No offer to look online for the item to see if he could make a sale today. Lo and behold the item is available online. He was informed that the item is available online and only then did he want to make a sale for his store. If your store is or isn't busy take a moment to help the customer and make the sale. I just ordered it online from another retailer.

Exterior/Location: in a strip mall in downtown Chagrin Falls Interior: Plain and office like. It's not a good looking place. The lighting is dim. The interior can use a facelift. Maybe I'm being over critical of a pack and ship office, but in can use some visual interest other than cardboard. Vibe/Ambiance: zero. None. It's all business in here. Staff: they aren't over friendly. They are not enthusiastic. They just want to know if your label has postage or not. Clientele: It can be anyone looking to ship a package. Price: my items usually have postage, therefore I can't honestly comment. Must get items: Maybe cardboard boxes. Why I love or hate it: I appreciate the service they provide. I was in line for about 45 mins. the 2 ladies were perfect, considerate. They had every reason to be bitter it was crazy with all the people. Phones were ringing nonstop and people waiting. Downside not one Manager or Supervisor out there helping out. Companies wonder why the are constantly hiring. I was at the Staples in Mentor, Ohio around 12:30 it's now 1:20 on July 14, 2026. These women need to receive recognition for their kind and happy faces. People in there were very kind too but where was their help. Again no sight of a Manager or Supervisor to help move things along. My 5 stars are for the 2 ladies and their work ethics. 0 stars for the Management

So today once again, the line for Amazon was about 10 people deep because the iPhone that they used to scan the products is about 100 years old and the Internet that they have in the store is almost nonexistent so of course none of it works well and it takes forever for things to load up! We don't blame the workers for this - we blame Staples Corporate for not managing the store well. So sadly, they will probably lose the store - and have to fire all of the employees all because they did not pony up the money for decent Internet and for a decent iPhone so they could scan things! Something so simple... an iPhone, and better Internet does not cost that much for a company like Staples... they are going to ruin this location because a lot of us are going to start going somewhere else Staples Corporate office should be ashamed
