The antiques, china dishes, glassware, paintings, pictures, etc., were wrapped and packaged in a box and then put into another box with packing materials. The printers were having issues, and instead of assisting the multiple customers who needed help, he walked around with an attitude, offered little assistance, and even helped people out of order. After speaking with a manager, I expected the situation to improve, but unfortunately the service only got worse. I waited over 30 minutes for assistance and still didn't receive the help I needed. To make matters worse, none of the employees appeared to be wearing name tags, making it impossible to identify who was assisting customers. Customer service should be a priority, especially when customers are already dealing with equipment problems. This experience at the Staples location on North Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point was extremely disappointing.
