Just another reminder why FedEx is not used through my business. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. I had a package that was shipped two day shipping on the 8th of January. It was not received till the 15th of January. I was refusing the shipment as the sender had already shipped another package Via UPS (it came in two days, and still arrived before the Fedex package). The lady was extremely rude when I asked for some sort of proof of the refused package. She told me "if you want tracking you'll have to pay to ship the refused package back, if not just leave the package and it will be returned". This location is still the worse in customer service I've ever seen. I use FedEx almost daily. Different locations. This location is not friendly and they do not like doing their job. I came in with five packages two of them very heavy. The guy with the colorful hair and earrings did not acknowledge my presence and continued packaging while I waited. I told him I needed a receipt. After about five minutes another person came out from the back and asked me if I needed help. I explained that I have been waiting for assistance and was not being helped. She tells me to scan them myself and I tell her they are very heavy and difficult to scan myself. Mind you there is not another customer in the store. Does this location train their employees not to do their job? Stay away from this location...not recommended. read more

I waited in line. Then was told to scan the package myself with a smirk. The scanner would not work. I told the rep. He told me to wait until he was done doing what he was doing. It would have only taken a minute to scan my package which would have been good customer service. Oh well I guess you can't expect that anymore. read more

Today I went to 2 differnt post offices and UPS and Fedex. Aubrey at Fedex helped me get my package shipped out the way I wanted and within the time frame needed for delivery. I really want to acknowledge Aubrey- she was extremely helpful and very polite in providing options. She was able to multi-task between me and another customer with patience and grace. If I lived in Gilbert I would go there for all of my shipping needs. I always come here for all my office projects everyone is professional they know what they're doing and they're very very patient. I usually have to copy something from my phone and Corey is very patient with me when trying to send an email off my phone to the FedEx store he takes the extra step to help you out and to show you what to do to get your job done. All of my projects were under $20 except when it came to me shipping a very large picture to my father and that just remind me to feel a little bit more but I was kind of expecting it. The box that I put it in wasn't really fitting so they recommended another box and they did all the work to put the painting in the box label it and prepped it for shipping. Interesting to read the comments and I get a lot of what was written. First off I'm going to say I don't like UPS so Fedex gets all my business. The wait time is reasonable at this location. It's the only location I go to because it's so close. I've gotten passport photos here. I've done print jobs here. I have online shopping sites that offer Fedex to send my large packages here so I don't have to worry they're sitting on my porch all day. They usually send me a text message to say when the package is ready to pick up which is a nice touch. Although lately they haven't been doing this. These locations all have lots of turnover in staff so when reviewers mention names it can be meaningless. I have run into employees who are very short with you and shouldn't be because they're in customer service and without us, and our money they wouldn't have jobs. I've had employees nitpick that the duct tape I used on a box (that's not theirs) wasn't preferred by them. I've had employees demand to know what was in the box with the added comment of I'll open it if I have to, to look inside. I wish they would always have a minimum of two employees there. People who bring in print orders and need help using a copy machine (who doesn't own a computer and a printer these days???) can be a real drag when it comes to needing employee assistance. I do wish their delivery drivers had a consistent time when they get there to drop off packages. I've seen them as early as 10 a.m. and as late as 5 p.m. Overall a good experience. read more

Really nice location and they have a lot of good amenities that makes it super easy for you to get done anything you need to do with regard to computer or print it. I was able to use their fast printer and they have really good color. They also use a very high-quality paper which makes it better for you to get done the things that you needed a more professional manner. I just had the best customer service experience I have had in about 10 years and I don't buy anything. I brought in a prepaid shipping package which was a FedEx box but UPS shipping label. He set expectations with me and told me where the nearest UPS drop off was and then he help me pack my item and taped it up for me. I'm being generous with 2 stars, mainly because the drivers picking up and ONE staff member were so kind. The manager was argumentative and struck me as downright mean. The gal working on the large print order was mildly polite. I get that they've been busy, but when a customer is being quite nice and pleasant, just be nice back. Words like "please" and "thank you" were completely missing. I will go out of my way to avoid this store in the future. read more

Went in here the other day to print off my resume. (Approx 2:30pm Monday) Brought in my own paper, in which had a slight shimmer in the fibers of the paper (cardstock). By no means sparkly, you wouldn't get any glitter on your hand at all because it has a completely smooth surface and it feels and appears to be as normal cardstock paper. The guy turns me away because "their printers won't print on metallic paper and he doesn't know a single place that will so I should buy their paper instead". Weird because I looked it up and the kind of paper that I have apparently should only go through a laser paper, the kind he said it would jam up. I went to Office Depot across the street. They found it to be a very interesting comment that he made and printed it off in their laser printer no problem. I personally think the guy just didn't feel like doing anything. Laziness read more

I took a box with 2 items in it to have packing materials added and have it shipped. These items were from a charity raffle we had at work and we were shipping the items to their winners. When the box arrived it only had 1 item in it. All I can figure is that the second item did not get placed back in the box as packing materials were added. This was shipped back in Dec 2013. I started the claim process in Jan 2014 and am still waiting on a decision as to whether they are going to pay the claim or not. I have never jumped through so many hoops and had to provide so much paperwork. I have had to file 2 claims (one online and one faxed), cash register receipt, shipping label receipt, letter explaining breakdown and cost of my item, and a letter explaining the circumstances surrounding the loss. I am pretty sure it is stall tactics and that they are hoping I'll give up and forget about it. I was told last week that a check was being mailed out, but was called today only to be told they were stopping payment because it got made out for the wrong amount and the local store had called to dispute it further. They are now having the local store send a copy of the cash register receipt and security footage of the person packaging it. Maybe they should have done this 3 months ago. I would definitely not use this local FedEx office and because of the way this claim has been handled thus far I would not use FedEx anywhere. They do not stand behind their local stores and do not care about retaining customers, let alone treating them respectfully. I'm on a mission now to post my experience wherever someone might look up a referral, so other people can make am informed decision when picking a company to ship with. read more

This place sucks! No one will help you. Each time I've actually needed help or had a question, the employees make you feel as if it is the biggest inconvenience to speak to them or God forbid help you. On the rare occasion someone does help you, the short manager tells them to do another task. Customer service is sooooo lacking here. read more
