Unhelpful stuff with no regard for customer service, the needs of the customer or basic manners. They will just push you towards the self-serve machines and will not offer you any help or suggestions or knowledge about how it works. I arrived today at about 10 minutes before they were closing and I needed to scan and email to myself a simple 20 page document - while I was navigating their somewhat confusing terminal, one of the workers came rushing over to me said "we're closing" and I said well maybe can you help me so I can get out of here quicker. He raised his voice at me in a sarcastic and rude tone saying he doesn't know anything about the machines how they work and I would have better luck calling Customer Service. He was a short guy with glasses with a blue long sleeve shirt on. Stay away from this horrible location. In fact, I've had similar bad experiences in other Fedex office locations in recent years. Do not use this location, not only are the staff poorly trained, they will attack customers with no shame or accountability because their senior staff allow them to get away with this behavior. JAMES who happens to be an "Assistant Manager" at this location SCREAMED at my face for no apparent reason, basically looking to fight somebody and he messed with the wrong one. The clerks do a WAY better job than this waste of a person. I reported the incident to a corporate line about the situation and I get a "follow up" call by their manager JORDAN later joined by their district manager........... anyway, apologizing now on behalf of this person won't change the extremely uncountable encounter and treatment I received that day. With all the people who actually are capable to work with and service customers, why have such a d e s p i c a b l e person who did not even apologize himself to me and as soon as I called their manager to let them know that day, he hid behind the boxes like a pu$$y!!! Yes, unbelievable, no apology will change the issue. I had a horrible experience shipping a small package of gifts to Canada. Terrible customer service and the shipment was returned to sender due to FedEx not completing the proper paperwork. Went in to get help from the manager who would not even come out of the office to help me. Will never come back here again. read more

When you need to ship your package a good location and peace of mind knowing its been processed and no one would steal it. Had an issue with the bar code which it could not be scanned. Although above the bar code had number I don't know which did could not just type it in. read more

When I need printing for an event, I usually find myself at this FedEx. There is a good amount of street parking, and parking in the back lot as well. You can use their self service printing stations which are typically super quick, or submit projects online for them to prepare and print for you. The turnaround time on projects is usually super quick. The one thing I will say is sometimes the line gets a bit hectic out of work so just plan to wait a bit depending on the time of your visit. Other than that, this is easy and reliable. read more

"I have to repack your boxes and use FED-EX boxes." I ship all the time, maybe 6-7 times a month and have never had a problem with the boxes I use. A complete scam to get more money out of customers. One of my boxes had a pre-paid shipping label and just needed to be dropped off. My boxes aren't shipping boxes? See that branded logo on the boxes? Yes, that's Amazon. How did the box get to my house? Last time I checked Amazon ships. One associate for the whole store and many had left because there was no help for the computers. Awful. read more

This FedEx location needs a corporate inspection immediately. I've come in twice this month to pick up packages, only to be given excuses as to why they're missing. My first experience ended abruptly as they were closing. Martin, the manager, seemed very unsure as to where the package was, however they seemed angst to get me out of the store. After many hours calling customer support, I was ensured the package had arrived at the store a week prior along with another package a few days after. During my second visit, the man at the counter gave me a similar reaction. After a few minutes, Martin, the manager, came out to tell me that he essentially didn't care where my package was, nor could he do anything to find it. He was very rude and nonchalant. At this point, I had to forfeit the hope of finding these missing packages as it was becoming quite a nuisance with all the time spent. All in all, Martin needs to be audited heavily as I believe he is the cause of these missing packages, and let go of immediately. Not impressed FedEx.. read more

My printer decided to not cooperate at the moment when I needed it the most. Isn't that how life works? After fighting with the cords and printer for an hour, I gave up and just emailed it to myself so that I could print it here. It was late and honestly I'm pretty grateful because I was back home with my stuff in a jiffy and that's what really mattered. People come here to print brochures, ship stuff, send faxes, make pamphlets...you name it. I mean the fact that it's 24 hours makes it a reliable spot, no matter what. The parking in Coral Gables is really determined upon what time you're trying to come here. It's meter spots all around but if you're expecting to be in and out during rush hour then you can't expect a miracle either. They're a solid spot with incomparable hours and offer plenty of different services so it's useful for many different purposes. Thank you for saving me with my printer ordeal. Customer service here is great! Robert always takes care of me and he is just AWESOME, very friendly and professional! Always with a great attention and attitude. The store is clean and organized, there are a full variety of interesting books and office supplies. They have printing/copy machines, computers to use and wifi. The service is fast and reliable, I really trust them with my mails and packages. The copies are 100% full of vivid images and colors, banners are huge and good quality. Stood around by the Pack Plus sign for 10 min with no attention from any of the three employees working there. The younger gentleman working in the back finally came over and asked if I had been helped. I almost let out a chuckle. Clearly nobody had moved an inch from the time I walked in the door at 11pm on a Saturday night. Once he got typing into the computer I was able to ship out my items and get out of there. I was worried about parking in their parking lot as it is also next to a night club and had towing signs all around. The employee assured me it would be fine. Fortunately it was, but it was an interesting scene on a weekend night. Young kids zipped around on electric bikes around and around the lot and groups of people were hanging out around their cars. read more

There's a parking lot in the back reserved just for FedEx and Barnes and Noble which is a blessing in Coral Gables where parking can sometimes be scarce. I've been here a few times to drop off prepaid shipments or ship packages via FedEx, and also to print some color photographs and documents. When shipping, the lines were either short or nonexistent, customer service was good, and the employees were friendly and outgoing. When printing, it was a snap! I simply connected my memory stick to the printer, followed the prompts and ensured the settings were correct for what I wanted, swiped my credit card at the machine to pay, and voila! my documents and photos were printed on thicker, good quality paper. As others mentioned, this place offers so much more than just FedEx shipping, as they have other business services such as printing and copying (including large scale printing for things like business presentations, etc.), packing and shipping and computer access and WiFi. read more

Yuck, poor service! For reference: I print member certificates at FedEx Kinkos locations ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. I use the same certificates at Every. Single. Location. Oh, and I print these certificates on average of once every two months and have been for 10 years! I went in here today to drop off the certificate paper prior to submitting a print order online, which is prepped on my computer at my hotel. Manager informs me that THEY can't print using this paper, but I can use the self serve machines. I drove 20 mins to get here, mind you, but please, let me drive back to my hotel, email the file to myself, and drive 20 mins back to print a project I wanted to compensate YOU to print. Sounds like a plan! When I gave the manager the info in the first paragraph, explaining that I ALWAYS print at FedEx Kinkos and ALWAYS use this paper, she just dismissed me and pointed me to self-serve again with a self-satisfied smirk and attitude. Don't go here; you'll be treated with condescension. Like, personally, I'm too busy for that shit--but I'm never too busy to call a business out for poor (or great) service online! read more

I don't think this location knows what customer service truly means. I needed some help at the work station to scan something because the directions they had listed was not accurate. This is after I've already inserted my card so I was already being charged. I asked the lady for help and she said she'll be right over. 10mins later I see she's helping new customers who just walked in. So I ask the gentlemen working at the front for some assistance and he says he'll be right over....I'm waiting for him to come over and I see he's helping another new customer. I kindly let him know that I was here before the new customer and that I'm being charged by the minute to use the work station. He then lies and says the customer was not a new customer...I literally watched the man walk in. The worse customer service. Do not waste your time here or money here. read more

Not the best experience here. I had a rush project on a Wednesday night for court on Thursday morning and FedEx was not able to accommodate my order so that it would be ready on time. My colleague and I ended up printing everything ourselves - glad they were at least open 24/7 and that they had multiple printers for us to use via self service! read more

These guys do everything they can to help you. I was having a difficult time printing due to a difficult layout and Benjamin and Mohammed made every effort to help. The whole time they were nice and made small talk. After a couple of hours I left but called them back to ask if I could change the original and they didn't hesitate to say yes. When I showed up Alex was there and he helped me with the rest of the order. At the end when he the job was all finished he even offered to help me carry it to my car. Since this FedEx Office fka Kinkos is open 24 hours I'd suggest you go later on during the night. It's quieter and there is no rushing around. I'll probably stick to working with this location vs other FeExs closer to home since I feel the staff in the Gables is solid. read more

Come here for all your printing needs and see Yasnai! I was having some trouble sizing some art I needed and I first tried the Fedex on Miami Beach. They were rude, unhelpful and talked down to me. The next day I tried again, although somewhat deflated to the Coral Gables store and met Edgar and Yasnai who were so nice. Yasnai helped me with my project, was patient, and just delightful. She really went above and beyond and it came out beautiful, plus she is knowledgeable about PhotoShop. Just goes to show how different service can be for the same issue - and how lovely people can be. Thank you! read more

If you're looking to complete tedious projects, don't show up at 1am because you'll be met with awful customer service and an angry associate who can't help you because "he doesn't have time" due to all the assignments he has to complete. He refused to help a lady who came in and didn't speak a lick of English and only had a few documents to print from her USB. Instead, I helped her. Although their computers were less than cutting edge, and half of them didn't work, the service I got at 11PM astonished me.
