I'm pretty sure they have some new workers and they're absolutely amazing. I've recently just had a woman help me with processing my passport application, which was very important to me because I travel out of the country a lot and she helped me and my ethnic family of three other people very fast and efficiently with zero problems and triple checked to make sure all the information is accurate and I cannot stress enough How patient they are. I've had my passport and other important paperwork done more than two times at this place now and it is a 10/10. And if you're from Illinois, especially Chicago you know how awful USPS workers can be especially in the city sending you home for any missing document or even using the wrong tone with them, but they are truly the best over here.

When I spoke with the head of the A.H. post office (Euclid Ave.), she offered no apology, but said she would look into it and call me back. I've yet to receive a call back. The fact that I receive other peoples' mail (way too often), is bad enough, but misplacing my mail from Jan., and suddenly delivering it in March w/o explanation, is inexcusable. The postal service from this location is beyond poor, and seems to be getting increasingly worse over time!

With that said, I've been in much nicer post office buildings, so I can't give 5 stars here. Another thing is customer service. These are government employees. They don't really have to be nice to you.....and I guess they aren't here. There was only 1 employee working here that I could see. This person wasn't being rude, but there really wasn't any customer service either. It's whoever is next in line, come on up. Not sure I would expect any better from a post office, but I'm giving 3 stars as I've been to much better post offices.
