Typically I only have a drop off and it's fairly easy to scan and go. However I had to ship my computer back to work using their account so I had to go in for assistance. Busy morning with people at the kiosk, printers, and shipping area. Went up to the desk and there was no worker in sight. Finally spotted them sitting in the back talking on their personal phone ignoring everyone in the store. Finally decided to come over to help me but seemed inconvenienced. More people came into the store and were waiting in line while they were still working on my shipment. I hope they got better service than I got. read more

I wish I can give 0 star here. Worst Experience with their Store Manager. He is an Asian Guy. Printed bunch of tags from them and paid more. The prices were less on Fedex Website. When I came back and said there were 10 short and he mentioned he counted it and I have to pay more for 10. If somebody is already bought and printed a lot of stuff from you and drove all the way back to your store in office hours then whats the purpose of lying here. I am in this office weekly to pick up FedEx packages. The inconsistencies in what is required to release a package are ridiculous. Picture of my ID has worked for months. Manager refused to accept it. Rude staff. Unwilling to help. Worth paying more to ship directly than deal with these types of businesses. read more

I needed to ship back some items from a company that uses FedEx Office to help with their returns. The process here couldn't have gone smoother. He scanned in the stuff, and then provided a receipt for the items and I also got an email from FedEx Office AND the receiving company with the details. Parking can be tight up front when busy. So FedEx has a new policy and they WILL NOT Let you address packages they do it for you and they create the label. A digital label with barcode addresses! YOU CANNOT VERIFY ANYTHING! They insist on packing the envelopes! They won't let you do it! They sent my legal documents to the wrong states and just refused to fix it! They say no managers work weekends! No district managers available! Melody says "I have the district managers number but I refuse to call it on the weekend" ok so I guess we get to pay the bill twice in hopes my stuff arrives and gets filed in court on time with legal deadlines approaching! Way to go FedEx! You implemented a new system that takes control away from the client and forces your people to stuff envelopes and put addresses in digitally that don't appear on the envelopes so verification is impossible. Your staff is rude, inconsiderate and uninterested in helping customers so why ask them to care about collecting data properly and putting things in the right envelopes? This is just unbelievable. If i have to wait till Monday I'm going to make sure everyone knows not to trust you with this new procedure. How about putting clients needs first instead of using staff that doesn't care about customers. It you want to improve things just digitize the whole place fire the useless staff and just let the customers do it! At least we care about our packages getting to the right destination. I've always found this FedEx shop to be consistently good and being able to accomplish what I want to accomplish. With the recent worker shortages they are sometimes understaffed (so if you want a job you might take note of that). But the people who are there are always polite and professional. I have been disappointed in FEDEX in general - that their ground shipments are no longer delivered by the promised date Based on my personal experience and what I've been told. That's probably also due to the worker shortage which companies cannot help. But getting back to this location, I can't honestly say that I have ever had a problem there and because they are very conveniently located I go there on a regular basis. read more

I go here to print stuff for DIY projects. They get the job done, but this place is a bit unreliable. I asked them to print two photos. One picture had a lot of dark colors on it and there were some streaks of plain white in the places where there was supposed to be ink. Long story short, I had to drive there again (I admit I was in a rush and didn't check the pic if it was alright) to get it reprinted. Second time I needed to print something, I tried printing it online. However, the picture wouldn't be printed til 6PM. Instead of waiting, I recommend to just go there any time of the day to print it. Just bring your USB and some coins and they'll be ready! read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I had 2 important shipments going to IL and CA. The clerk put everything in one envelope to Illinois so the other one never made it to California and I have the receipt to prove where it was supposed to go and the price I paid. Rather than offering to reship it free the clerk is saying I must pay AGAIN. I asked for a manager and they said there was not one available until MONDAY. The review isn't for this specific location but fedex in general. I have more issues with fedex than ups or usps. They cannot accurately estimate when a package will deliver and they routinely leave me waiting until 8 pm on packages that do not get delivered. My last shipment was due Monday. They changed delivery to Saturday and notified me on Saturday morning after I left town. I had no way to prevent it being left over weekend without paying money. THEY are who changed the delivery date. Other carriers have delays but they don't wait until overnight to tell you. They at least try to fix their faults. Other carriers put you first on their list for next day delivery. Fedex does not do this. I am sitting again past 5 pm waiting on a package that I have no idea if it will show again. And guess what - I have no option to change anything without paying. read more

The staff is friendly and all but they lack in follow through. I have had nothing but problems with their drop off lockers. I run and eBay store and This is the 3rd time I have had to call and have my package taken out of the locker to get it moving in their system. Today the individual who answered said her manager was the only one who could operate the locker and she was not in all day. I pay extra for FedEx for the speedy shipping. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their word is an older version than the one I have at home. I came in, bought paper and had them print my document. The format and font were wrong. She charged me for the paper and the printing even though she knew it was wrong. At first she said "I guarantee it is because we have an older version of Microsoft". So I agreed I would pay for the paper. She said "then I shred your paper". For the paper I just paid for? Never mind I have to buy a whole new stock of paper to print the product somewhere else. Wow... I just can't believe how rude this girl was to me today at this location. Her name was Amarrie, I asked her if I could just pay for a single item (tape) I wanted to buy, while a customer is putting her stuff together in a box and this place was empty. No one else were there but me and this other customer. She just said "no you can wait." With an attitude while I was genuinely kind when I asked. And I'm the business owner next door. Won't be getting my business anymore for sure! I came here to pick up my office supplies occasionally but Wow... Friday 7/13/2018 around the time of 7PM. FedEx 4152 Spring Creek/Plano. It was here for which I was advised for a price on packaging which was much higher than the price for a similar item which I had shipped from this location less than two weeks prior. The clerk here was unable to confirm what type of box may have been used, and was unable to reach anyone to advise on this. I realized I was going to inconvenience myself by returning with the receipt from my first visit, and it is was only then that the clerk began to realize what size shipping box to use for my shipment. Later on after reviewing my bank statement I had to call in, and question for a charge which was never documented for on my receipt or explained for to me while in this store. read more
