I am writing to report a very disappointing experience with one of your employees at FedEx. I came in to print my project, and despite giving clear instructions, the employee printed it incorrectly and he was weird and has an angry face dont know why , i didnt even say anthying ,His facial expressions were noticeably irritated and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.bad experience read more

I used Fed ex to ship Christmas gift cards. I thought this would be a safe means of shipping. (recently gift cards stolen from inside the post office. USPS prosecuted. 3 people in prison). I was wrong. The package was delivered, but not before it was opened and $650 of gift cards removed. I asked Fed ex if they were filing charges. No response about theft, but asked if I wanted to set up EFT... Really? I just received a check for $100. I apparently missed the "state the value" box. read more

FedEx is the worst I currently have a package that is heat sensitive. It is coming to Dallas from LA but right now it's on its way to Pennsylvania. So by the time it is driven from Texas to PA and back to TX in the heat, it will be a crumbled up dried up mess. Great job FedEx. It's so typical of their service read more

They are soooo slow! They don't care if there's a long line of people waiting, only one person works while 4-5 people are in the back talking to each other. They work so slow it's actually ridiculous. Just dropping off one thing takes forever because they don't know how to work efficiently. read more

The review isn't for this specific location but fedex in general. I have more issues with fedex than ups or usps. They cannot accurately estimate when a package will deliver and they routinely leave me waiting until 8 pm on packages that do not get delivered. My last shipment was due Monday. They changed delivery to Saturday and notified me on Saturday morning after I left town. I had no way to prevent it being left over weekend without paying money. THEY are who changed the delivery date. Other carriers have delays but they don't wait until overnight to tell you. They at least try to fix their faults. Other carriers put you first on their list for next day delivery. Fedex does not do this. I am sitting again past 5 pm waiting on a package that I have no idea if it will show again. And guess what - I have no option to change anything without paying. read more

Not only are they quick to deliver, I was locked out of my car one day when the driver who usually drives our route stopped and to see if I needed help. He tried and did everything he could just to help out a random stranger. I will never forget your help and compassion to a stranger marlin! read more

Sending something Fedex is like paying triple the cost and still it not getting your package delivered timely. You have as good a chance dropping your package on the street median and having a wild animal find it and deliver it timely to your office as you do sending it Fedex. They are amazing in their ability to find your office hours before or after regular business hours- their business mode is not to deliver packages, but to leave slips of paper saying they tried to deliver and now you go to them to pick it up (a self-delivery system). read more

Well, after much confusion about when this package would be re-delivered, I was assured it would be here on Tuesday and they asked me to be home between 9 AM and 8 PM because the package required signature from someone 21 years or older. I planned accordingly. Well, today, MONDAY, the doorbell rings and i'm in the back room. I race toward the door (seconds) and I see a note stuck to my door (window). I run outside in my pjs and yell, "I'm home, I'm home, I'm home!" The guy is already in his truck so I yell again going toward the middle of the street. He hears me and brings the package and asks me to sign. I told him that I heard the doorbell and I was rushing to the door, but I was old and could not sprint. After seconds, he put the tag on the door and ran toward his truck. I was persistent and got my package, but I'm left wondering if these delivery men get paid by the door bells they ring or rather attempts at delivery and deliveries. Or perhaps they are allowed only a couple of minutes per delivery. Use UPS and you will have less problems. All my experiences have been great and I use UPS daily. (I have no stock and I'm not related to anyone employed by UPS). UPS rocks and FedEX sucks. In fact, they have ruined KINKOS. read more
