This whole crew in this store was so helpful. I had previously gone to a FedEx by my house & they could not care less about my needs. This store in Richardson was awesome! Most respectfully, Wanda who works here should be fired. She spent a great deal of time acting like she knew what the heck she was doing & attempting to complete a simple task - ie print an invitation on standard 8x11 paper. But, after 30 minutes of her fiddling with the computer, I finally had to accept the fact that she could not do it. I mean she had the uniform on and everything. This is one of the worst locations I've been to. The employees are lazy. They do all they can to turn away business if it requires them to work. I wanted to copies made .,, from an email I sent. Was told their main printer was tied up on a job and it would be a while. Mind you, there was only 1 customer in the store. The employee recommended I go down the road to city line. Sent in a presentation on Tuesday night for a 9am Wednesday meeting. Time for pick up online was 9:30am. Went over to the Richardson office (#3115) to ask if I could get it sooner. Orlando said it would be completed by 7:30am. Fantastic. Got a call Tuesday night from Matt letting me know they were ready. Picked them up that night and was able to sleep in a bit on Wednesday. I go to this FedEx location at 5:45p to make some quick copies. I knew they were SUPPOSED to be open until 6:00 P.M. WRONG! They were already closed for the day. WTF?! SUPER slow and was greeted with a very unpleasant tone. I brought my grade book to be bound (after my husband already brought here and they messed it up) and went to the printing counter since I did not have a package to deal with. I was told to get in line, which made my wait longer. Then I finally got to the counter and was rudely told that it will take a day. I'm a teacher and use these papers every single day so that was not an option. Sheila then told me I should have brought it this morning to which I told her was not an option since my job begins before they open. I asked for a refund, which took her a very long time. End results- did not get my grade book bound and will be going somewhere else. Don't waste your time at this location. read more

The staff at this location has been extremely helpful when I've found myself in a bind with printing jobs. I ran into a few snags when trying to print out the response cards for my wedding a while back and the manager that was working took the time to make sure everything turned out perfectly (including having to do some reformatting and making sure the paper matched the invitations). I recently had another project that I was struggling with and after being brushed off at Staples, the staff at this FedEx came through once again. I will definitely continue to come here as the prices are reasonable and the staff really takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly! read more

So this is how fedex responds I had a document to be shipped to idrivesafely at Houston and get it back by June 26th. Of all the services available I happen to choose fedex ground, which promised me one business day delivery on June 18, 2015. After tracking it I realized it was not delivered on time and instead package when it missing. So, I called them to file a case and asked them to start investigating on the issue since its time sensitive and needed to be submitted at a municipal court by June 26, 2015. They delayed the issue and filed the case a day later. After filing they say we are looking for it and will do until 14 days since it went missing . If not found writhing 14 days, we will give up and have you apply for a claim..... State of Texas doesn't allow idrivesafely to make changes until this missing document has been mailed to the idrivesafely and this fedex guys don't seem to be positive about the package. Time wasted in the process half an hour on an average for four calls. Couldn't deliver a simple document on time and yet has this tag 'The world on time'. Thanks for the service. #fedex read more

I've used this location before to send items out of the country to a relative. They are no longer the helpful FedEx that they were. I was there on 8/10. Counter person was extremely rude. She quoted me a price and I asked if there were any other options. (I knew there are from other times I fedex out of the country.) NO. I asked again and again she rudely stated NO! I sent the letter but when I got home I checked the fedex website for pricing. If the letter was to arrive ONE DAY later than how I sent it I would have saved $60.00. Why could she not find that price and give me that option? The store was messy. No longer will be using this location. read more

This review is NOT for the stores but FOR ORDERING ANYTHING ONLINE TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU. I ordered work shoes over a week ago that were supposed to be home my home two days ago. FED EX removed all shipping and delivery information. I'm assuming I'm attempt to hide the fact that my package is OBVIOUSLY late. I stay in Texas. Showing that my package was supposed to have been delivered two days ago HOWEVER is drilling sitting in CALIFORNIA AND HAS BEEN FOR FOUR DAYS. Keep in mind that these are work shoes that I am in serious need of due to back injuries and having to stand on my feet all day. After contacting fedex "the only thing we can tell you to do is keep waiting" my suggestion to ANYONE is to avoid using fed ex when it is something you REALLY NEED. They do not care about proper timing or what it is your package man contain that you may NEED and are non Chaka to about getting you your items on time. read more

It really is about the details. I get that they are a corporate print shop, but they are not experts. My image was blurry every time I went to print it and one print was off center. Other fed exes I have been to have pointed out very minor flaws in the work I do and have asked if they could do it again. If an image is blurry and unreadable that is a flaw. Both times they never said a thing and I finally just asked for a refund. Professionalism is more than just being polite and willing to give a refund. Professionalism is knowing your job and paying attention to the details and knowing how to fix it. I was disappointed with this branch. Sorry ‍ read more

Love this FedEx. The man working here was SO nice and personable. He greats you with a smile when you arrive and asks if you need any help. He never complained about helping me (like the woman at the Coit and Campbell location) and he was extra accommodating. Also, a much larger location than the other in Richardson. Great place to print my invites from Etsy too! read more

These are the rudest folks I know. They were arguing with customers and between themselves. When it came my turn to ship a box the woman was rude and started complaining about how are used weak tape and a box. It only took 35 minutes to ship a box. read more
