even start the project by the time it was supposed to be collected. Be careful they use out-sourced suppliers for some of their work. At first lots of excuses about being forced to use poor suppliers who use too many road blocks, but after a few questions I got to the truth. The FedEx guy wasn't reading his emails and missed a confirmation request from the supplier. End result is a mess for me to pick up. Be very careful here. read more

Unlike the Post Office, this location is very convenient. The service is great and the employees are very helpful. Everything we have sent through this location has arrived at it's destination in three days or less. This particular day I received horrible service. The reason I'm writing a review is because I'm the retail service culture industry as well. While the initial young lady helping me was nice. This review is for the one she asked a question too who I assumed was a manager or her superior. The attitude of this individual was terrible. If your day is bad don't go to work. Leave that raggedy attitude home. As well as leave the side comments out of the workplace. While the issue wasn't huge that we were dealing with I'm not giving my money to places with horrible service. I do not recommend this FedEx if you have any questions with shipping. I went in with a large sign to ship and had a box. They refused to send it because the box did not close "perfectly". My issue is that they offered no solution. They did not immediately figure out how to get me a box that was the right size, but said they could send me to another FedEx store...Just avoid going to this store in the first place then and go to a different FedEx that provides solutions. Creative thinking to provide an answer to a customer at that moment is valuable. That value does not exist at this store. read more

I've gone to this location for shipping services and had two diametrically opposite experiences. First time, I had to ship a medical sample (urgently -- severe food poisoning was involved), and the manager could not have been ruder or more indifferent about helping me. A one-star rating for that visit. The second visit, in April 2019, was to ship a contract to my agent -- not urgent, but still time-sensitive. The man who helped me was efficient, helpful and personable, and he helped me save some money while still meeting my agent's deadline. He was SO outstanding, he outbalanced the sourpuss I got the first time. Over all, a four-star rating. But it matters who helps you, and it really shouldn't. read more

I had 2 interviews pop up and no printer at home to print my resumes. I was just about to submit my order through the online portal when I noticed it said my documents (12 in total) were not going to be available until 10:30AM. That was not going to work since my first interview was at 11:00AM and over a hour away. I called and received the best customer service. I can't recall her name but she told me if I had submitted it before they closed, she could print it out tonight and it would be ready the next day when they opened at 7:30AM. She also asked me if I wanted resume paper - which I did not know was a thing, no idea what planet I've been living on - free of charge.
