Since 1985 I have been a breeder of reptiles amphibians and fish so I have had to use FedEx many…read moretimes over the years I have had massive amounts of bad experiences that being said that's not what this is about I am disabled now and I can't drive or go anywhere so I have to have food shipped to my house this place whoever delivers to Portage Wisconsin they never knock on the door they never give me a tracking number when you try to call it's all bots no people and they will hang up on you every time because you don't give them the door tag number or or the tracking number which they never provided because my insurance purchases it at their the office of the company and the company uses this as a delivery system so I'm not the one with the tracking number the best I got for a tracking number was a text saying the day that they would arrive but no number to call anybody no tracking number so you have to sit around your entire Saturday waiting for something that never comes and when you try to call them to figure it out you don't get anywhere in the box hang up on you this is s*** business you don't even have the decency to knock on someone's door and tell them there's perishable food at their door you don't have the decency to give them a tracking number you don't have the decency to have real f****** employee answering the phone.

I normally see one to two people working the counter. What I am shipping and whether it is personal or business dictates usually where I go. I've shipped electronics, perishables and gifts. Each time if I had questions they helped. Service is pretty efficient but rarely a smile or a thank you or have a good day. My packages are shipped and arrive so I guess that's what matters most which is what I am rating this UPS Store on. I guess if you want a smile then perhaps a different location or FedEx.

I despise FedEx. I've begged companies I've ordered from to use a different shipper. One company…read moreactually switched my deliveries over to USPS per my request since the FedEx driver swiped my package. I have it all on video since our delivery room is recorded. My package was "delivered" at 3:30 on a Monday afternoon. Went to go grab the package and it wasn't there. I was confused and looked around since the photo from the delivery showed that it was delivered, however, the picture was pretty blurry. I then watched the footage from 3:30 and saw the delivery driver turn his back to the camera, place another package down for someone in my building, then turn around with my package and walk out. Unbelievable! I've never had this happen before! I contacted the company and they sent me another package out free of charge and have been using USPS ever since. Another company I order from uses FedEx and I'm at the point where I'm not going to continue ordering clothes from them since they refuse to use another service. Each and every time my package is late. What's bad is that it is listed on the vehicle for delivery and then is never delivered until 1-2 days later. I was told by someone who is a substitute driver the regular driver just cuts his days short and I'm at the end of his route, meaning my packages are delayed because he "doesn't feel like doing his job." Lazy and incompetent.
