My prints came out to my liking, and at a feasible price; the girl helping me made sure to clearly state everything to me (since I was asking lots of questions); explaining the process actively. Woooowww, what a freaking rip off. They charge you a $2.50 "service fee" for ANYTHING that requires you to interact with a human, unless you spend $50 or more. So it's bs when their website says that it costs $14.95 for passport photos, because it doesn't (I suspect most people aren't coming in here for passport photos plus another $35 worth of stuff). If I'd known that FedEx rips people off and is actively trying to make sure people don't need help of any sort, I'd have gone to Walgreens where it would have been cheaper overall plus I'd have gotten a digital copy of my daughters passport photos in addition to the two printed ones. I mean... I literally could not have done this myself, though I would have been happy to if the dude was willing to hand over the camera and they had a self pay station here. But they don't. It's totally crap to provide a service that people are, by the nature of the way the company offers the service, FORCED to use the assistance of employees yet still get charged a fee. I swear I'm sending Elizabeth Warren (and probably Tammy Duckworth and Duck Durbin, since they're my own senators) an email about some of these ridiculous fees that people are charged. So that's the first thing that makes me mad. But in addition to learning about this "service charge" (only after I'd looked at my receipt , by the way, because the text I was sent from my bank about the purchase was higher than I expected), they need to get on the same page. I called 45 minutes before I came in to make sure they could do passport photos of children, because they're antsy and not always the easiest to get to do what you want. I told the woman on the phone I had a young child that I needed a passport photo for and asked if they did them for all ages or if they had a minimum, and she said no. When I got here and said I needed a passport photo for the babe, they asked if she could stand (she can, but she's a new walker so she can be wobbly) and the woman said if she can't stand they can't do it. I said I had just called specifically to confirm they could do it and she argued some more before finally asking some guy who was coming from the back if he could; he asked if she could sit against the wall, and she can, so he took it. But if I had not told the woman I'd just spoken to someone about this then she would have just left it at sorry, no can do? I won't use FedEx if I have literally no other choice, which luckily I usually do. read more

The worst run FedEx I've ever been to. Terrible employees that can't use their brains to connect the dots. Competency is a real problem here. The one girl is worried about losing her job (which is complete nonsense) over something easily rectified if she would just put whatever brain cells she has to use instead of just closing off & ignoring everything like a child. The funny thing is she shouldn't have a job in the first place with the way she behaves. Do not do business with them. I'm so glad HP is starting to use UPS more instead of FedEx. The manager here proudly says this FedEx is run better than the other ones, but the reviews say otherwise. We'll see if that statement comes back to haunt you. read more

Friendly service, but the easiest thing honestly is using their kiosk if you have a prepaid label. You can just scan your package in and put it in the box. So easy and you can get a receipt that way instead of waiting in line. read more

Unfortunately the ink ran out on my home printer and was in need to get a document printed right away. Searched up for a place that offers printing services near me, FedEX was the first place that popped up. Used their online services, uploaded the document and headed to FedEx for a pick up. My document was ready soon as I got there, had no issue. They also offer a variety of services to help other businesses or small projects. Will definitely use them next time as my go to when I'm in need or have a project that I will need help with. read more

Had the worst customer service experience today at this FedEx location in Park Ridge. I came in today to just make some copies of a sign which I had this location duplicate before just last year. The representative I dealt with was very rude, not helpful at all and he had an attitude where he just didn't want to be there. Needless to say, I left after a short time since he didn't want to seem to help anyways. You would think during these COVID 19 times we're living in that businesses would do there best to try and provide great customer service to stay alive. Apparently not this employee. Watch out for these jokers! I brought in a piece of stereo equipment to be boxed and shipped. I waited there the whole time and watch them box it, weigh it and label it,insure it and I paid for it. So you think it all went well since I was there and watched the whole process. After that they gave me the total and I paid my bill and got a receipt.......... I say HUH! When I received my credit card statement I was charged $91.17 for something that I had already been charged for that the total was $78.02 So I called FedEx corp and explained the overcharge and I never heard so many freaking excuses in my life. There telling me that what I paid for at the store was only a estimated bill. WHAT T F How could it be estimated? I stood there and watched the whole process, they boxed, weighed it and I paid for it on the spot. So how that heck could what I was charged be a estimated bill??? There is nothing in my receipt that says estimated amount, there is no sign in the store that says all shipment costs are estimated and expect to be charged more when you get your credit card statement .... Send something through the USPS and I guarantee you will not get a different charge when your credit card statement comes through. Never heard of UPS pulling this crap! Say you go to the butcher but a steak for $16 and when you get your credit card statement you are charged $40 at the end on the month, call the butcher and he spins you a yarn just like I got, well what I charged you was only a estimated charge. I SAY BS no way to run a business and I would Imagine that FedUp has been pulling this stuff on there customers for many years now. I've been going to this location for many many years. The staff is usually unhelpful, or talking to each other and ignore you. Today was exceptional. I drove out in the snow because the stone store hours, and when I called this morning to confirm, stated in till 8. When I got here well before, it was a hand printed sign up saying store closed early. This did not surprise me considering the lackadaisical attitude that I would always receive at the store. There was many of us outside frustrated trying to get in to a closed store. A store that closed more than 3 hours early. Thanks but no thanks! read more

Wonderful staff! They are very helpful - they helped me scan huge documents and made the stressful process of filing taxes a little easier. This place also has comprehensive resources - after doing my tax stuff, i was able to mail a (gift) package to my friend. I highly recommend them if you have important documents to send, scan, or fax. read more

I really need to stop ordering printing to this location. They are never properly staffed, so what should be a 45 second errand to run in and pick up something I've ALREADY paid for ends up taking 10-15 minutes each time. I'd suggest either creating a pickup station for people who have already paid and just want to pick up what's ours, or having more than one person working during peak hours. If you can't provide this, it would seem you should stop having people prepay for things because the wait time is ridiculous. read more

I have been here a couple of times and both time I got help from Brian and he is just wonderful always with a smile good humor and a hard working guy. Came here for the passport photo. The staff member I worked with was very nice. She took the picture well, scanned the photo to put it in my usb. The only thing was that she lost a tip of my hair when taking the picture, but I let that slide because it didn't affect my look too much. overall pretty nice customer service. read more

I use FedEx shipping for my business. I haven't had any problems until this past week. On Wednesday, I went to FedEx to Express Delivery my products to arrive to my customer by Friday. It didn't. I paid an extra $10 to guarantee it'd be there by Friday. The weekend passes and still no package to my customer. Finally Monday morning I get the notification the package was delivered. I called my customer to ensure she got the package- she didn't. I then go into FedEx because now my business is interrupted. Speaking to the woman, she told me that they can't do anything in store (although they were very quick to take my $33 for "guaranteed" shipping). I was given the phone number for customer service. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative for them to tell me they'll 'investigate' where the package was and a "Sorry your package is missing, hopefully the customer isn't mad." I would never recommend FedEx shipping to others. My living wage is being affected and FedEx can't even guarantee me a refund of money. DO NOT USE FEDEX! read more

I've gone to this print center a few times. I have to use a corporate discount for my printing, which takes some looking up. I've gone to other FedEx printing centers and they have given me a hassle when I needed things looked up. I've dealt with a few people at this location and they are always willing to help right away. I highly recommend doing business at this location. I have worked with Paula and she is a rockstar. She really understands how to manager her time, multitasking, and customer service tl perfection! #3620. Second time coming in to try and get my print done and during my second visit I worked with a girl by the name of Yvette who clearly was ready to leave and had no interest in being there. I was greeted with attitude and and a disinterest in helping a customer in need. I shop with FedEx constantly and find a deep inconsistency in this store versus other locations I have visitted. I will not be returning to this FedEx because of this experience. It's a shame because I've never had this type of experience before in any of your other locations. I work close to this location and am there a few times a month. Usually, I am fed ex'ing something or buying paper. The staff is really nice, they have a good selection of paper and office supplies if you run out. The only issue is that the checkout lane is also the "order" lane, so a quick purchase can get stuck in line behind someone placing a print order. The clerks also get called away to help other staffers or accept deliveries. That said, the staff is very nice and accomodating; I just wish the checkout was faster! read more

This is the worst Fed Ex Kinkos location I have ever been to. If you have a lot of time to wait and don't mind not being acknowledged, then this is the place for you. Terrible customer service. I went to have postcards made and brought in an exact sample of what I wanted done. I had to return 3 times before they finally got it right. Each time with the same sample of exactly what I wanted. I'll concede that they didn't make me pay for each of the mistakes. But when I'd ask why it happened or how to prevent it from happening again, each and every time they blamed me for the mistake. What more can I do than showing you exactly what I want? So it took me 4 trips to have one job done. What a waste of time. read more

He pointed out several things in the content of my document that looked a little off before he sent them to the printer. I recently brought in a publisher document and PDF to have my daughter's wedding program printed. These are established formats and have worked at every other kinkos I have tried. It took a week and four trips to get the program right. Robert was helpful and I felt that he was genuinely interested in getting my project completed the right way. My daughter and I referred to Dwayne as the "roadblock" man. Nothing was right when he was helping us and according to his attitude, it was all our fault. He insisted that they could not print my preferred font, even though I was holding a previous (one day earlier) proof from their store that clearly printed the font. On my third trip, Jeff was also very helpful and he was the man who finally got it right. My fourth trip (same program) to the store came after I had called to check on the progress of the program, six days after I originally brought it in. I was told it was finally formatted correctly and they would print it. I got to their store an hour and a half later. At that point Dwayne told me that it had NOT been printed and to come back in an hour and a half. I waited in my car until it was done. I am giving this store some (two)stars because of Robert and Jeff. If my experience had only consisted of them, it would be more stars. Four trips for a basic black ink on ivory paper wedding program from both a pdf and an established Word program -- is just unnecessary. I understand that problems can occur, but when I was told that my font could not be used when it had CLEARLY worked for another employee... That tells me that Dwayne was just not interested in putting in the time on my project. By the way, I was charged full price for a wedding program that took four trips for them to get right. read more
