Since 1985 I have been a breeder of reptiles amphibians and fish so I have had to use FedEx many times over the years I have had massive amounts of bad experiences that being said that's not what this is about I am disabled now and I can't drive or go anywhere so I have to have food shipped to my house this place whoever delivers to Portage Wisconsin they never knock on the door they never give me a tracking number when you try to call it's all bots no people and they will hang up on you every time because you don't give them the door tag number or or the tracking number which they never provided because my insurance purchases it at their the office of the company and the company uses this as a delivery system so I'm not the one with the tracking number the best I got for a tracking number was a text saying the day that they would arrive but no number to call anybody no tracking number so you have to sit around your entire Saturday waiting for something that never comes and when you try to call them to figure it out you don't get anywhere in the box hang up on you this is s*** business you don't even have the decency to knock on someone's door and tell them there's perishable food at their door you don't have the decency to give them a tracking number you don't have the decency to have real f****** employee answering the phone. read more

One of the main reasons I like this location is because they're open on Sundays, unlike most of the other FedEx Office locations. The service here is pretty decent, I was able to get my package shipped very easily. I would come here again. read more

I needed to send a package overnight. I thought about driving it because it was urgent but the person at the FedEx counter said it wouldn't be a problem to get my package there the next day. IT DIDN'T ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY. When I contacted FedEx customer service, I was told they had suspended their money-back guarantee through the holidays. When I asked why I wasn't told there was a good chance my package would not be delivered the rep responded he was not able to address my question. THIS IS SO WRONG. FEDEX IS ACCEPTING PACKAGES THEY KNOW THEY CAN'T DELIVER AS "PROMISED". How can FedEx take packages for overnight delivery knowing that the package isn't going to get there the next day? When I talked to the store manager about this, she responded that they have notices up about the money-back guarantee being suspended. That's not the issue here. FedEx is taking and charging a considerable premium for next-day packages they know they can't deliver the next day. OPERATING IN THIS MANNER IS UNETHICAL AND WRONG. read more

This FedEx is my go-to for my small side business. I come here about once a week, and honestly I avoid all other FedEx locations if I can help it. The management has changed slightly with different employees, but that hasn't changed how they handle their business. Yes, they are always incredibly busy, but they are always moving and always trying to accommodate. I just appreciate when I can bring a flashdrive in and they can print several 11x17 cardstock prints for me on the spot! They are knowledgeable and very intelligent, which is really important when working with large printers and large projects for customers. I always feel at ease when handing over my working and giving them instructions on printing. In fact, many of them remember what I like to print on and what size, so it has become a breeze to get in and out. Thanks, guys! Keep it up. read more

Ryan at this FedEx location was a great help. I have my Christmas letters printed at FedEx/Kinkos every year and they have always been helpful. But Ryan was quick to assess everything that I needed, including paper type and pricing to fit my budget, and was helpful in resizing my work to make it best fit the printer output. My cards have always turned out nice, but this year's is probably the best because of Ryan's help. I usually go to the location close to my house but they were already closed for the day. I haven't had to make copies in years. This was a quick way to make a bunch without overloading my home printer. Very convenient - back in the old days you had to get a key thing from the counter, wait in line, etc. This was super easy to just swipe a credit card. read more

I will never chose fedex for anything. Ive had it set up on the delivery manager with instructions to leave deliveries in my garage. Their drivers dont seem to care about that as they have left $1,000 purchased on my front porch where anybody could walk off with it or they've thrown packages over my 6 foot privacy fence that is attached to my garage. They've also left packages right in front of the garage door, only 4 ft from the alley,even though they have to door code. read more

Two stars for being open 24 hours. Terrible customer service. Staff here are rude and talk down to customers like they are idiots. Very slow service. Multiple times I have called on packages and print orders and gotten no answer, or a rushed answer over the phone eager to hang up or tell me to just come into the store. When asking simple questions about services or pricing you are met with "You don't need to worry about that" or "Sorry but we don't do that". read more

I don't know if these 3 young ladies were having a bad day but they weren't very friendly. I have 3 daughters around their age and they would describe them as having a stank attitude. The company i work for requires me to send many packages a year and I've been to a lot of fedex stores in Florida and usually have a great experience. Not the case this time. I arrived at 750pm to send an important FedEx package, and all of the lights were off. The place was locked up, no movement inside. Considering that I drove here from Jefferson as it was the closest, I was more than annoyed. Is this a franchisee or a corporate store? Open 24-hours! Love that! For that alone they could get five stars. However, I came to pick up a package they had tried to deliver and it took quite a bit of time because there were only two staff members. One working on something... perhaps an order and the other one trying to assist a customer, but it was taking quite awhile. Eventually the staff member asked the other customer to wait a second, since it was taking so long, so he could ask me what I was waiting for. You do need your ID to pick up your package, but that is it. And according to the website, someone is supposed to email when your package is available for pick up, but I never received anything... I just waited a couple days and figured it should be ready. read more

I have put up with the poor service here for a long time. Always check the shipping information because a couple of their people will get it wrong more often than not. The last straw came a week ago when I brought in a package that needed to be delivered the next day. I paid and was assured that it would arrive on time. Today I learned that it arrived not on Wednesday, as scheduled, but on Friday. They would not even refund the shipping charge, and last year my Fedex bill was over $1500. UPS will earn that now. read more
