This FedEX is hit and miss. I've been here several times and they have been very quick to help you, helpful and a smile on their face a few times. Another time, I waited for 10 minutes before someone says a word and then to find they are helping 3 other people. 25 minutes later I got served and they had no personality, no smile, very abrupt and slightly rude when they I asked some basic questions. Another visit it appeared that giving them some business was interrupting their day and it was just a hassle to help me. I admit I have gone to their competitor several times due to the rudeness I received on a few visits. The competitor has more stores, always friendly, helpful and never been given any attitude whatsoever. Why would I come here unless I had no choice. read more

I was just at this store asking for help with faxing some information. Was treated so poorly I will NEVER be back! The guy told me "You could find any 15 year old to help you with this". Isn't that his job??? To help people! Don't do customer service if you don't like it! I used to use this shop for all of my printing needs in the past. Obviously things have changed. read more

When my usual print shop couldn't accommodate my order, I decided to give FedEx a try. Uploading my job online was easy and it turned out to be really affordable. The gentleman at the print counter was friendly and helpful and made sure I checked my order before leaving to be sure I had everything I needed and that it looked okay. The order was done a couple hours ahead of schedule, which was great. I do have to cut my own items and the online tool leaves a white border around everything so it's not quite as nice a job of a full-service space, but the two-hour turnaround and significant savings makes up for the minor inconvenience. read more

i needed a quick color print for a project and when I tried to use the color printer kiosk it would not read my flash drive. I went home, got another flash drive, and tried again. It read the drive fine but stayed on the "generating preview" screen for 15+ minutes. Even though it was 10 minutes before closing, and they were already pulling their drawers, the gentlemen in the store took my drive to his back computer, read the file and printed what I needed in a flash. He apologized for the problem with self-service printer and stated he would reboot the machine to try and solve the problem. The exceptional customer service far outweighed any problems with the equipment. read more

Went in for a couple copies of my drivers license and passport. The lady made copies of my DL at 150% and when I said they were of no use to me. I was told that by law they can't make them the same size, which I am ok with. In the future maybe just tell me that before you make the copies and save both of us some time. read more

I really loved coming here every year to print off pictures for our Christmas cards. This location took the printing stations out and I honestly have no reason to come here anymore. This location is always so nice and clean. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. It's just terrible that they took the photo printing stations out. Walgreens has a printing station but the pictures aren't as nice as the ones that would print at this location. It sucks because I came here every year and now I guess I'll invest in my own printer and print from home. I'm so sad and it's terrible because they lost a customer. So sad. read more

Was just here and the print and go wasn't working and all the man could tell me was he don't have control of the internet. REALLY!!!!! But you can maybe call someone or be empathic that I wasted my time and money coming to your establishment to do business after I just worked a 12 hr night shift and waited up to print a time sensitive paper. Which never got done, I spent 45 mins waiting for a response from the fedex print and go website that NEVER got back to me. read more

If you're desperate to get some printing done because your ink jet is fried or really need something custom, this FedEx office will get the job done, kind of. My wife and I went to this office location to get printing done for a board game we were testing for a friend. We had to print a tiled board on 6. 8.5 x 11s, as well as, around 20 pages on different pieces of colored paper. I ventured out to get the job quickly, and to use many of the supplies at the office location. We were helped immediately by an employee, and I gave her my thumb drive. The drive contained around 10 files we needed printed with directions (paper size, color of paper). What turned into a quick trip turned into an hour long ordeal. Essentially the employee didn't know how to use the computer and kept failing to tile our larger file. She couldn't even get it to go to the printer. By the time I finally had my stack of papers in hand, many of the files had been printed improperly. After standing around for an hour waiting to get the computer and printer to work I just wanted to leave. I paid for the pages and left disappointed. Next time I will be trying a different print shop or doing the job myself. read more

Not my favorite place in the world though I'm typically a fan of these places. People are annoying, unhelpful, unavailable, and so forth.

When I was finally helped, the employee told me that my package (to be picked up) was not at their location, even though I had called ahead to confirm that I was going to the correct location. Additionally, despite having a tracking number, she was unable to help me find which location the package was at. She informed me to try the location down the road (she said that she was pretty sure it was there), which it was, but I didn't enjoy the wild goose chase. read more

Great customer service experience today at FedEx Office on Madison's east side. One of the self-service copy machines was not functioning properly, which may have had something to do with the paper I brought to print on. The staff was there to help me every step of the way! He took my thumb drive to the back "project management" section, set up my document to print with their stock (as mine was inadequate), and my document turned out better than I expected. I am so happy with their services and will definitely be back! read more

I just wanted to pass along my thanks & kudos to the FedEx in East Madison (3906 E Washington Ave, Madison, WI). My husband and I own a small woodworking company and frequent that location very often. Mark is my go-to guy. I can't say enough about how much I've enjoyed working with him! Mark is always readily available, willing to help out (whether it's opening doors, carrying packages, etc). He's always got a smile on his face & I truly appreciate all of his help. My husband, Jay, & I started our business in Nov 2015 and were new to the "shipping-world". When I first started coming to FedEx, Mark took the time (on several occasions) to offer up suggestions & ways to make things easier for us. Mark even went as far as to help me pick out a printer so I could print labels a lot faster/in bulk vs. printing everything in the store. Those little things - while I'm sure didn't mean much to him - meant so much to us & really helped out our business (saving time/money/headaches). That said, my husband and I are moving out of the area in a couple weeks and we just wanted to pass along our sincere thanks to Mark and his team (Lynn, Eric, etc). Everyone at that location is so sweet, helpful & it makes our deliveries that much more of a positive experience. Thanks, guys! read more
