I needed to ship something fast. I couldn't print a label easily at home so I ended up at FedEx. They were not too busy which was surprising this time of year. I was assisted fairly quickly. I sent the package ground and it arrived on time. Prices are steep here which isn't a surprise. I do wish tbey had more options for shipping speed. Even though I needed to ship this out quickly, it did not matter if the item arrived very quick. Parking is a bit chaotic. read more

I am surprised to see some of the reviews here. I use this location occasionally and every time I've been, the staff is friendly and efficient. Much better than the UPS across the street. Today I went in to return a huge rug to the company I purchased it from. The gentleman who assisted me busted his butt to fit the rug into a box for me. He packed everything, allowed me to send the label and he printed that for me too. Tax included $20 for everything. I think the price was fair and the service was excellent! read more

NO STARS - LOST PACKAGE - DENIED CLAIM!?!?! Extremely frustrated, FEDEX goes above & beyond NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY for their screw up! I'm beside myself for everything they're putting me through proving with photos they delivered & lost my package to an unknown address yet my claim comes back denied?!?! I reported the package missing after viewing the delivery photo 6/18 which showed an unknown home, I then follow their text instructions to visit my FedEx on 6/21 explaining the ordeal which had me going in circles because "they don't handle claims" and gave me a phone number to call. I call the # on 6/24 explaining the issue filing a claim. I call 7/17 after not receiving any update. Their response was that they show the package delivered and I would need to file a claim!?!?! I explain the entire ordeal of my lost package for the 4th time and every step I've taken thus far with names/dates/times for the rep to "initiate" a claim. On 7/25 I receive an email for me to upload photos of the home delivery address. I uploaded a screenshot of the FedEx delivery photo with a red X and uploaded 2 photos of my mother's home which looks nothing like the FedEx photo. Today 7/30 I receive an email denying my claim! I can't believe this is happening over $100 value and $20.26 shipping charge and photos that prove their drivers are idiots who delivered and lost my package to an unknown home!! How is FedEx getting away with losing packages and not taking responsibility??? They should be shut down based on all the reviews I'm reading. I've reached my boiling point and will be posting this review everywhere possible. I've always had a great experience with my FedEx shipping location service members, however too many times (business and personal) shipment packages are being lost and/or delayed due to shipping errors over the past 3 years of my experience. I literally had my package delivered to an unknown home the same week my fiancé's package got on a truck north to NY when it was suppose to go 45 min south in FL! His experience with FedEx customer service was as bad as mine but his finally made it to the destination yet very late and cost him in sale revenue. My shipment is still not resolved and I feel they purposely delay and put you through circles in hopes you give up. 1- I reported the missing package via online tracking 6/18 after seeing an unknown home of delivery. 2- FedEx texts 6/21 instructed me to visit my shipper if package is still missing. 3- I visit my FedEx shipper 6/21 explaining issues showing unknown home photo and a photo of my mothers home and they said there is nothing they can do and gave me a # to call. 4- I call FedEx customer service 6/24, explain the entire ordeal again and they processed a claim and will be in touch. 5- Going on a month with no update from FedEx, I call 7/17 and the automated system says the claim # doesn't exist. 6- I Speak with a person 7/17 who states I was given a "trace ID" and no claim was processed! I explain the entire frustrating process I've gone through thus far now losing patience. 7- FedEx rep now files claim "request" and has no confirmation to give me, says to watch my email for claim information. ...to be continued...using UPS going forward since I've never had shipping issues with them but sometimes their pricing is higher (get what you pay for in this scenario) read more

I dropped off a returned package at this facility and the assistant was very kind and helpful. He stated that the item would be returned as I did not have a return label and it was not opened. He kept his word and the item is on its way back to the business of origin. Thank you to the staff and honesty of this establishment. read more

I used to loathe coming to this location especially on the weekends. On the weekends there would always be this ghetto girl working, she has huge fake eyelashes and she would always make snorting sounds every five or so minutes. I swear to Jesus I felt like I was on a Mississippi farm every time I popped in. There has been more than one occasion where I walked in and as soon as I saw her I walked right back out and drove to the University & 595 location. But thank The Earth Spirit she no longer works there, as a matter of fact, they've hired some really good attentive and friendly employees. This place just gets worse and worse! Today I went to get copies from a flash job on punched paper. Their computers are not working so they cannot do the job. How is that possible? That is their business. I could not do the copies on the copier as they did not have the punched paper. I have never seen such incompetency! If you're looking to see disorganization and absolute horrible customer service at its finest please visit this FedEx. The people who work here treat you like trash. Absolutely horrific Customer Service. There have been times that I have gone to the store and nobody was even at the counter. Customer Service does not exist here the workers complain about their job in front of customers and actually make the customer feel bad that they have to work there. This review is not directed towards the gentleman that helped me with my FedEx needs, but more so towards the management and the extra staffing they desperately need. I walked in around 5:45 PM needing stacks of paper bound for school. There was one employee on staff that day, managing three customers and working on boxes that needed to be shipped out by 6. I was politely asked to come back later that evening because the employee was not able to help me at the time. I went back after about an hour, and the poor employee was still slammed with other customers. I ended up waiting and got my papers bound, but had to wait close to 40 minutes. It would've been faster to drive down to another FedEx Kinkos to get my pales bound! The employee explained that his manage went home early, and the other employee was on vacation. Hey manager, it might be helpful to hire another person to ease the work load of the poor employee and to keep customers happy. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this location. I'll make the extra drive to go to the FedEx Kinkos that happens to be 24 hours down the road! read more

There was nothing "express" about my visit to FedEx yesterday. This FedEx location needs more staff! Period. It's prime shipping time for the holidays and finals time at the nearby universities, and they had 1 employee working on a Saturday morning to handle all shipping, printing, and binding responsibilities. A line of 2 people in front of me took over one hour to get through. Ridiculous. The employee working was apologetic and friendly. It wasn't her fault. She shouldn't have been there alone. Now that FedEx offers to pack you shipment, it simply takes too long to help your customers. Add in a print/binding job and that one employee doesn't have time to take in a simple overnight box shipment. This location gets 1 star. The 2nd star is for the fact that my package reached its location when it was supposed to. read more

It's a Tuesday morning at 9 AM! How is their only one employee in the entire building. FedEx on 4900 S University Dr, has exceptional customer service. Great staff. They always go the extra mile.

Extremely short staffed! Every time I walk into this fedex there is only one employee (the manager) with a long line Of customers she tries to handle all these customers by herself and there is always only one employee here. This location needs at least one more employee and the manager should stop being so cheap and hire more help. She answers phone calls, customer phone calls personal phone calls while there's a line of customers who need help and it takes forever. Worst customer service i've ever seen. read more

This review is not directed toward Luciane who was extremely polite and was trying very hard to help me even though her shift was over and could have gone home. Another employee who's name is Crystal was extremely rude even before I walked in the door. She would not allow me to walk in through the side door even though it was open and made me walk around the side through the pouring rain. After I came in Luciane started helping me for about 15 minutes until Crystal came and interrupted us and said that she needed the computer and that I would have to come back the next day if I wanted my files printed. I'm sure I am not the first to have a problem with this sad excuse of an employee and person not do I think I will be the last. That says a lot about management of the location if they keep such employees around! read more

A complete joke of customer service. Only one person working around 3pm, waited for a good 15 minutes, and when I wanted to ship the package I brought, she didn't want to accept my shipping label. The label was printed specifically for FedEx but for some reason it "wasn't applicable to ship". Left that dumb lady and went to another FedEx, no problem there and was out in 5 minutes. read more
