I've had pleasant and helpful experiences at this location before, but man, this last one was beyond disappointing. I understand not enjoying your job, but at least try to be helpful and proactive with a customer (especially when they go out of their way to be to polite to you). This four eyed, goofy ahh employee (atrocious kicks too) couldn't even take 2-5 minutes out of his 8+ hour shift to help me print some copies out. Not to mention that the store was completely empty and more than 2 hours away from closing. I just left out of frustration. Maybe UPS is the move? read more

BEST customer service ever! Shane is an angel! Keep in mind, I've never met this guy before. My first interaction with him was very memorable. I needed one single thing printed and when I walked in there was a long ass line. There was only one guy, Shane, working the entire store! Even though he was dealing with two customers he still made it a point to acknowledge me and welcome me into the store. While I was in the back of the store printing what I needed I could hear Shane super multitasking! He was so patient with all his customers and answered everyone's question with so much kindness and efficiency! I'm amazed he was able to get everyone taken care of. Even after I was done and leaving, he took the time to ask if I needed anything else and bid me farewell. I've been back since then and the level of consistency with his mood and service has not wavered! I can really appreciate that. Shane is just one of those kind hearted people that we need more of in the world! HE DESERVES A RAISE AND TO WIN THE LOTTERY!!! read more

The employees here lack professional customer service skills. No one greeted me when I walked in, as I was the only customer in the building and it was dead silent. One employee was stocking product with his back turned and I had to ask him for help, while the other stayed stuck looking at the computer screen while I was waiting for her attention. I had to wait about 2 minutes for her to actually look at me and ask me what I needed. It only took 1 minute to get my pick-up order. No signage for the various departments either. Very confusing layout. Not coming back here! read more

This was the worse delivery service I have ever received. I was promised a two day delivery but received my purchase in 4 days. The first day excuse was the address was wrong WHICH WAS A LY. The second day excuse the apartment number wasn't visible ANOTHER LY. The 3 day shipment date was NEVER updated. The 4th day today I received a text it was delivered. i live on the 2nd floor and the 121 pound item was left at the bottom of the steps. I HAD TO OPEN THE BOX AND MAKE A FEW TRIPS UP THE STEPS BECAUSE THE BOX WAS TO HEAVY FOR ME. Fedx if you knew the box was 121 pounds you should have sent 2 people. read more

I can honestly say that 1st visit with the fedex was actually very pleasant. Shane was the gentleman that helped me out today was courteous and friendly and actually made it in enjoyable experience which is not something you say about fedex or any other mailing place for that matter. I highly recommend them for your mailing needs. I was in-and-out of their within a couple of minutes it was pain free i greatly appreciate the help and assistance that they provided. read more

I have stopped in this store before to mail items as well as to purchase packing supplies. During the holiday season I had items coming to my home that were to be delivered by FedEx. Because of porch pirates in my neighborhood, I rarely trust delivery services leaving packages at my home. What I love about FedEx is you get a text message when something is planned to be delivered and you even get a window. If you know you will not be home it is an easy click and reschedule or, better yet, have your packages diverted to a center such as this one. While stopping at this center requires parking at a meter downtown, the hours to make it possible to pick up your packages after peak business hours so meters are free and parking is easy. Also you get a text when packages are ready to pick up and you can easily walk in and grab the packages quickly. Loved how fast, friendly, and efficient this location was getting my holiday deliveries to me quite easily. read more

There have been two occasions where I or family members have had horrible experience with customer service at this FedEx location. The first situation happened where my mother and I had gone in to print multiple copies of wedding invitations we had created. The man who was helping us first acted as if he could not help us to re-size and then print what we were needing to print. He was giving attitude and then all of a sudden realized he knew how to re-size and copy the product. The second situation, my husband had gone to have flyers printed and had the document in his e-mail. The person working had him get on a desktop where he had to pay for each minute he was on the internet. He asked for her to come and help him at one point and she told him he would have to wait a minute when she wasn't even helping anyone else in the store (note that he was having to pay by the minute). He logged off and waited for her to come and assist and when she finally came over he began to pay to get the program loaded again and she complained about having to wait and she said she would be back when the program started. He asked if she would be available once the internet got started so he wouldn't have to continue paying as he waited for her, she said "we will have to see if I'm busy or not"... and the entire store was empty! read more

Went in to get to poster pictures for two employees that are retiring. Charles was a great help and save me a lot of time on designing the posters myself. Never used it for designing things but for the price and for saving time, I recommend it. read more

I had to ship a couple of packages today. I was downtown and was looking for a place. Well I pasted up this FedEx joint first off. I couldn't find parking anywhere near by. Heck, it's Florida in the summer it can rain on a blind of an eye. So I turned down Laura and started my search again. Then I spotted another place I guess I can't say their name. But, their initials are UPS and there was a sandwich spot right next to it. Deal lunch and drop off my packages. The lunch was good but it went down hill from there. The other store would not ship one package but they would ship this other one for 14 bucks. Ok so I went in and the young man behind the counter was really nice and helped me with my dilemma. Now my package is on it's way and maybe soon I'll be using my sous vide machine again. read more

Perhaps the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Yelled out to me as soon as I walked in the door, not "hello" but "we can't get that anywhere by Christmas," without asking if I even needed it there by Christmas or mentioning the services they have that would get there by Christmas. Then acted as though my prepaid label wouldn't work without actually trying it. If you have a few extra moments, I would highly recommend the UPS on Margaret street instead. read more

This location is horrible. The customer service at night lacks training and performs their job very poorly. The customer service during the day is better, but they are constantly messing up PRINT JOBS and blaming communication errors with no recourse. I would not count on this location to do the job right the first time. read more

I use this location for package drop off and the employees are always very helpful and friendly! They always make sure I get a receipt for the packages I drop off and update me to the status of pick ups for the shipping I'm using. This location has always been clean and has an offering of books about business as well as a decent selection of gift cards. Sometimes there is a short line towards the end of the day but employees work hard to make sure everyone is helped in a timely manner. A big 'Thank You' for all of their help!! read more
