You can email them your files. This allows for you to not have to leave and come back for those bigger jobs. 2. Speedy printing (depending on the job, of course. If it's not too big a job, they do same day printing. Bigger jobs, you will want to give them a day's notice. 3. Good customer service. Can a copy shop really be like Cheers? If so, this is the one. 4. Competitive prices. I know that when I first got a job done here after having to rely on Fed Ex/Kinkos, I was pleasantly surprised by how much cheaper they are. They did a huge vinyl banner for me for about a hundred bucks, which would have been a lot more at Fed Ex/Kinkos (sorry, I think they'll always be Kinkos to me). And there you have it! In the spirit of Yelp, I implore you to use the independently owned business instead of the big guys. In this case, considering convenience, price, and customer service, there's no reason not to. Eric and Shawn went beyond helpful with my transaction. I brought in two grey totes (you would probably use to hold lots of toys) full of shoes and things. I thought I had to buy a box to place them in being that the lids could easily pop open but no. Eric stated that they would wrap it up well with tape before sending it off. I saved about $30 bucks on just boxes I assumed I needed. With the check in offer : 10% off with Yelp check in my total was $170 saving almost $20 bucks with check in. Soo grateful for that. He's always been able to help and provide insight into increasing efficiency for my trips and reducing the time I spend in store. Sure, me knowing what's up makes it easier for his staff; but this is definitely not the same at every store. Locally, I used to do shipping at the Fairway and Prairie Village locations; but after needing some help and getting charged or shamed at these two locations, I will always hit up the Central store. It's so small, but their process just clears people out quick and happy. The GM is always there just cranking out business and helping folks out. Please have him train other locations.

Steve was very knowledgeable and super friendly to talk to about film. I will say, the drive-thru/way to drop off film can be a little confusing (was deterred my first time I went because I didn't know what to do), and it is cash only fyi! Steve was also accommodating and was able to load my images onto a flash drive that I brought. Because Steve is the main person developing the film, it can take a while to get your images back. It took about 10 weeks for me to get one roll of film developed/processed, but it was definitely worth it. If you want your film processed faster, I would recommend going somewhere else. But if you are willing to wait and get some great images, I can vouch for Express Photo.

I get hung up on shipping as the costs vary widely, I don't always know what box to use, and it's just a general black hole at times. They'll get you set straight here and usually with a smile. The prices are what they are, sometimes fair, sometimes a bit high but it's on par with any other shipping services as far as I know. It's also very easy to get in and out here. There is street parking, the ability to walk a block or two, and even their own little lot attached to the west side of the building. A regular staple for me as someone who works remotely and it's always quick and easy.
