I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. Initially i was impressed with the service i was getting, had a nice chat with Elium. He agreed to prioritize the DTF print i needed. I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. Manilla Clothing does an amazing job and has awesome customer service with 24/7 pickup. I worth the extra little drive i guess.

Staples is not inexpensive, and I could probably find things on Amazon for less, but you pay for the convenience of being to able to actually see what you're buying. I purchased my last few chair mats here, as well as my printer paper, which I usually have delivered so I don't have to carry it or load it into my car. Their text message deals are actually pretty good if you pay attention. The people who work there are nice enough, though one guy swore they didn't make what I was looking for, even though I had bought one there years ago. I simply waited a couple of weeks, and it turns out it was just out of stock.

During that entire time, the return line barely moved while every customer who entered the purchase line was consistently served before those of us waiting to make returns. As both the purchase and return lines continued to grow, I asked the cashier if additional assistance could be called because it was clear that one employee could not keep up with the volume of customers. She informed me that she was the only employee available. While I understand that staffing shortages can happen and I appreciate that she was doing the best she could under the circumstances, the current system is clearly inefficient and unfair. After waiting for 30 minutes with no meaningful progress in the return line, I ultimately had no choice but to leave the store without even being able to return my package. It was extremely frustrating to spend that much time waiting only to walk away without accomplishing the reason I came to the store. Customers who have already been waiting in the Amazon return line should not continually lose priority to newly arriving customers in the purchase line. The current process results in excessive wait times for returns and creates a poor customer experience. I encourage Staples to review how this location manages checkout and Amazon returns. Whether that means scheduling additional staff during busy periods, providing dedicated coverage for Amazon returns when possible, or implementing a fairer queue management system, the current process is not working.

We were like okaaaay. We peeked around to see if we could find anything because we really didn't feel like driving all the way back home to charge it since we were there already. She watched us the entire time. We were so desperate we went to a boba drink shop in the complex to charge. When we came back she was still staring at us. We printed our files and then asked another employee for some help regarding larger scale printing services. As we walk down to the counter the manager and another employee are straight up staring at us while being with customers themselves. We just felt really uncomfortable.

This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. On one morning, the owner arrived about eight minutes late, and another customer was waiting with me. On the other two mornings, I arrived at 9:00 AM (their posted opening time) and the store was still closed at around 9:12 AM. I never saw the owner arrive on those days, and I eventually had to leave because I couldn't wait indefinitely. I have photos documenting these late openings. These late openings were not isolated mistakes. They formed a clear pattern over multiple visits. After failing to pick up my mail during these three visits, I stopped going in person because I could no longer trust that the business would open at its posted hours. Because of these repeated delays, I asked the new owner to confirm a 9 AM pickup time for my remaining mail. I wasn't asking for anything outside their posted business hours. I even gave a wide range of possible days. Despite that, my messages were ignored for two full business days, even though I replied within a couple of hours during their business hours. When I finally received a response, it was a single word "Monday" with no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the previous delays or missed openings. The communication was consistently cold, minimal, and unprofessional. Update: I went in on 1/26/2026 to pick up my remaining mail. The owner arrived at 8:58 AM, and I was finally able to collect everything. I asked for a one‑month refund because I was unable to access my mailbox on two separate mornings in November. I waited until around 9:10-9:12 AM both times, and the store never opened while I was there. When I requested a refund, the owner responded by saying, "I called you," even though I never spoke with her. Regardless of whether she called, the issue was that I physically showed up during posted business hours and could not access the mailbox I was paying for. The time I lost waiting outside cannot be recovered, and her response showed no understanding of that point. This experience is completely different from the reliable service I received for years under the previous owners. After 8-9 years as a customer, I ultimately decided to cancel my account because the service under the new ownership no longer meets basic expectations. Everything in this review is based on my actual experience, with photos and message timestamps to support it. I also want to note that the current 4.6 rating on Yelp was built over many years by the previous owners, George and Kay, who were consistently reliable and professional. My recent experience reflects the new ownership, not the service that earned those earlier reviews.

I recently visited the UPS Store located at 3419 E Chapman Ave in Orange CA and, unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I cannot express how disappointed I am with the way they handle pricing, which seems to be completely arbitrary and inconsistent. First and foremost, the pricing they charged me for their services was absolutely wrong. As a busy small business owner, to save time I weigh, measure, and pre pay for my packages prior to dropping it off at the store. However, after dropping off my last package, I was shocked to find out that this UPS store charged my account extra for a package that was almost double the size and 5 times the weight. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and it left a sour taste in my mouth. What makes this experience even more infuriating is the complete lack of transparency and accountability from the staff. When I questioned the unexpected price increase, the employee was dismissive and unhelpful. They seemed either unaware of their own pricing structure or deliberately deceptive. Either way, it reflects poorly on the store's professionalism and integrity. I disputed this extra charge directly to UPS and they let me know that my dispute was accepted. Inaccurate pricing is not only misleading but also a blatant breach of trust. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, where I can hopefully find a more honest and reliable service provider. I strongly advise anyone considering the UPS Store for their shipping needs to exercise caution and double-check all pricing information before proceeding with any transaction. read more

My favorite UPS store is truly a gem and my go-to place for everything I need, whether it's returning a package, sending letters, or even getting fingerprints done. The staff here is absolutely wonderful, always so friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile. This place had really gone down hill, The daily mail won't go into your box until after the place closes, my packages and mail constantly get lost or misplaced with no explanation. I get text and email notifications that a package has arrived, berms signed for and this place still looses them, it's a major disaster in here. -Pros- It's convenient to get here. -Cons- Lost mail and packages. I have had bad experiences at this so called UPS store for awhile now. Their shipping prices are ridiculous! Today I contacted the black haired woman who acts like a zombie. NO PERSONALITY!! Stopped by for Live Scan Fingerprinting on Sunday. found this place from the Department of Justice Website - Most other places were closed, the staff has changed since my last visit but the service is still great (forgot that i was here 2 years ago). The owner arrived at 8:58 AM, and I was finally able to collect everything. I asked for a one‑month refund because I was unable to access my mailbox on two separate mornings in November. I waited until around 9:10-9:12 AM both times, and the store never opened while I was there. When I requested a refund, the owner responded by saying, "I called you," even though I never spoke with her. Regardless of whether she called, the issue was that I physically showed up during posted business hours and could not access the mailbox I was paying for. The time I lost waiting outside cannot be recovered, and her response showed no understanding of that point. This experience is completely different from the reliable service I received for years under the previous owners. After 8-9 years as a customer, I ultimately decided to cancel my account because the service under the new ownership no longer meets basic expectations. Everything in this review is based on my actual experience, with photos and message timestamps to support it. I also want to note that the current 4.6 rating on Yelp was built over many years by the previous owners, George and Kay, who were consistently reliable and professional. My recent experience reflects the new ownership, not the service that earned those earlier reviews.
